• Marko (6/5): Great position - Great position Toilet is way too small, can't enter properly, cant do the toilet business properly. Toilet is a no pass.

• Alexandru Fleșchiu (8/5): - Great positioning - in walking distance from Duomo (10 mins) and has a metro station nearby. Lots of stores and grocery shops near. Heating and cooling are OK. Well equipped kitchenette for prepping something fast. Most of the time was quiet during night time but some neighbours were very loud at 3-4 a.m. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress has a used, deep, uncomfortable right side. 4 nights and some naps were more than enough to gain a lot of back pain.

• Paola (9/5): Contesto stupendo, soggiorno abbastanza comodo - Lo scenario spettacolare di un palazzo antico strutturato con un cortile interno molto bello dotato di ascensore. Casa di ringhiera, monolocale con ingressi oche da su antibagno con lavandino e, con un piccolo gradino, separato da una porta, il bagno con sanitari e doccia, puliti. Tra le due grandi finestre, un tavolino con due sedie L'angolo cottura con piastre ad induzione, lavatrice e frigo, senza lavastoviglie. Macchina del caffè con cialde. Letto matrimoniale a cassettone e due comodini con un'abat jour Stand appendiabiti e specchio intero con retro appendiabiti Posizione incredibilmente comoda Mi sono trovata bene Alla casa di ringhiera si accede da un balcone stretto e un po' troppo ingombro di piante. Io che ho difficoltà di deambulazione, ho dovuto fare particolare attenzione La porta è di grandezza ordinaria ma divisa a metà: per entrare con il cappotto, specialmente con qualche sacchetto della spesa, si ha qualche difficoltà. A onor del vero si può aprire anche l'altra metà sbloccando i fermi. Il bagno è piccolo, ma non particolarmente scomodo
• Elisabeth (6/5): War insgesamt in Ordnung. - Gute, zentrale Lage, netter, atmosphärischer Innenhof - das ist was zum Gucken ;-) , schneller & zielführender Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, warmer Fußboden im Duschbad, die Küchenzeilenausstattung. - Uns haben gemütliche, bequeme Stühle mit Armlehnen oder ein Sofa gefehlt. Es gab nur zwei harte Klappstühle am Esstisch - nichts, wo man abends entspannt sitzen und es sich nett machen kann. - Am Bett fehlte die zweite Leselampe und eine angenehme gezielte Beleuchtung des Essplatzes. Eine zentrale Deckenlampe für den gesamten Raum ist nicht angenehm.

• litovskich (9/5): Amazing view to wake up to, small but comfy & equipped - We booked this place on the day of arrival as we booked the wrong dates for where we were going to stay but it ended up being even better. The instructions were given promptly and were confusing at first due to the doors and stuff to go through but it was worth it as the place felt very secure. Inside the property is like a square yard with lots of plants and all the apartments look into the square which was the highlight of the property- so sunny and beautiful to wake up to everyday. The room and bathroom is very tiny but was equiped with loads of things we needed for the stay so it was perfect, bed was comfy, clean, central but quiet location which is great. It ended up being a very impactful stay, the view every morning was just so lovely. Noise wasnt bad from the place, a kitchen or something below made slight noise sometimes but the window shutters blocked most of the noise and also made the room pitch black- perfect for sleeping any time of day. The only problem we had was with the lock on the door which would say wrong password all the time even tho it was correct and then we would have to wait for it to unlock and try again untill it would open. Also the bath/toilet room could do with a good refurbishment, no shower cover and only fits slimmer people but fine for me. Amazing stay otherwise.

