• Ecem (9/5): Süper - Merkeze metroyla çok kolay ulaştık. Ev temizdi. Sıcaktı ama akşamları biraz serin oldu üşüdük biraz. Ev yeniydi, temizdi, güvenliydi, rahattı. Bir daha Mişano’ya gelsem yine burada kalırım. Akşamları biraz serindi.

Parecchie luci erano rotte o mal-funzionanti cosi come alcune delle tapparelle delle finestre. Letti superscomodi. Doccia della camera del bagno a piano terra rotta (funzionava solo il doccino).

• Maria (2/5): - The apartment itself is lovely and well-presented. However, we had a disappointing experience during our stay. The upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working, and with the high temperatures, it became uncomfortably hot. I was given a day or twos notice that it wasn’t working but sleeping upstairs was very difficult, and overall, it made that part of the apartment nearly unusable. There was also a ceiling vent dripping water onto the floor, which added to the discomfort. While the hosts were responsive and sent someone to look at the issue, the problem persisted and significantly impacted our stay. Additionally, the fridge wouldn’t stay cold and kept building up ice. We reached out about it, and while we followed the instructions to remove the excess ice, the issue wasn’t resolved. Unfortunately, we ended up losing around $100 worth of groceries. When we mentioned this, one of the owners, Alessia responded in a surprisingly passive-aggressive tone and suggested it was our fault for not mentioning the groceries sooner—even though we were simply following the advice given and spent time trying to resolve the problem ourselves. This really upset me, and I didn’t feel comfortable messaging her back. These issues collectively affected our overall experience. While the apartment is visually appealing, it’s clear the space isn’t equipped to handle the heat comfortably.

• Pavel (10/5): Nice and modern! - A wonderful modern apartment with a good layout and renovation. Well equipped with home appliances. It was a pity to see that the fine apartment gradually deteriorated (including with the participation of the guests themselves). In one shower the hose leaked very badly. This gives a very strong negative impression to the guests, but it is very easy and cheap to fix. The toilet button was broken. The plumber was able to come only in the evening of the third day.

• Angelo (9/5): Superb - A very big apartment, in a great area with many stores and Cafe near, close to metro station. Veronica is a very helpful owner. It was a little problem with the heat ,due to its central control ,so it was a little cold in the night, but it was OK generally.

• Sharon (10/5): Brilliant holiday - Having a lovely little private garden to ourselves was lovely, every thing was how the pictures looked online. Two double bedrooms both with en-suite. We all felt very Secure with a lock on the garden gate as well as the door to the apartment. The Communication was excellent, every step was explained how to get into the apartment etc. The beds were sooooo comfy, we all couldn’t get up. Opps Not really didn’t like. But 1 toilet roll in each loo wasn’t enough for 6 nights

The apartment is incredibly warm and I was forced to book new accomodation after one night because it was unbearable.

• Craig (10/5): Excellent base for a family trip to Milan and the surrounding areas. - The host was very proactive in communicating and they were always responsive to questions. The apartment building is beautiful and the apartment itself has everything you need for a few days in Milan. The location was also excellent. Opposite a tram stop, within a few minutes walk of the metro and with enough cafes / restaurants nearby.

• Jacob (8/5): Great location and pleasant stay, but beds need an urgent upgrade - The location is great, close to Porta Venezia with it bars and restaurants as well as good connectivity to the Linate-San Babila metro. The apartment is quiet and spacious and has the amenities that you expect. Easy communication with the hosts. Overall I had a pleasant stay The beds are old, warn down and extremely uncomfortable; it did not sleep well due to this. Such an easy thing to upgrade... The apartment smells a bit moldy, but you notice this when you enter after that you get used to it.

• Yaki (10/5): I recommend this place, it's clean, private, quiet, great location and a proffessional owner. - the location worked perfect for us, not too central but very close to all the highlights of the city. A helpfull owner of the aparment.. There's a big supermarket nearby. Wish I could enjoy the patio, it was too cold outside for me, so there's a good reason to book it on summer time again. We liked everything about it.

The place lacked natural light, which made it very cold for mid September in Milano. Could have been a bit more cleaner, especially the room on the upper floor. The place needs a little bit of repairs.

• Carine (8/5): comfortable peaceful haven in busy city - nicely furnished with a beautiful terrace, well equipped, good wifi, location okay wooden floors coming up as a result of water damage. in principle not a big deal but a bit of a safety hazard. instructions for usage of TV would be helpful.
