• Marion (6/5): - Great communication - when we had an issue with the door lock, they sent someone out to check it and fix it. Fabulous location, very close to the centre. The door lock was very difficult to use.

• Ana (10/5): - O apartamento está bem localizado junto a estação de metro e também perto do centro a pé. Não cozinhamos no entanto há essa possibilidade. Correspondeu à expectativa que tínhamos. O facto de não terem onde guardar a bagagem é um ponto negativo.

Saimme nopeasti yhteyden majoittajaan kun kysymyksiä heräsi ja he auttoivat nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Olisimme kaivanneet keittiöön keittiöpyyhkeen astioiden kuivausta varten ja kahvinkeitin ei jostain syystä toiminut ja sitä yritettiinkin selvittää majoituksen aikana!

• Andrea (7/5): - L’appartamento si trova in zona centralissima, comodissimo per muoversi: la metro è davvero a 1 minuto a piedi, un grande punto a favore soprattutto per chi visita la città per pochi giorni. La porta di ingresso è molto difettosa e questo può rappresentare un problema dal punto di vista della sicurezza. Inoltre, il riscaldamento è insufficiente: è presente solo una pompa di calore nella stanza, mentre non ci sono termosifoni nel resto della casa. Il bagno non è riscaldato in alcun modo e risulta quindi molto freddo. A peggiorare la situazione, la pompa di calore è estremamente rumorosa, rendendo difficile tenerla accesa di notte: per dormire bisogna spegnerla e quindi sopportare il freddo.

• Marijana (8/5): - Čisto,uredno na odličnoj lokaciji Zamolili smo da udjemo u apartman pola sata pre predvidjenog vremena jer smo doputovali jutarnjim letom ali nam nisu dozvolili,sedeli smo na klupi ispred apartmana.U lokalu ispod apartmana renovirali su i po ceo dan od ujutro do uveče čuo se zvuk neke bušilice kao i lupanje
• Anna (9/5): Milan is a very good place for a short trip - Convenient location, clean apartment, sufficient apartment space, good communication with the company servicing the apartment The kitchen could use more tableware (small plates, bowls, cups). There was no dishwashing liquid. We received one dishwasher tablet for our five-day stay—a bit too little.

• Antonella Athena (6/5): - Sono trascorsi due mesi dal soggiorno a Milano. All' arrivo verso le 15 l' appartamento prenotato presentava un'enorme macchia di muffa nella stanza da letto. Ho chiamato il numero di riferimento e dopo un' ora si è presentata una persona per verificare quanto da me riportato. Ho chiesto di cambiare appartamento e dopo un' ora e mezza circa e diversi solleciti sono stata contattata dall' amministrazione che mi ha offerto un appartamento in zona Bocconi più grande ma meno comodo per gli spostamenti che avevo pianificato. Alle 18 sono riuscita ad entrare nel nuovo appartamento. Mi è stato offerto il rimborso del taxi da una casa all' altra ma Booking ha trattenuto una parte del mio rimborso, cosa che non ho gradito.

• Gaetano Andrea (10/5): Comodo, rilassante, conveniente dal punto di vista logistico. - L’appartamento era ben accessoriato, molto pulito e in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
• Wartha (9/5): Elhelyezkedés tökéletes, tiszta, kényelmes, felszerelt, csendes. Biztonságosnak tűnő környéken van. - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, a dóm 10 perc séta, közelben metróállomások. Nem volt semmivel gond, egyedül egy sötétítős függöny elférne a hálóban, meg szappan a fürdőszobába.

O ralo do duche não drenava bem a água chegando a entupir e a dificultar uma sucessão de duches, uma vez que éramos 3 pessoas. As almofadas eram muito baixas e insuficientes. A fechadura da porta do apartamento não está em boas condições, em diversas vezes tivemos dificuldade em abrir.

• Gul (4/5): Not enjoying - When we arrived at the building, we had to struggle and wait a lot to get the key. Despite filling out the very painful online check-in forms many times, the password needed to open the door never arrived. It turned out that they wanted us to pay the city tax. The attendant at the door was very helpful, but the person in charge on the other end of the phone did not speed up our work. There were a lot of ants crawling around in the bathroom despite being on the top floor. As if the road noise wasn’t enough, the sound of repairs being done on the road made it impossible to sleep

• Samir (7/5): Milano is nice city - Location was good Check-in and check-out is very organized Appartment is well equipped and it has all what you need Drainage of all sinkers are so bad even the shower drainage was almost blocked and we have to find a solution our selves as every thing done on self Check-in, since day zero drainage is so bad and I search under kitchen drainage I found Mr Muscle solve some of the issues but the shower is not functioning well at all !!!!
• Cornelia (5/5): It was good - the location of property is perfect, not far from Duomo and I highly recommend it, there is air conditioning in the apartment and everything necessary for the kitchen. bad smell of sewage and it was difficult to take a shower because a lot of water was accumulating and it was not comfortable. the problem with the sewage needs to be solved because it is important for the guests. the floor was dirty.

Shower and sink would not drain.

It also can get quite noisy - a couple of nights the neighbours were partying until late evening and you can hear a lot of the noise form the street

• Milena (4/5): Amazing location! Otherwise, the apartment itself is not worth the money. In front of the building there are workers fro - Location was amazing! A lot of stuff in the apartment is broken or now working properly, which is a big disappointment for a property that’s this expensive to book. Broken things: Water doesn’t drain properly in the sink, it’s clogged. It was like that from day 1. Dining table is broken, only one side can be expanded. The AC in the bedroom smells bad. There is no thick duvet (like the one in the bedroom) for people sleeping in the living room on the couch, there is just a thin blanket. The pillows for people sleeping in the living room are in a terrible state, you would expect at least normal ones for such an expensive booking.
• Francesco (8/5): Modern, functional, compact apartment in convenient location - The location is really convenient (and it will improve, once the works for the metro stop in front of the apartment will be finished). It is 10/15 minute alking from the Duomo, in a central but eaily accessible area. The flat is modern and decorated with taste, including a very comfortable bathroom and bedroom. The windows are extremely well insulated, so there is virtually no noise from the nearby main street. For the check in, I was welcomed by a very helpful and friendly staff. The only inconvenience of the apartment may be the size of the "main room" (kitchen/living room), which does dot allow the presend of a permanent table with some chairs (there is a more compact solution, but it's a bit difficult to harness). However, it is a minor issue if the aim of the trip is to visit the city and have breakfast and the other meals outside, not spending too much time in the flat.