• Wiktoria Magdalena (1/5): - Hello. We experienced a very unpleasant situation. After two nights in this apartment, we noticed there were bedbugs. Please see the attached photos of the bites we got. We carefully checked the mattress and also found a bedbug, droppings, and a white shell that they leave behind. I have photos of all of this. Once we were sure they were bedbugs, we contacted the property. They sent a man who didn’t speak a word of English, refused to talk to us, gave us something for mosquitoes, and left. The property then replied to me saying that we were bitten by mosquitoes. This is ridiculous — of course we know the difference, especially since we actually found a bedbug and have a photo of it. Please judge for yourself whether the insect in the photo looks like a mosquito. They offered to move us to another apartment, which was obvious at that point, but also very strange if, according to them, these were only mosquito bites. They also claimed they asked the cleaning staff and were told there were no bedbugs, while we were still in the apartment looking directly at one. This made no sense at all. The bites are very characteristic and cannot be mistaken for mosquito bites. The whole situation caused us enormous stress — we paid a lot of money only to end up sleeping with bugs. The bites are itchy, painful, and very uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying our short vacation, we had to deal with packing, moving, and worrying that our personal belongings may now be infested with bedbugs that we could bring back home. The property offered us compensation of €100, which is only one-fifth of the price we paid for the apartment. Simply changing apartments and trying to convince us like children that we were bitten by mosquitoes did not solve anything. This situation completely ruined our trip.
• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - The place was super close from everything, the building itself is gorgeous and the communication was great. There is only one bed which is perfect for couples or for 2 friends willing to share the bed (quite comfy). Def recommend and the ratio quality/price is excellent.
• Ourania (10/5): A place full of charm in the heart of Milano - This place straight stole my heart. I’m not sure the photos are doing justice to the beauty of entering an old building, walking through a yard to step into your apartment in the heart of Milano, just walking distance from the duomo. The price is reasonable for the location, you won’t find cheaper options in the area. Keep in mind that there’s insurance to be paid, either 300 refundable or 30 non refundable. I’ll be going back next time I’m in Milano.

• Milda (10/5): Great and helpful hosts. The location is ideal. We went around all the attractions on foot. - We arrived late in the evening so the keys were safely left for us. The owner communicated very nicely, explained everything several times. The owner sent photos with a detailed explanation of where the keys are. Later sent an accurate description with photos of how to get to the property. The host explained in detail how to get to the accommodation: when to take a bus and when to take a taxi. Great and helpful hosts. The location is ideal. We went around all the attractions on foot. We lived in the very center, so we walked both during the day and in the evening. The host is very helpful. Our flight was in the afternoon, so it allowed us to check out later and stay longer at the accommodation. we liked everything.
• Hana (3/5): Stay away - The apartment is in a nice area and the inner part of the building is breathtaking with all plants. But thats all good what I can say about it. The kitchen in the apartment is old so is whole bathroom. You are basically taking shower above the toilet. There is no heating, just aircon unit, so when we came it was 17 degrees inside. The bed is comfy and the apartment is for italian standards clean but its quite demaged. The kitchen table is full of stains and so is all walls, chairs and table. The bathroom has broken tiles or are tikes missing. Door to the apartment is super tiny so you need to walk by side. Its quasi self check in, you need to call someone to open the door but they were not picking up the phone few times. Also not answearing about deposit money return. Also there was written it should have two sets of keys but there was just one. Before check in you need to pay deposit of 300 euro, but there is no one you can agree on the conditions of the apartment which is quite demaged and it took them 12 days after we left to cash back the deposit!!! There are strict rules - you need to throw our the trash but they dont write you where it is, so we needed to ask people in the building. If you dont plan to stay in much and looking for comfy bed and dont mind old equipment, its ok. If you dont want to pay cheesy deposit with not knowing if you will have it returned or not, look for something else. The deposit absolutely does not correspond to the condition of the apartment.
• Nina (9/5): Nice and cosy place with great location - Nice and cosy place. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to Duomo. Loved the inner courtyard specifically. The fact that you learn that you need to pay additional non-refundable €30 only after booking the place and after paying a full stay price which is also non-refundable. It would be much easier to include those €30 in the main price to avoid unwanted reactions from the visitors or at least make it clear before the booking. Other than that everything was great.

• Wanda (5/5): Perfect location. With a new bathroom, functional internet, and a contactable host I would rebook. - Location was great! Terrible bathroom, must be upgraded to have return guests. Internet didn't work and not possible to contact the host. They said 2 pairs of keys, however only one (not an issue as I was staying there alone, but I could imagine it could be difficult for their next guests). I still haven't received my deposit return (checked out on the 23rd of April).
