• Hadrien POUJOL (5/5): Emplacement top mais le propriétaire n est pas à l’écoute de ses clients - L’appartement est tres bien situé Plusieurs demandes ont été effectuées au propriétaire mais nous avons eu aucun retour je trouve cela dommage Un lit parapluie a été demandé à plusieurs reprises sans succès
• Linette (7/5): Regular - Las 3 recámaras y 2 baños , cocina y sala estar . Falta de comunicación en entregar las llaves no había información . Tuve que llamar por teléfono y luego me avisaron . El edificio tiene áreas descuidadas,muy narrow las curvas subir a estacionarse. El apartamento no tenía vista al mar como indicaba en site , mal mantenimiento, toallas feas , no hay sábanas gruesas si tienes frío , solo 2 placemats cocina, hay que reparar puertas baño debajo del del lavamanos . Necesita mucho mantenimiento las cortinas no bajan hasta abajo, pisos rotos .

• Iryna (5/5): Terrible service - Location, views, balcony, free parking When we arrived the ac wouldn’t turn on. And when I showered the water never drained it would fill up all the way to my ankles and we would have to wait for 3 hours till it went down for the next person to shower. There would be sand in the bathtub and we didn’t even bring in sand. I sent a message to the location they stated they would fix it and no one ever came out. Very disappointing and bad service.

• Nancy (9/5): Great location, comfy bed, fantastic views! - The condo is very spacious, the views from the balcony are gorgeous! It is within walking distance of tons of restaurants and bars! We had a fabulous stay!! The corners to go up to the next levels in the parking garage are super tight! Slow and steady is the secret!!
• Szilárd (9/5): Superb - Really liked the apartment in overall. Very good location, great views, friendly staff and friendly host. Thanks for all this. Ridiculously loud bathroom fan. It's not 100% to review the property, but parking was quite a hassle as it was on the 9th level so if you want to go up/go down with your car you have to go through 15 times in narrow ramps.

• Vivian (9/5): Overall, it was a nice apartment. We enjoyed staying there. - It is very nice equip with all the necessary things you need. The view is very nice. Live the location. The drive in the parking garage is a little challenging . They gave us 9 th floor parking spot. It took us 6 minutes to drive up there one way. When I asked for a lower level parking spot. They tell me NO.

• Griffith (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here the lay out of the condo , the service and the amenities make it all worth it - The lay out of the apartment, the balcony , the views , the pool the gym did I mention parking pass super clutch . I couldn’t stay longer for I have a job and kids I have to get back to lol

• Mariaa (10/5): Came over to Miami for Ultra and this apartment made the trip comfortable. - Best part of the apartment was the view and how comfortable the place is. From now on definitely will be staying at this place when visiting Miami. You won’t regret staying at this amazing apartment.

The entire bathroom is why I have to give an 8, it really needs updating. Hot water but Shower pressure sucks. heat wasn't working in unit on cooler nights

• Sandy (7/5): Good for young people without a car not so good for mobility challenged - The location was good. CVS right in front of the building and 7 eleven behind, lots of places to eat close by. Supermarket 5 blocks away.The bed was comfy. The kitchen well equipped. Nice spice rack. All kinds of pots and pans in very good shape nice dishes The view was excellent. Lots of towels in the bath. Shampoo & body wash provided. The blinds were missing several and they did not keep out the light to sleep. The balcony was very narrow and windy. The A/C was loud and the only light in the bath was attached to the extremely loud vent fan. tub high and slippery not daft bar to help getting out. No sponge or brush to do dishes. Only one dishwasher tab provided. Cooking spray would be nice if you want to keep those pans looking good. The parking was terrible. On the 9 B level with 2 levels A&B on each level stairs to 9A for elevator. Very dark tight turns to get up and down, we scraped the car so started to take the chance to leave over night on the street with our disability tag. 29th floor lots of elevator time requiring a fob. Only one fob provided you must pay for a 2nd Very inconvenient for more than one traveller.
• Arlen (8/5): Very good - The location. You're in walkable distance to Mary Brickell Village (brickell center), the view is nice. The room was ok, nothing fancy but furnished. The bathroom was a bit run down and the AC unit is somewhat loud.

Overall, I would stay again The bathroom needs a little update. The blinds in the living room need to be replaced, and some touch-up painting will not hurt.
