• Shara (9/5): - Great location Host was helpful, accommodating, & friendly Nicely sized apartment with comfortable beds/furniture We had a fantastic time and were thrilled with this place. It was a relaxing spot to come back to at the end of a long day exploring the city. As typical of being in the heart of the city, expect some noise at night in the bedroom on the street side of the building. It didn't bother us much but there is a bedroom on the other end that stays very quiet. The showers glass wall made it very tight to enter, so keep that in mind when booking

• Andre S. Melo (9/5): A great place in a wonderful city. - Francesco is so helpful. He was always available, answered messages promptly, and addressed all the questions that arose. The apartment is perfectly located in a nice part of the city. Francesco also provided a list of good restaurants divided by neighborhoods. A dryer machine would be helpful :-)
• Sugata (7/5): Good location, nice host and not that okay property - Nice and friendly host and very adaptive based on my need. Washer is a bonus and the location definitely. Apartment is on 3rd floor and next to road. It makes lot of noise till 2 am in the night. AC was not effective. Door was bit old so keys are not easy. Bathroom was smelling and door was not working.
• Ann (10/5): We had a lovely stay, Our hosts were wonderful and this home is very charming. - This property is perfectly located, out the door and you are right in the middle of everything. Pretty quiet at night for sleeping, neighborhood seemed pretty safe. We walked around a lot and visited new areas of Rome's beautiful neighborhoods that we had not had the opportunity in the past Its a great place that can totally takes you out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy side if you let it, but also right in the middle of everything. A great coffee across the street, a beautiful Mulano Glass Jewelry shop next door, easy cab access and so many little gelateria's, pastry shopps, farmacia's, and restaurants. The rooms are large, very clean and cozy, great shower, soft bath towels, plenty of room for all your belongings and very attentive and gracious hosts. Everything was perfetto

Excellent location with easy access to sites, shopping, and restaurants. One room was a bit noisy with the street activity outside, but it was expected given the location. It did quiet down as the night went on.

• Tauseef (9/5): Lovely long weekend in Rome - Very convenient location: walking distance to most of the major landmarks. Located in the cool Monti neighborhood with plenty to eat, drink and shop! Correspondence with Jacopo before the trip was flawless and very accommodating. Francesco, our point of contact during the trip, was awesome.

Fantastic trip to Rome. - Francesco met us on arrival and departure and helped with our luggage and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. Everything about the apartment was perfect. The only issue I had was the road noise from the front bedroom. To be expected though as the traffic is crazy in Rome !

• Antonios (10/5): Exceptional - Monti feels like a beating heart in Rome. The vibrancy of the area was a beautiful surprise as was its central location. A 15 min walk from TERMINI and we were there. For 4 days we walked to the majority of the sites then we were relieved to return to a spacious, warm, comfortable, quiet, character filled and well appointed Roman apartment. The induction, information and instructions by Francesco were perfect.can't wait to return! What I didn't like... was that I had to leave

Just as wonderful was the atmosphere of the street. Really wonderful restaurants, little shops, a small neighborhood square with the best gelato we ate the the whole trip. The host was extremely helpful, explaining the apartment, the wifi, the area, etc. He even helped us get our luggage upstairs. The apartment had a wonderful, old-world feel. When in Rome... Loved everything!

• Edward (8/5): Great Way To Roam Rome - Could see the Colosseum from our front door. Brilliant location, vibrant area. Clara met us at the apartment, talked us through everything needed, brought us some bottled water, and sent us some insights to this area of Rome. The living room needs to be re-thought. The couch with the chaise doesn't really work. The coffee table doesn't work this area at all, and cost a few people some shins. NOTE: Are you fat? I am fat. And I can tell you the opening to the shower is TIGHT! If you wear a USA 2xl shirt you'll get in, but be preparred to turn sideways and suck it in! I'm not docking any points for this, it's not thier fault that i'm fat. But it's worth noticing how narrow the shower opening is.

The host was amazing and was on-hand to support us with any queries, helped with transport and luggage storage. The location was really central with a lot of local restaurants and shops. • Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was really spacious, clean, well equipped and in a very good location. The host was really attentive and quickly available. Definitely we would recommend this place.
• Tracy (10/5): Great place to stay - the sites are all within walking distance - coliseum 5 mins - Vatican 40 mins - Location excellent, coliseum is 5 mins walk away, lovely cafe opposite where we ate breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby for diner including an Indian restaurant just up the street for when you can't eat any more pasta or pizza (they do takeaways too). Francesco (the host) met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us excellent advice not just about the obvious things to see, but the best time to see them to avoid crowds, where we could get the best vista's and panoramic views, and suggested we walk everywhere as the whole city is a museum. We did just that and covered 40 miles in 4 days - take comfy shoes, most of the streets are cobbled so leave you heels at home.

• Khalid (10/5): Great place, great host and perfect location. - The location was exceptional, walking distance from almost all important attractions and the apartmentwas perfect. Francesco was the perfect host, he did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable he was very helpful in guiding us on where and how to go around and arranged our pickup from the airport. I am calling him whenever I come back to Rome. Nothing, loved everything.
