Un appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Le tram au pied de l'immeuble et le métro à deux pas qui sont un vrai plus!

A estrutura é bem antiga e sem nenhum supérfluo ou agrado. A cama é antiga e um dos quartos com piso de madeira bem barulhento.

• vkl77 (8/5): Gute ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage - Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nette Vermieter, bequeme Betten, mit dem Auto schnell vom Zentrum aus erreichbar, Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage Mitte August: Mückenplage draußen bei Ankunft vor dem Gebäude. Leider haben es auch trotz geschlossener Fenster ein paar davon in die Wohnung geschafft, die uns gestochen und früh geweckt haben. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.

Plenty of street parking available and next to a car garage. The apartment itself was very spacious, very clean, had all the amenities and it was very easy to check in with instructions from the host. Nothing. It was great.
• Katrin (7/5): Sehr sauber und gute Lage, aber Ausstattung könnte besser sein - Lage gut mit Cafés, Parkplätzen, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe. Sehr sauber. Vermieter antwortet immer sehr schnell. Der Unterkunft würden eine Renovierung und ein paar neue Möbel/ Handtücher sehr gut tun. Es ist wirklich sauber, auch das Wohnhaus am sich, aber so alte Handtücher, der Duschvorhang, Rost an der Waschmaschine sowie die Möbel beispielsweise hinterlassen kein gutes Gefühl. Man fühlt sich einfach nicht wohl.

Check in and out was uncomplicated, host was very responsive and the apartment was big and well equipped. Surrounding area feels a little dated / dirty, but nothing to do with the apartment and not a big deal.

The host is welcoming and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable with thoughtful touches like providing coffee and tea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for convenient meal preparation, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Also right next to the apartment there is a wonderful cafe serving national dishes, which are very tasty and a Spar supermarket within walking distance Thank you so much!!
• Pauline (10/5): Marco was there to meet us at the airport and access to apartment was very smooth. I highly recommend Parsifal Apartment - Large space, everything you could need was available and plenty of storage. Transport into Milan Centre (Duomo) was direct by tram and the metro is direct to Centrali Train Station. Only thing was bedroom air-conditioner was noisy so switched it off during the night.

• Krystian (9/5): Quiet, well-connected and affordable. - The apartament is located in not the most attractive part of the city for tourists... but a metro station (M2 Piazza Abbiategrasso) lies within a short walking distance (less than 10 minutes) or 2 tram stops. From there you can easily get to the city center. A tram (number 3) stop is located just next to the building. On the ground level of the building there is a bakery, so getting a breakfast is quick. Some small shops, kebab/pizza bars etc. are located nearby, so getting a dinner is easy as well. Despite those small businesses and the tram line - as the apartment's windows overlook the yard - it is quiet and you can sleep well. The apartament is located on the fourth floor but there is a lift in the building, so there is no need to climb those stairs. The building is not new but the apartament is renovated, clean and equipped with all expected amenities (air conditioning, fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and comfy beds. The owner was quick to response to questions and very helpfull.

• Hi_land3r (9/5): nice stay in Milano - Very big apartment. Big rooms and all utilities (fridge, microwave, owen, etc.). We did not use them as we ate outside, but it is nice to have them. Very close to tram station nr. 3 that goes to the Dome. From there you can take the nr. 1 tram to the Central Station, or the reverse way to the apartment. You can even walk to the center, a few km. Also there is a Pasticceria at the corner, where you can have good coffee and croissants. I recommend a nearby authentic italian pizzeria "Ai Tre Gradini" for a delicious pizza. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator present if necessary. (just don't forget to close the elevator inside doors even after you get off it). the walls are very thin. I could clearly hear the neighbor's tv even at moderate volume. also I would not recommend walking in the nearby park by night as there may be shady/smoky things happening. (unless you are looking for them :) )

• Giorgia (9/5): Perfect experience - The host has been always available for any question and before our arrival sent us precise instructions about the self-check in and the city. The apartment is close to two metro stations (Abbiategrasso and Famagosta). It takes 12/15 mins. The apartment is big: it has 2 big comfortable beds + a sofa, an equipped kitchen and a small but tidy bathroom, with many towels available and a window. We’ll definitely come back! The elevator in the building is a little bit old and would need to be renovated.

• Anca (9/5): Superb - Very friendly the owner, Marco. The apartment is big enough and the tram is near and fastest way to center (15-20 min) and also metro to 5-8 minutes. Can find near shops to buy drinks as beer, water or also a nice bakery. The apartment (furniture, kitchen, bathroom) are quite old but for us was not a problem for a few days. Correct price for the existing quality.
