• ANA SOFIA (10/5): Cidade de Milão não tem apenas a sua Catedral magnifica, é deslumbrante! merece muito a sua visita. - Viajamos em familia de 4 pessoas, o apartamento era muito bom, limpo e bem equipado. A anfitriã Luisa era uma simpatia e enviou-nos uma mensagem à chegada a Milão a informar que estava à nossa espera no alojamento. Deu-nos todas as informações tanto de transportes, de restaurantes, de supermecados e da zona que estavamos alojados. A localização fica no distrito universitário, sentimo-nos seguros e fica a 30m a pé do Duomo e da Catedral de Mião. Não andem de metro, visto que a cidade é linda e faz-se bem a pé. Existe o aluguer de bicicletas por todos lados. Os condutores de automoveis são respeitadores. Façam o Citysightseeing Milano que tem 4 linhas diferentes. São 25 Eur por pessoa, por 24 Horas e foi espectacular! A comida é maravilhosa e os gelatos são divinais! Gostamos de tudo :)

• Sean (10/5): Superb apartment in an excellent location by a great host - Luisa is an extraordinary host. She is very kind and explains everything one needs to know. The flat is nicely furnished, there is a big balcony with sun both in the morning and the evening. There are bakeries and shops as well as good restaurants close by. Just in front of the door, there is a bus station (to Milano Centrale) as well as a tram station with two routes directly to the city centre. There is also a metro station five minutes on foot away.
• Antti (7/5): Mahtavalla sijainnilla oleva, todella siisti ja iso asunto. Sänky surkea. - Julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla pääsee todella kätevästi mihin tahansa ja asemat ovat ihan vieressä. Liikkuminen helppoa ja alue mukavan rauhallinen. Huoneista todella siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Valaistus huoneistossa on todella kolkko. Vinkki omistajalle: asenna huoneistoon älyhehkulamput, niin valolämpötilaa ja kirkkautta voisi säädellä. Italiassakin on IKEA joten sieltä hakemaan. Maksaa muutaman euron ja tekee tilasta huomattavasti mukavamman oleskella ja työskennellä. Sänky on todella heikko. Hotellihuoneen ja majoituksen ylivoimaisesti tärkein asia kun nyt sattuu olemaan sänky, niin tämä vaikuttaa todella paljon viihtyvyyteen ja majoituskokemukseen. Peittoja ei ollut huoneistossa ollenkaan, koska mitä ilmeisemmin välimerenihmiset eivät sellaisia harrasta. Eihän sitä hotelleissakaan pelkillä lakanoilla nukuta. Avaimen noutoa helpottaisi numerokoodillinen avainlokero, josta avaimen voisi noutaa. Nyt sisäänkirjautuminen tehty hankalaksi kun joku on vastassa antamassa avaimia. Aivan turhaa säätämistä kun vain haluaa ilman aikatauluja sisään- ja uloskirjautua. Italialaiset eivät harrasta aamupalaa, joten tästä ei voi sanoa mitään. Alapuolella oli ihan perus kahvila, josta sai Italialaiseen tyyliin leivonnaisia ja pientä suolapalaa. Kahvilat ovat "leipomoita", joten mistään brunssista on turha Italiassa haaveille. Vaikka olimme Italiassa, niin muuten suhteellisen kattavassa keittiössä ei ollut ollenkaan viinilaseja ja pullonavaaja oli rikki. Pikkujuttuja, mutta majoittujalle tärkeitä, että asiat toimii.

• Delovska (10/5): I would higly recommend this appartment to anyone and would deffinitely come back! - The host organized us a late check in, like 01:00 am! She explained in details how to use the appartment. The appartment was clean and tidy. Everything was operating. The location was good for us since we it was 10 min walk from the place of our interest but we liked rhat rhe area was peacefull in the evening, although it is a student area and it was the begining of September. We highly recomend the facility. I would add a bread toaster, a peeler knife and an umbrella 😉
• Michael (7/5): Felt mis-led, not sure how they received a rating of 9.7. - Location was great, 30 minute walk to Milano Centrale Station, lots of places to eat at nearby 9.7 rating was ridiculous, maybe a 7.5. The shower is unsafe, a 12" minimum step in/step out, there is mold in the bath area, paint is chipping on the door, shower curtain almost unusable, hot water inconsistent, water drains slowly in the tub. Very noisy area, bar across the street, construction, garbage pick-up. We were there 7 nights, 1 roll of TP, no Kleenex, and 1 bath towel, no cleaning service during our stay.

The flat is located in a good area with a lots of good restaurants and also it is near to metro station(10 minutes walking). There is a bit of noise from the outside due to the quality of the windows.
