Il faudrait donner un plan dès l’arriver et noter les codes dessus.

• jesus (6/5): Bien pero mucho ruido - La habitacion es bastante amplia. La localizacion son 20/25min al Duomo 15/20 de metro Ruido de trenes todo el dia Y POR LA NOCHE.... El ventilador del baño tambien hace muchisimo ruido. El sofa cama de los niños algo machacao... Milan y sus zonas ZTL hacen q tengas que utilizar el metro.

Il letto era comodo e tutto funzionava. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Un 10 su 10, grazie! Hanno sempre risposto a ogni mia chiamata. In realtà non ho trovato nulla che non mi piacesse.

• Vanesa (8/5): Estadía en milán alejada - Me pidieron establecer horario de llegada. Cuando llegamos encuentro un cartel que había recepción hasta las 21:00 hs. Llegamos 20:20 y ya no había nadie. Llame por telefono al WhatsApp de contacto y Tuve que esperar que vengan a abrirnos. No tenía buena iluminación. No contaba con sitios para dejar maletas.

• Galina (10/5): Belisimo - Metroul se află la 7 min de locuință. În prejur este foarte frumos. Curtea și locuința este frumos amenajată. Lîngă locuință se află căile ferate, dar nu se aude nici un zgomot. Bucătăria este dotată de tot ce este necesal. Paturile sunt comode. Dacă vom mai veni la Milan, o vom alegem neapărat. Aș ruga stăpînul să puie la bucătărie o lavetă.

• Mariacarmela (4/5): - Le uniche note positive sono il prezzo e il fatto che non sia troppo distante dalla metro, ma la stanza in cui è ubicato è davvero troppo isolata. La struttura di è fatta pagare 25 euro in più se arrivi dopo le 22, ma la cosa non era specificata su booking dove dava la possibilità del check in fino alle 23. Sono arrivata alle 22:15 e ovviamente, nonostante avessi mostrato loro che su booking non era specificato, mi hanno fatto pagare ugualmente, dicendo che non era un loro problema perché sui loro sistemi era aggiornato e che avrei dovuto lamentarmi con booking. Una tenda in camera era distrutta e le lenzuola bucate. Oltretutto, avevamo chiesto una culla e loro ci hanno dato un lettino da campeggio che non passava dalla porta, motivo per cui abbiamo dovuto dormire nel divano letto che definire scomodo è poco, considerato che aveva tutte le molle uscite.

La prima impressione entrando nella camera (ma già dal corridoio) è stato un marcato odore di muffa/umidità, particolarmente nel bagno, ma poi vistose macchie di di risalita sui muri erano un pò ovunque. La mattina, aprendo la finestra, un cumulo di cicche di sigatetta, lì da chissà quanto tempo, sul davanzale. Bagno freddo, umido, maleodorante, riscaldato da un semplice termoconvettore elettrico, che si spegneva ogni 2 minuti. Mi chiedo cosa servano una macchinetta del caffè e un bollitore d'acqua se poi non c'è traccia di una cialda e di una bustina di thè, ma ancora peggio la mancanza di una semplice bottiglietta d'acqua (a costo di pagarla!) quando il bar più vicino è a circa un chilometro. C'è un sofà di fronte al televisore, ma io dico la cosa più srmplice del mondo è dotarlo di una coperta e di due cuscini comodi. Struttura lontana dalla metro e in zona isolata, non riesco proprio ad esprimere un giudizio positivo, mi dispiace!

Disponibilità e cortesia della reception e del manutentore La prima notte non ho potuto fare la doccia perché la caldaia doveva metterci 3 /4 ore per riempirsi . Ritengo che si debba controllare che l’acqua calda ci sia , prima che l’ospite arrivi . Non ho gradito non avere acqua calda per ore . Il giorno dopo sistemato (perché sono mancata tutto il giorno e quindi ha avuto molte molte ore per accumulare acqua )ma la prima sera é stato un calvario

• Natale (1/5): E' bene non andarci - Appena arrivato (ore 22) la corrente non era in camera. Abbiamo dovuto attendere 10 minuti e svariate telefonate, E va bene. La mattina alle 7.00 mentre ero sotto la doccia, va via la corrente. Provo a chiamare la reception ma è impossibile raggiungerla (casella piena) Senza climatizzatore, con un finestrone chiuso e nessuno a cui chiedere come aprire. Devo fare la doccia fredda. Ma il caldo è insopportabile. Mi lavo e sudo. Sudo e mi lavo, sempre con acqua gelata. Aspetto le 9.00 che apra la reception. Solo scuse e motivazioni assurde. Nessuna telefonata di scuse o similaria. In questa struttura se ti capita qualcosa dalla mezzanotte alle 9 del mattino, puoi anche morire. Provvederò a rendere pubblica quanto più è possibile il mio incubo.

• Cane (2/5): - 2 small rooms, cleaned, 1 with a bed and the other with a sofa using as a bed After a long trip we arrived at the apartment at 21:30 pm, 1 hour and a half before the check in end at 11, but they left us outside till 11:30 pm to give us the key of the apartment, and not answering our calls or giving us an exact time so we could wait somwhere nearby not just standing up in front of th building. Even though we told them we have a invalid friends waiting with us. For some of the other clients they put the keys inside a box with codes and some other like us had to wait a person for hours to give them. We are very angry for that kind of behaviour

• Marika (5/5): Na jedną do przeżycia - Powiedzmy że lokalizacja bo dość blisko metro, ale sklepów brak, wielkość mieszkania była ok , klimatyzacja na plus, mieszkanie ma potencjał ale niewykorzystany zupełnie Nie było czysto, niejasne informacje, brak chociażby jednej kapsułki kawy, torebki herbaty, małej butelki wody na start , żeby miło powitać , miał być taras, tarasu nie było , czystość też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, ogarnięte ale nie sprzątnięte , dobrze że tylko jedną noc , wieczorem już tylko letnią woda
