• Radcenko (3/5): Not worth your money. - The check-in to the apartment was very easy, we were allowed to check-in early which was very convenient. The metro is easy to access, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was pretty clean and had all necessary kitchen utilities (except for a microwave). The apartment has a nice balcony into an inner block which perfectly captured the Italian vibe, which we really loved. I wouldn’t stay at this apartment again. The main issue being the communication with the CleanBnB manager Matteo of this apartment. First when we got to the apartment the AC was not working, of which we alerted the manager and received a response saying “we’re working to fix it & anyways there are fans”. In 36* C it’s not easy to function just with a fan. Upon more thoroughly reading the reviews, it’s clear the AC has been broken for a significant amount of time, therefore the apartment being promoted as “fully air conditioned” is a scam. Secondly, immediately upon entry I tried laying in the bed of which I fell off of due to one leg of it being broken under the bed. Again, I alerted the host to which I was told I can sleep on the sofa bed. The sofa bed is in a terrible state, digusting material and all worn out, so I ended up having to put the mattress from the bed on the floor and sleeping on it for 3 nights. When I lifted the mattress the whole bed was just “fixed” together with duck tape. The manager said they’d come the second day to fix it - nobody came. There is a dishwasher in the apartment but no capsules, so no way of using it. Also the TV has a signal connection issue so it’s impossible to watch. We tried looking for band-aids in the first aid kit in the bathroom, which ended up being just an empty box with no first aid at all. I also suggest adding a big mirror in the hallway at least and a micro-wave. I feel like these should be basic necessities, every apartment should have. Overall, I would avoid this place, if you’re looking for a stay that is value for money worth, this is so not it.
• Agnieszka (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment, clean and roomy enough. Good conctact with personnel. Good connection to downtown, metro station nearby. Airconditioning was not working. A microwave oven is lacking. And couch should be replaced with a new one

• Andrei (8/5): Good place to stay in Milano - Great location for visiting. Markets nearby. Good coffee downstairs. I would change the matters in the bedroom from 2x single to a full sized matters and i would make it a little bit thicker. Also the couch needs to be changed.

• Nargiza (9/5): Superb - Location is good, near to the metro station. Several supermarkets are also nearby. Neighborhood is really safe and clean. The apartment was modern and nice. Had everything that you may need: iron, washing machine, towels, blankets, kettle and kitchenware etc. No need to even meet with the host in person. Everything was made clear through WhatsApp. Check in and check out was fast and without any problem. Good place to stay for longer period. Free and fast Wi-Fi. The windows in the apartment overlook into inner patio of condominium. It may be loud in the mornings when trash is collected or in the summer evenings when people are on their balconies.

• Borana (9/5): very good location near the Metro, 2 stops away from Milano Centrale. The ap was new, clean. - clean, comfortable, new apartment. everything was ok

• Marija (7/5): Good - The host is very kind and helpful. He waited for us, to give us key and show around apartment. The metro station is nearby and you can easily went to any point. The neighborhood is quiet. The bed in the kitchen is very uncomfortable and old. The bed in the bedroom is a little better. There was an unpleasant smell in the bedroom. The cleanliness is so-so, could be better. Kitchen utensils is random, some things you have enough, but the other one we needed to share (for example forks). There was 4 of us, and hygiene accessories was poor (that was all included in description of apartment). On the pictures it looks much better.

• Niamh (4/5): disappointed - good location, nice modern flat they didn’t have any facilities. there was 1 fork between three people. there was no kettle or microwave, there was an ants nest in the bed room and lots of ants through out the flat . the sink was broken in the kitchen and the shutter in the bedroom didn’t shut.
