• Jennifer (9/5): An amazing stay in a superb location - The location was amazing, in the centre of town , less than 5 minutes from the Pantheon and very close to lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. The layout of the apartment meant that once inside it was also very peaceful which was excellent. Out host was very firnedly and welcoming with clear instructions on how to access the property which made check in effortless. His restaurant recommendations were great too. I did not realise it was up three flights of stairs. This was fine for me but was tiring for my 80 year old mother in law. We took it slowly and it was definitely worth the climb

Špatný popis-v každém pokoji jedna manželská postel a v obývacím pokoji rozkládací postel, výhoda dvě koupelny. V popisu uvedená jedna koupelna. Ubytující rychle reaguje na prosby. Nejsme zvyklí na manželské posteli jedna deka na přikrytí, ale vše se vyřešilo. Jeli jsme kamarádky:-)

• christophe (10/5): Parfait - L’appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif, il est spacieux est très confortable Il est idéal pour deux couples avec ses 2 grandes chambres avec salles de bain indépendantes. Le coin salon est parfait pour se retrouver le soir après une journée de visites La cuisine est parfaitement équipée Le seul bémol serait l’escalier pour les personnes âgées

• Shannon (7/5): - The appartment was well located to everything we wanted to see in Rome. It was a well appointed and comfortable. The description of the rooms states two double beds in bedroom 1 and one double bed in bedroom 2. This was not the case. There is 1 double bed in each bedroom. In the end this didn't matter as we had the sofa bed in the lounge area made up.

• Ruth (9/5): So Central, Quiet, great haven to come back to after exploring city, loads of space - so central, can walk everywhere, allowed early checkin to drop bags off, fantastic not a major, but taxi can't get to location, have to walk a couple of lanes... just be aware, not a problem for us at all.

• Hope (8/5): Great spot close to everything - The location of the apartment is great. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. It was amazing how cool the place stayed while we were out and the air conditioners were off despite the scorching heat outside.

• David (9/5): We would return to this gem of an apartment in the heart of Rome! - Nice location! Easy walk to the Trevi Fountain and Panthenon. Excellent cafe at the end of the street! Our host was informative and communicative. Thank you Roberto for a lovely stay. You take very good care of your property.

• Marianna (7/5): Good - The location was good. We only stayed for a few hours to sleep prior to getting to the airport to go home. When I asked a question about our place being on 3rd floor and not having an elevator....the owner was not nice with his answers.

• Dave (8/5): We did enjoy staying there, great location, plenty to see, do and eat in the area. - We had an issue getting into the property. Roberto insisted he had sent me the codes to get in, this was not the case, I checked all correspondence and nothing!. However once I managed to get hold of him and finally received all necessary information, including which room it actually was, then all was ok. We thought it was all mostly very good inside the apartment, however, couple of suggestions to benefit others who will stay. The rubbish bins are all lovely and colour coded for different waste…..it would be handy if there was a key to the colour code! Leave a couple of tea towels in the kitchen, there weren’t any. It’s nice that there was some coffee and sugar there, but no milk! Only a little thing but you then have to go out and try and find somewhere that sells it! The second double bed is made up of two single mattresses that spend the night drifting apart!. All only little things but will make a positive difference.

• Ian (9/5): Apartment near Pantheon - Great location for historic Rome, 2 minutes from the Pantheon and from dozens of cafés and restaurants. Apartment is big and clean and has everything you need. Comfortable 3 night stay for a family of four at a fair price. A few starter kitchen supplies would have been helpful.
• Lucia (9/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of the centro storico area - Big apartment in close proximity to all the major sites of interest in Rome and a few minutes from the Pantheon. It was clean, quiet and secure and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of four. Great to have 2 bathrooms with teenage daughters! Also our host was helpful and very responsive to all our needs during our stay. 3 flights of stairs with heavy bags.

• Julia (9/5): Wonderful location, great host, all that we needed in an apartment. - Really great apartment in an excellent location. Quiet but so central, felt safe. The host was extremely helpful. Plenty of room (we are a family of 4). Right around the corner from Caffe Giolitti (do it, you'll thank me). Would not hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay in beautiful Rome.

• Scott (9/5): Comfortable, beautiful and fantastic location! - Location was excellent! You could be at the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Palazzo Navona, Spanish Steps, Trastavere, Tazzo D'Oro and even the Colosseum and the ruins pretty quickly. Apartment was quiet. Do note that currently the Pantheon started requiring ticket purchase in July and the online system seems to boot out foreign credit cards. I stood in line at 8:45am for an hour to secure tickets. Watch for changes to this system. The stairs! Ugh, those stairs. Beautiful, traditional and challenging. To be fair, I came with a swollen ankle so it was rough. But be forewarned that if stairs are difficult for you this might not be the right choice of lodging. Everything else was perfect, though. Really wonderful, spacious haven in the heart of Rome.
• Alex (10/5): Fantastic - The apartment was lovely, fully equipped although we didn’t use the kitchen much as just outside there are bars and restaurants galore! The location is perfect for all of Romes attractions and we walked everywhere. The host was great and made sure we were welcome. A really lovely short stay in Rome and we would definitely visit again. nothing
• Holly (8/5): Beautiful and spacious place in great location with easy walking access to major sights. - It was a fantastic location and the owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Worked well enough for our family of 5 for a few nights! There was a fairly strong sewage smell in the bathrooms - might just be old pipes in a historic building.

Flat felt clean and beds were comfy It is a charming old building. With that, it seems the back bathroom had some smells coming from the drains.

The location is superb, we travelled to all the Roman sites via foot. The apartment is in a quiet little street yet you are amongst the lively streets filled with restaurants, gelaterias and cafes in less that 1 minute!! • Jon (9/5): Great place to stay - Great location. Go out of building walk about 100 feet and you in a very livelyl ocation right near Pantheon. Very good communication with owner. Comfortable place to stay with more than enough room for a family of 4. I would stay here again for sure. Water pressure was very low and temperature of water would change from cold to hot and back to cold etc without changing temp

The air conditioners were really appreciated as Rome is usually hot and very unpleasant in August. Easy communication with owner, easy check-in process. N/A
• Miguel (9/5): Centric apartment to discover Rome - Very close to piazza Navona and Pantheon, the apartment is in a perfect location to discover Rome at a walking distance to the main places. The apartment is renewed in an old charmy building and is very comfortable and clean. As it is an old building, there is no elevator for a 2nd floor (similar to a 3rd in modern buildings). and the water pressure a bit low.
