• Daniela (9/5): A fost o experiență de neuitat! - Pozitia aproape de metrou si de obiectivele turistice ,patul confortabil,curatenia,linistea,cladirea ,faptul ca are lift. Nu am nimic de mentionat negativ.

• Borsing (10/5): Tolle Wohnung in gemütlicher Lage, zentral gelegen. - Tolle Wohnung, viel Platz, sehr sauber. Haben hier nur geschlafen, deshalb keine Aussage zum Kücheninhalt. Lage ist super, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Einchecken vorab per link völlig unproblematisch, auch die Erklärungen, wie man an den Schlüssel kommt sehr einfach verständlich. Vermieter jederzeit kontaktierbar. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

• Maria Cristina (6/5): - Ok posizione e materasso letto matr.. Casa poco pulita in generale. Idem per biancheria. Poco accessoriata (mancano anche forbici) e dal bagno arriva sempre cattivo odore. Con quello che si paga trovare anche solo un rotolo di scottex o due rotoli di carta igienica in più mi sembra il minimo.
• Dona (4/5): - Posizione eccellente e l'appartamento l'ho trovato che odorava di pulito. Segnalo tuttavia che c'era un forte odore di fognatura proveniente dal bagno e dalla cucina e la sera bisognava chiudere tutte le porte per dormire senza puzza. La doccetta per il bidet perdeva da tutte le parti. Inoltre le pareti della camera da letto e del soggiorno erano piene di zanzare schiacciate con relative impronte di scarpe.

Quartier Navigli à 2 min de metro. Bonne adresse sur Milan Vue sur cour (calme) Salon à l opposé de la cuisine mais plus ensoleillé. Problème eau chaude douche ( mini chauffe eau)....on doit laisser couler l eau longtemps pour 3min d eau chaude...à revoir....

• Edsel (1/5): Very bad experience, I will never recommend this for anyonewoth family. - The property was well located The air conditioning wasn’t working the whole day and night. No water in the apartment from the evening, including hot water. The staff was not helpful either in resolving this issue. We were given the apartment almost 2 hours later from the check in time and was told to checkout immediately.

Has everything you need for a self catering stay (although if you’re going to Italy you’re defo eating out a lot) Just to echo the same as some of the other reviews: - could do with a lick of paint, particularly in the bed room - bit of a funny smell from the shower drain

Milan centre only 20 - Bed comfy , facilities was excellent, happy it had a iron ☺️ couldn’t ask for anything more Toilet did smell a bit , opened window it did go then other than that it was great

• Adela (8/5): Very good - Very clean and comfortable, spacious and with good location. The couch bed was very comfortable. There is a big mosquito problem. Even though it was mid-October, the apartment was full of mosquitos (you can also see the blood spots all over the walls and there was one on the sheets as well). We had to keep the windows shut throughout our stay in order to be able to sleep peacefully during the night. A simple net on the windows would solve this issue and I don’t understand why it hasn’t been done as most reviews mention this problem. Also, I didn’t particularly like the tone of communication - there is a big label on the door saying how expensive electricity in Italy is, and as we were checking out we received an email that we must wash dishes, otherwise there is a fine. I always wash my dishes but I feel like this was unnecessary.
• Oliwia (5/5): apartment needs some renovations when it comes to painting as well as door locks, especially bathroom doors . Safe area - The apartment was located about 25min walk to the centre. Nice coffee shops in the area. Contact with the apartment owners was very difficult. I have sended a message a week before the arrival and never received an answer. I have also asked about the possibility of a second key. None of the messages had been read.

• Севелина (6/5): Pleasant - -you get the whole place for yourself and it has a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room- so generally quite big. -the location is very good - there is metro nearby and it is easily accessible even on walking distance (like 20min or so) to the city centre -well the biggest problem was that it is not really clean. The floors were dusty, on my pillow there was a stain looking like blood 🩸 -there are no nets on the windows and you cannot open them without having too many mosquitoes getting inside. Through the AC came even more mosquitoes … This is a huge problem since as it seems every other tenant has had the same- the whole walls are covered in stains from killed bugs-everywhere

All the necessary utensils were in the kitchen (do not take salt, there is a lot of it left), and even a hairdryer, iron, ironing board. 25 minutes walk to the Duomo. Nearby there is a cafe and a supermarket. 5 minutes to metro and bus. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so a lot of mosquitoes flew in. Might need a fumigator

• Eunice (7/5): Good - Everything was as advertised. unit was spacious and almost everything you need is in the unit. very convenient location, near by M2 green line metro station .. and walking distance to the Duomo. the water heater for the shower wasnt working well, the shower head was old and water pressure was weak. getting the right temperate was a problem.

• A_horse_with_no_name (8/5): Great location. Best bang for the buck. - Nice location, well maintained property and it was spotlessly clean. I could find everything I needed during the stay, right in the apartment. No complaints - I am Kids next door was a bit noisy. One day there was some kind of birthday party or something but hey that's what living in a community comes with.
