• Mayssa (10/5): - Ich hatte einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Kairo. Alles war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ruhig und sehr gepflegt man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen Insgesamt war alles perfekt ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The problem of the electric current and charging its card several times since it was not clear what you mean by the medium level of using the current. It is a relative idea especially the weather is so hot and we have to use the AC in the three bedrooms.

One day we asked for extra towels and another day for toilet paper, and they were quick to provide both times. Also the property itself has 3 bathroom, making it ideal for a large group to stay We had no WiFi for the whole 5 days of our stay. The hosts said it was an area wide issue with the internet provider.

We were told we needed to request it in advance.

• Suleiman (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean, nothing special just an ordinary flat in a residential area. All the bathrooms were clean, however the shower tray in the master bathroom is very small. It should be changed. Water pressure is very good. The bathroom towels were new and clean. I paid for the place because it stated AlRehab, however the flat was in Qoronfel Estate, a low cost estate far from AlRehab. They actually lied about the location of the flat to get innocent guests who do not know Cairo and are easily deceivable. This is a major Red Flag, deceiving guests about the exact location of your flat. The above should be looked into by Booking.com otherwise they may lose clientel in the long run due to lack of honesty of flat owners. If I didn't pay online for the flat I would have immediately cancel my booking. My wife and I came from an international trip, we got to build at 1 pm, we called and WhatsApp Ala the Mgr several times to just give us the exact flat number so we could drop our bags she refused. She said the cleaning crew was cleaning the flat. We had to wait on the street for an hour like baggers. At 2:10 pm she forwarded the exact flat number and her staff casually came to meet us on the street. They worked us in and handed the flat to us. This lack of consideration by Miss Ala is totally unacceptable. Second the flat has 3 rooms, the master bedroom bed was ok, and the children room looked ok, although it was not used. But the 3rd room with the queen bed is old. The bedsheets were white but over used and old. The carpets in the corridor and the rooms are old, if not change then remove them completely. Most of the furniture is old and over used. The Estate is noisy in the early morning hours and is shabby looking, like a low cost estate. The cable TV was not working in the master bedroom, we however did not try the living room tv. The weather was cold so we didn't use any of the Air-conditioning, however they look old and over used.

The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you may need for a good stay. Wifi was excellent. A/Cs in the living room and all the bedrooms were functioning very good. Water pressure was super. Mattresses are super comfy. I'll definitely consider booking there again.

• Nonso (7/5): Bitter Sweet Cairo - The apartment is nice. The rooms are spacious. All the facilities inside the apartment are working. The beds are comfortable. The building is in a secured estate. The host was kind enough to share with me the map location which made it easy for us to navigate and get to the house. It is a good place for a group. The host did not keep the keys where they explained I would find them. We were stranded outside from 3am to 6am before the maid brought the keys. This was after we were already delayed at the airport for over three hours. On the second day, the door to the apartment jammed and we could not go in and I had to complain again for someone to come fix the door. The door jammed again on the fourth day but we sorted it out ourselves. These challenges were stressful because we were very busy with our travel and events, and what we all wanted to do was get home and rest. I was very unhappy because I felt like these were trivial issues that could have been avoided. I recommend that the host always check properly that everything is in place before any guest arrives, and also check why the door jams. The host gave us one free day for our troubles and I appreciate that.

Photos on booking are very old, and does not reflect the reality for the apartment I had. An old apartment, with old furniture, and some pieces are broken, noisy beds, and washing machine. Elevator was not working when we arrived, had to carry the baggage myself to the fourth floor, as no one is there from the property. issue fixed after more than 24 hours from the time we raised the issue. Apartment was dirty, and we saw some bugs inside. Master bedroom missing the sofa bed, while the description mentions it has one. we had municipal water outage for more than half a day, and appeared it was not paid enough by the property After a week, they offered free cleaning, however, it was not good cleaning.

• Saya (1/5): Disappointed with the owner's attention - The room was big like picture The owner should have explained about the elevator in advance. it doesn't work. The room is on the 4th floor so it is difficult to navigate the stairs. All electricity and gas are turned off, so I have to turn them on every time. The owner won't tell you the exact location, he was mistake room number. There was no apology for that either. The room smells of smoke, which is uncomfortable for non-smokers. The owner complained to me.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, The staff was helpful, especially Alla; she was very kind and nice to us, she making our stay truly memorable I didn't find anything at all.

• Ahmed (7/5): The apartment very good and clean - Very clean and fully equipped Additional fees was 95% of the original booking price, location of apartment at booking was 9 KM away from actual location. Even i have been charged with 95% as additional fees I still have to pay for electricity consumption or the electricity will be disconnected😱which creates unnecessary panic, and additional headaches for finding out how to charge electricity. Please note that the maximum daily usage for electricity in Egypt is less than 0.5 $ USD per day.

• Amgad (10/5): Great place , Great management . - the owners and managers are very professional i mistakenly thought that the Appartment is located inside Al-Rehab city which isn’t but they already have different locations inside Al-rehab ( Casa Do Cairo-AlRehab )and shifted my stay before i arrive. it was clean one bedroom with privte garden the utilities are new and it was recently renovated. AlRehab city has almost everything you need. nothing much other than that they charge in USD so if you are Egyptian you will get charged extra by the bank.
• Hazem (10/5): Perfect apartment - Overall we had a great time in the apartment, they deserve 9.5 but the scale only accepts whole numbers. The apartment was clean, check in/out was very smooth, air conditioner everything in the apartment and it looks exactly as the images. It also has a security camera on the front door of the apartment. management was very helpful when we asked about anything and they were checking on us daily through messages to make sure that everything is going perfectly. There are small minor issues, the elevator inside safety door wasn't there, this made us very careful each time we used it specially we had kids with us, and the door key was very difficult going into the keyhole from outside and impossible for inside but having a lock from inside made us feel safe.
