• Andrei (7/5): - Местоположение хорошие . До цента удобно идти . Метро рядом Ковать ужасная, ломались постоянно ламели . В матрасе куче клопов . Которые грызли нас всю ночь . Жили 4 дня никто не пришел и не вынес даже мусор . Не говоря уже об уборке
• Lisa (1/5): Uncomfortable - Location Internet only worked for 1 night of a 4 night stay. The sofa bed was terrible - not flat, not even and very uncomfortable. It was not made up on arrival despite requesting so. The host was not responsive leading up to the stay nor during the day after we were let in. We were completely ignored. I wouldn’t stay there again.

• Bogdan (7/5): … - The property was good, the location excellent and quiet. They charge extra 350€ for guarantee, the second bed was not made and when I tell them they said that the company hired to do that and the cleaning doesn’t have employee available, and I tell them that we are 3 persons and I sent them our id’s, the cleaning wasn’t done there was hair and a lot of dust on the floor. The bathroom it was ok except the shower where is pretty much mold on floor and windows.
• Mohamed (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the view from the windows It’s like in the picture, but when the sofa is open as a bed , it becomes very tricky to pass. You feel your will get hurt or the screen might get hit . There were so Ms y mosquitoes, They had a washing machine, but no detergent for it No tablets for dishwasher , however it turned out it was not working and there was an old moldy spoon inside it . The vacuum cleaner was broken. Despite all the above , we were asked to leave the unit clean and they have kept a safety deposit. Through booking , we took a partial refund, but we wouldn’t like to stay there again .

• Ranganathan (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable stay - Breakfast was not included in the apartment. However, with proper kitchen and gadgets could prepare breakfast with ease. There are many options to have breakfast nearby but preferred to have at apartment For a long stay of 6 nights, there should be possibility of cleaning and changing linen at least once in three days.

• Daria (8/5): Very good - Great location (1 min for Turati metro station, 10 min walk from La Scala and Duomo Square. Couple of supermarkets around not far from the apartment. Spacious rooms and will equipped kitchen. Host who welcomed us was very nice - easy and pleasant communication, polite and in time. Very comfortable bed and we really liked shower. Walls are not soundproof at all - we could hear neighbours like they're in our room and it was really noisy at night. It was a little bit difficult to get response from the company providing accomodation - we tried to contact them via Booking and WhatsApp but got answer only when we checked-out (though they apologized for it). Don't try to switch on at once stove, oven and washing machine - electricity will be off. Also coffee machine and dishwasher are provided, but there were no capsules for both. It'd be nice to have them at least for 3-4 uses. And we were surprised to see so many mosquitos in Oct.

• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - Location was good. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. There is air conditioner in every room including both bedrooms and kitchen. There was cloth drying rack and the washing machine worked well. The person greeting us was nice and was available through WhatsApp as we did not have a working sim for phone calls. In another review a person said that the bathroom was cold in winter as it is situated in an outside corridor. We stayed in May so it was hot enough outside to not be an issue. It might be in winter as the sides of the room are half glass and are external. There is no problem of you being seen as glass is not clear (unless you open the windows, of course). There are blinds on all windows which is good. There are two lifts in the building. Overall very spacey and comfortable place. The house was redecorated for rent and it shows it was never lived in. It was pretty empty as to the practical usage. There was not enough utensils for four people and no dishwashing liquid or sponge. There is no soap holder for the soap in the bathroom and no place to hang your clothes and towels in the shower other than the towel drier. Also we were four people and had to pay extra fee for bedlinen and towels for the other two people in the online login form. There is no reason it should not be included in the price paid here already. You will also need passport photos of all the people staying for the login. They do send the link in advance. So nothing that is a deal breaker however you should be aware.

• Marina (7/5): Good - property was very nice and clean in one of the best positions in Milano During the night the adjacent apartment was located to a group of incredibly noisy people with loud music until 5 am and we could’t sleep until 5 am. It was impossible to call anyone to help us in this situation. if the property will fix also this problem and help foreigners to call the police this can become the place to be.
