• Senatori (10/5): Attico luminoso arredato con cura, pulito, ogni comfort. Vista mozzafiato - Dal grande balcone si gode di una vista mozzafiato sui nuovi grattacieli. Sullo sfondo, le Alpi. Strepitoso al tramonto. La veranda a vetri con divani, poltrone ed hi-fi è diventato il mio luogo preferito di Milano. Massima pulizia ed arredamento elegante, sobrio con mobili su misura. Host gentile ed attento. Tornerò appena possibile.

• Arno (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Sehr schöne, hochgelegene Dachwohnung in ruhigen, modernen Wohngegend im Nordwesten Mailands mit grosszügiger Terasse mit Fernblick und einem Wintergarten. Gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung, in 20 min mit der Strassenbahn 19 direkt von der Haustür in das Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung ist konsistent und individuell im Stil der 1960er Jahre mit soliden, wertigen Holzmöbeln und Applikationen eingerichtet. Das Bad ist neu und komplett sowie funktional ausgestattet. Kleine Küche mit guter Ausstattung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist die einzige Wohnung im letzten 8. Stock des Hauses, dadurch große Ruhe und Privacy. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat viel Licht von Osten wie Westen, endlose frontale Sonnenuntergänge inklusive, ideal für einen Aperitif. Durch die besonders große Terrasse verfügt die Wohnung über ein ausserordentliches Raumangebot. Es gab generell in der Wohnung nichts, das nicht gut funktioniert hätte oder Anlass zur Beschwerde geben hätte können. Alessandro ist ein makelloser Gastgeber, der bei Anreise und Abreise persönlich anwesend ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Angebot und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
• Krisztina (10/5): Remek hely, biztonságos környék. - A szállásadó rendkívül készséges, kedves, figyelmes. Nagyon szép, ízléses, tágas, kitűnően felszerelt ingatlan. Nem volt ilyen. Kicsit messze volt a központtól.
• Francesco (10/5): Appartamento fantastico di fronte City Life - Un appartamento fantastico con una vista stupenda su City Life. Il mio pernottamento presso questa struttura è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Siamo stati accolti sia al momento del check-in che al momento del check-out da Alessandro, molto simpatico, disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento all’ottavo piano di un bel condominio è molto pulito spazioso e con tutto l’occorrente necessario per sentirsi a casa. La veranda e la terrazza sono il fiore all’occhiello a tal punto che risulta una vacanza anche semplicemente trascorrerci del tempo a rilassarsi. Consiglio a chiunque di prenotare questo appartamento situato in una zona bellissima e moderna di Milano!!

• Lukas (8/5): Very good. No complaint whatsoever. - The hosts (Alessandro and Marina) were very warm and kind and helpful. And also they were very kind to let us leave the suitcases until 6pm on the check-out day and Alessandro brought them down to main entrance at 6pm. He even introduced us to his mother, a smiling and warm lovely lady. just a tiny bit: we were at 7th fl. and after the lift reaches 7th floor we still need to climb stairs with big suitcases. Luckily Alessandro and Marina helped.

• Christian (10/5): Perfect Location for MiCo and close to all transportation!! - I was in Milan for a convention and this property was across the CityView park from MiCo. Restaurants and shops are all around this location. The host was super helpful. The value and feel of having your own place compared to a hotel was exceptional. Also being on the top apartment with a small patio with beautiful views made this a unique experience. I was traveling with equipment for the show and the building has the quaint old elevators with cage style doors as most buildings in Milan do and being the penthouse, you have one floor of stairs to manage after the top floor. Not a big deal unless you have heavy items to carry up.

Beautiful apartment and the veranda we could have spent all day on, also very private and not overlooked. Couldn't improve on it.
