• KREA INSPIRATION (5/5): Trop chère.. lieu pas à la hauteur du prix.. - L’établissement n’est pas à la hauteur du tarifs car les équipements et lieux commencent à présenter des signes d’usures … notamment pour les sanitaires + rideaux mériteraient des voilages avec rideaux opaques et non pas opaques et semi opaques car cela manque de lumière naturelle.. + entre des communs porte très basse et dangereuse… Le tarif est à revoir car trop cher par rapport au lieu qui n’est pas « haut de gamme » et décevant par rapport aux photos..

• Rareș (10/5): A Perfect Milan Getaway - Absolutely Flawless! - We just returned from an incredible 4-night stay at the Sant'Agnese Experience Smart Apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Location & Atmosphere The apartment is nestled in the charming Sant'Ambrogio district, perfectly positioned for exploring Milan's historic center while offering a peaceful retreat from the city's energy. Despite being so central, the apartment was remarkably quiet - the historic courtyard creates a serene bubble that makes you forget you're in the heart of a bustling metropolis. The Space - Modern Elegance Meets Historic Charm Walking through the independent entrance with its striking vertical lighting immediately sets the tone for something special. The open-plan design is absolutely brilliant - warm white tones and those magnificent floor-to-ceiling industrial windows flood the space with natural light while framing beautiful views of the historic inner courtyard. It's like living in an art gallery! Thoughtful Design & Comfort Every detail has been carefully considered. The bedroom showcases true Italian craftsmanship - we slept like royalty! The kitchen impressed us with its high-end appliances and clever sliding wall door that allows for privacy when cooking. We loved having morning espresso at the crystal dining table, gazing out at the courtyard through those stunning industrial windows. Having complete access to all areas with an independent entrance gave us the freedom and privacy we wanted, making it feel like our own Milanese home rather than a rental. This apartment is a rare find - the perfect marriage of smart modern design, comfort, and authentic Milanese character. Whether you're in Milan for business or pleasure, this is THE place to stay. • Sami (8/5): Great location, cute apartment, but needs someone to actually be there upon arrival. - The apartment was well appointed, clean, and great location. Oh yes…and a comfortable bed. The steep and winding stairs to the apartment. Not good for older folks. There were no instructions on how to use the stove or the washer/dryer, air conditioner, etc.so we were unable to wash and dry clothes. No one was there to greet us. After a 24 hour travel day we were tired. We had no way to get in the large exterior door and stood in the street for 20 minutes until someone came out. We were not given a code or a key. A man who spoke no English tried to help us to call Veronica for a code. After a long time we were able to get into our room. A key or code needs to be given to the renters before arrival as there is no one in the premises to assist with check in.

• Christelle (10/5): Une véritable pépite pour un séjour découverte à Milan - Un appartement qui porte parfaitement son nom de « SMART » : chaque espace est aménagé avec goût, optimalisé pour y apporter un maximum de lumière, sans parler des équipements de grande qualité (air conditionné, lave-vaisselle, fours, machine à expresso, bouilloire et même une machine à laver!). Il y a absolument tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour à Milan. Le Métro S. Ambrogio est à 5 min, pratique pour rayonner. On peut aussi se rendre à pied jusqu’au Duomo et la galerie V. Emmanuel en 10 min à peine. Le quartier est très calme, l’appartement fait partie d’un ensemble qui donne sur une cour intérieure, ce qui garantit des nuits paisibles. Une des meilleures sélections que j’aie pu faire pour un citytrip!

Close to the center of Milano. 9 Minutes walk to the Duomo. If you stay here, make sure you go next door to MiMeta a nice place where you can have breakfast (and cheap) and cheap drinks too :) Doni is an amazing lady! A little pricey for 2 nights but hey...Milano is an expensive city :)

The apartment has a lot of little flying bugs (the kind that are attracted to light), so I had to turn off the lights in the bedroom at night to minimize the number of flies in the room. The bathroom is also very small (narrow), so it's hard to navigate.

The apartment was perfectly clean, the towels had a great smell. In addition, Veronica, the host, was amazing and kind. She helped us a lot.
