Tran (1/5): the worst experience in vietnam in my 3rd time back - great location it was so dirty. that bathroom was nasty. the doors didnt lock. the payment was super sketchy. you can't pay with credit card?? it says cash only on the website but the lady who did the room details made us use a vietnamese bank. i'm from the states how the hell do you expect me to have one while on vacation especially saturday night when all the banks are closed. the lady sent us to 2 different locations. only to make us walk back and forth twice. the address set is unclear even the taxi driver was confused. she kept ignoring our calls. made us wait ridiculously long. just unresponsive. the pins she gave didn't work twice we had to have the security guard push us in everytime. keycards she left for us none of them worked and she left 3 of them. it was just overall very childish and unprofessional. the pictures are AI generated and very misleading. nothing like the actual. which makes you think you're getting something good but it was just so terrible. never again
