• Soufiane (6/5): Appartement correct pour un court séjour - Self check in facile et informations très claires de la part de l’hôte. L’appartement est situé proche d’un grand centre commercial. L’hôte répond vite aux messages et il est très réactif. L’appartement est assez vieux et il manque d’équipements. Les parties communes de l’immeuble sont très peu entretenues et donc assez sales.

El apartamento parece sacado de una película de terror, sucio, a quien se le ocurre pintar los cristales de las ventanas de marrón y dejar unas cortinas que jamás las han lavado, los colchones se le salen los resortes, los tendidos sucios, los sofás dan miedo, se los come la suciedad! La entrada es un basural, parece que jamás barrieron y mucho menos limpiaron las paredes y las gradas horribles! Pensé que al estar frente al hotel Intercontinental la zona sería más limpia, pero no!! Solo barren la calle del hotel y tiran toda la basura al frente de estos bloques de apartamentos y los dueños viven en la mugre porque les parece “normal”! Dios, que los abandono. Que pobreza mental tan terrible! Y eso no es todo. Mi vuelo salía a las 8;10 pm pedí amablemente por WhatsApp al propietario (que nunca conocimos) que nos dejara guardar las maletas hasta las 4:00pm y me salió cobrando $450 libras! Jajaja! Pagamos lastimosamente dos desagradables noches y al segundo día, nos cortaron la energía! No habían pagado la energía, en este calor y sin aire acondicionado! Nos vamos muy decepcionados!

• Kudiratu (5/5): Apartment in Nasr City. - The location and landmark was OK.The women (staff)that received us were very helpful ,with a lovely baby and the cleaner did a good job in putting the house in order ,when we arrived. The surrounding environment was dirty and smelly. If you have a family and luggages there is no elevator and the apartment is on 3rd floor. The water heater system needs to be changed ,we were using cold water because the heater is archaic and the weather was cold. The window in the other room faulty. Had to wait for 10 hours to have WiFi, missed my first appointment because of lack of Internet.

• Nagwa (9/5): We all enjoyed being there, great communication with the owner and east walking distance to the mall. - Instructions by the owner to get the keys, check in and check out was absolutely great and easy. Communication before arrival was very important to us. Location was just the greatest of all minutes walk to City Stars Mall. Place was comfortable and reasonable. The owner was very honest. The water cuts out between 3:00 am and till 6:00 am. But I guess it’s a building issue or government regulations. The only downside a little bit was the flat is on third floor with no lift even though we knew about it in advance before the booking.

• Abdelazim (7/5): It was a very weird stay - The owner is very responsive and has very good communication skills. He also attempts to accommodate all the needs that you may ask of him. The location of the apartment is terrific as you are right in-front of city stars mall which is a fantastic location My mistake was having high expectations which was definitely not met, there is a strong need for this apartment to have a remodel of everything as the place seemed to be run down with furniture that is definitely showing it’s extreme use and the bathroom facilities need a major update.
