• Cifuentes Cardona (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena porque queda cerca de la línea de metro y facilita todo. La cama estaba muy cómoda, el sofá no lo usamos en absoluto. hay supermercado cerca... Esta bien para una estancia corta La demora en la entrega de la llave... Estaba lloviendo y nos tocó esperar bastante. No hay agua caliente y nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría En la almohada había rollos de pelo. La ventana podría mejorar poniendo una cortina un poco más oscura, pasa mucha luz.

• isabella (7/5): Così così - Vicina alla metro Phone con diffusore per chi ha i capelli ricci (non scontato) Era stata chiesta la cortesia di poter fare il check in prima (due ore prima ma solo per lasciare le valigie) visto che pioveva e avremmo dovuto girare Milano con le valigie e gli ombrelli e ci è stato negato (al contrario ci è stato proprio di lasciare i bagagli, probabilmente a pagamento) Le coperte nell’armadio erano tutte sporche piene di capelli e peli e non le abbiamo potute usare. Mancava il sapone dei piatti e almeno quello l’host ce l’ha portato. Una volta lasciato l’appartamento dovevamo mandare un messaggio all’host con la foto di dove avevamo lasciato le chiavi, nessun messaggio di risposta.

• Natalia (1/5): - Die Lage war gut, busverbindung auch. Die küchenausstatung war auch gut Wir sollten vor der Unterkunft abgeholt werden, zwischen 16 und 17.00 Uhr. Wir kamen um 16.30 an und wurden erst um 18.30 reingefallen. Dann in der Unterkunft war sehr kalt, die Heizung ging nicht. Wir haben extra nach 2 Betten bei der Buchung geguckt, es gab aber nur eine Decke. Die Handtücher sind nie trocken geworden. In der Küche waren weder küchentücher, noch andere Tücher vorhanden.

• Paulina (7/5): - Wygodne łóżko i super lokalizacja Odpływ pod prysznicem był zapchany, woda nie spływała i wylewała się na podłogę. W mieszkaniu było zimno, a klimatyzacja mimo włączenia jej nie grzała.
• Maria Cristina (8/5): Estadia em boa localização, com atenção da equipe, mas alguns itens, como roupa de cama e travesseiros, deixaram a desej - Localização muito boa, toalhas, utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar com kit de limpeza, além da atenção da equipe e da compreensão pelo atraso do nosso check-in devido ao atraso do voo. Não gostei da roupa de cama, dos travesseiros e da porta do box. Ao chegar, ficamos em dúvida se a roupa de cama havia sido trocada, pois estava amarrotada, como se tivesse acabado de ser usada. Por sorte, tínhamos um par de fronhas na mala para emergências.

• Stéphanie (7/5): Bon compromis. - Appartement très bien équipé, au 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Supermarché, restaurant, boulangerie et métro très proche. Parking pas loin non plus. 20 minutes à pied de Navigli. Un peu loin du centre en transport. Appartement vieillissant, qui aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement ( peinture, joints, …). Lumière principale de la pièce qui ne marchait pas. On a attendu la personne pour les clés 40 minutes, et impossible de la joindre. Elle s’est excusée en arrivant.

Ha bele van írva a szállás leírásba hogy légkondícionált akkor arra számít az ember, főleg júliusban!!! Jeleztük a fiúnak is az észrevételünket aki elbújt a válasz elől… őszintén nem ajánlanám senki másnak ezt a szállást

• Olha (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments were clean and cozy with very good location and transport facilities. There is a tram #14 in two minutes from the apartment which can bring you directly to Duomo.
• Ilias (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location, very close to Metro station and the #14 tram stop The apartment is recently renovated, you will find utensils in the kitchen drawers, plates and cups. The microwave oven is handy as well. The building is a bit old, so the visitors better open the door to allow the air to circulate on entering.
• Jansi (10/5): Excellent - Excellent Apartment, close to tram station, supermarket etc. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Two beds and AC helped the comfortable stay. Very less toiletries, toilet tissues and washing liquid provided. It was enough only for a day. We were three people and stayed for two weeks, so no enough toiletries. Also cleaning services should be considered provided for once in few days.

Good communication with the staff.There is an elevator to the fourth floor.Easy check in before arriving. For three days, three people, there were only one small soap, 2 small bottles of foam bath and 2 toilet paper. Αt first I thought it wasn't enough, but in the end we didn't need any more. We waited 20 minutes (there is a bench outside the apartment house), for the employee to bring us the keys, but there was communication via mobile phone and he apologized when he came.

• Marta (6/5): Good amenities and location but awful cleaning - Perfect location in a lovely neighbourhood near metro, tram, bis and BikeMi. The house is ok for a short stay in Milan and the bathroom is renovated, not like in the photos. AC and heating working, so you should be ok either in winter or summer Dirty! Has anyone cleaned the house after the bathroom was renovated? There was ceramic dust everywhere- floor and furniture. I had to vacuum and mop the disgusting floor and clean the dust to achieve a minimally hygienic stay. It took me half an hour since the house is small,, so I think any cleaning person could do it too! Anyways, it is not acceptable for me to clean a house that I paid for as a guest and in which taxes and cleaning services are included. Also, the extra blankets provided were disgusting- lipstick marks and food grease all over the place. Unacceptable
• Tom1ak (9/5): Good value for money. Complicated check-in process - Contact via WhatsApp with arrangement about meet&greet. Clean apartment, close to metro station (10min. walk). All kitchen appliance in place, fridge, stove etc. Large living room with double bed and sofa too for sit downs, nice dinning room. Over complicated check in process before arrival - including scans of passports etc. Extra city tax to be paid, online. Sink drain to be cleaned only.

• Armenuhi (3/5): Poor - The apartment was filthy dirty, just disgusting, ruined our last days in beautiful Italy. Nothing worked properly, nearly impossible to use the bathroom and shower. I have never stayed anywhere so revolting. Beyond upset that the pictures had nothing to do with reality. Don’t recommend at all.
• Dr. (6/5): Pleasant - Very specious and well located. Good value for money. The place was not clean! Dust on the appliances and windows. It was agreed upon that a person would let us into the flat. Sadly the person didn't show up and the keys were deposited in a key box across the road.
