• Wissam (1/5): - The area is nice, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The building has a beautiful garden at the entrance that creates a welcoming atmosphere. There are also nice markets nearby, which made shopping very convenient. I would like to share my honest and transparent experience staying at this apartment in the Rehab area of Cairo, booked through Booking.com. The location itself is very good, convenient, and in a nice area. Communication with the host was generally good, and she responded to my messages. I also appreciate that she paid for the internet after I informed her that it was not working, since internet access was listed in the advertisement. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The apartment was very dusty overall and did not appear to be properly cleaned before arrival. The big table had a lot of dust on it. The bathroom floor had a lot of old hair and was not clean, and there were no toilet tissues provided. In the bedroom, there was hair on the mattress, which made me feel uncomfortable and suggested that the bed linen may not have been changed. Because of this, I decided to sleep in the second bedroom. The towels provided initially also had an unpleasant oil-like smell, and I informed the host about this. In addition, the apartment looks quite different from the photos shown in the listing. The living room furniture appears very old, and the sofa is almost broken and does not match the pictures. There were also no cleaning supplies available in the apartment. The TV signal was also weak and kept interrupting, which made it difficult to watch. After I informed the host about these issues, she changed the mattress and provided other towels, which I appreciate. However, the overall level of cleanliness still needs significant improvement. I am writing this feedback honestly and respectfully. When paying for accommodation, guests expect a level of cleanliness and quality that corresponds to the price and to what is shown in the listing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests

• Basma (4/5): Horrible! - The location was very good with access to many shopping malls I’m quite traumatized by this experience. To begin with, I was shocked to see that many of the photos shown on booking were not real! The apartment is quite old and very poorly furnished. The washing machine has only one program that damages your clothes. Upon arrival, the owner forced us to change the dates on Booking (from 10 days to 2 days only) so that she doesn’t have to pay the full commission to Booking! The facility has major plumbing problems. The shower is broken and the owner refuses to fix it despite the polite requests. The toilet is leaking and when it got blocked, the owner made us pay for the plumber which was very expensive. Upon checkout, the owner made us pay the electricity bill for the entire month despite staying for 10 days only! (I happened to accidentally see the slip). The balcony is used as a storage room for strange construction items like red bricks, for example! The AC is leaking in a bucket that you need to empty yourself once filled up! The kitchen cabin shelves are spread with old newspapers and the items are not hygienic to use. The experience was very bad and the owner’s greed made it worse! She is too audacious to ask us not to write a Booking review and is threatening us that her father is a military lieutenant. Definitely avoid this terrible facility!

The apartment is in a very unique location. The shopping centre is nearby, market and food court. This place is very convenient for people to stay for a long vacation .
