In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to AED 1000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3PM). Due to local laws, GuestReady will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at a minimum.
