• John (10/5): Great little flat! - A nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood! Giuseppina (and her lovely dog!) greeted us warmly and showed us around the flat and advised what facilities there are (Giuseppina speaks no English, I speak a handful of Italian words but we managed!). Our bed was comfy and backed onto the courtyard where you can hear birds chirping. Our Dad was on the sofa bed and was fine on there. Bags of storage for clothes too. Breakfast of croissants and biscuits were on hand as were tea and coffee if you wanted it. Bathroom had both bath and shower (shower is a little small but no dramas. A washing machine was also available. Finally, excellent pizza shop on the corner! Not the fault of the property but it is a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. Also the flat is up three flights of stairs and there is no lift. Finally we couldn't find a kettle so boiled water in a pan - a first world problem!

Alloggio consigliato. - Accoglienza ottima, proprietaria davvero molto cordiale, disponibile e super organizzata. Mi ha messo a disposizione tutto il necessario sia per la colazione (che mi serviva di più) sia in generale per i pasti. Bagno grande, sia con vasca sia con doccia. Alloggio comodo, pulito e grande. Posto consigliato, discretamente vicino a fermata metro della linea rossa. Nei paraggi alcuni supermercati e servizi vari. Unica noto negativa: le camere non sono insonorizzate e ho sentito i rumori dei vicini, ma comunque nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

• Iván Gabriel (8/5): Cuando el anfitrión te hace querer volver. - Lo bueno del alojamiento fue sobre todo el anfitrión, fue una mujer muy amable y cercana, los servicios y la estancia en si fue maravilloso. La cama demasiado blanda. Y si que hay ruido de los vecinos, un poco molestos ya que las paredes son muy finas.

• Unnat (10/5): Amazing host! - The host is so kind and gentle! The place has a very homely vibe and great amenities as well. Well stocked with all linen, toiletries and a huge basket of food as well! Great experience!

• sanjibmandal (10/5): Great stay in Milan. Feel like at home. - Location-Convenient location. It’s a nice residential area. From Milan Central Station it is 20-25 minutes by Metro and Bus but 10 minutes by Taxi to reach the apartment. Easy to find out. Google map works fine. Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room-Great apartment we loved it. Clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Host-Great hospitality from landlord. She is very kind and helpful. I am thankful to her for everything. I definitely recommend to all. Nothing. Just come and feel at home.
• Francisca (9/5): Recomendo! - Recepção da anfitriã, pequeno-almoço, conforto das camas, casa bem equipada. Gostámos muito! O exterior do prédio está em obras por isso os estores tinham de estar fechados a maior parte do dia.
• Ricardo (7/5): - En el desayuno faltò fruta, el resto normal. La ubicaciòn estaba un poco lejos del metro, habìa que combinar con bus. La señora que nos recibiò, hamable y servicial. La refacciòn de la fachada impedìa tener lugar adecuado para secar ropa.
• Jana Bělochová (5/5): Nevětrane, plesnivé a zatuchlé - Krásná cena, příjemná paní domácí (mluví pouze italský, ale byla moc milá). Snadný check-in i check-out. 1) kvůli opravám fasády nešlo větrat. Vůbec. Hodně plísně i prachu - jsme alergici a bylo to velmi náročné. Povrchove čisto, ale jakmile se člověk podíval jen vedle skříně nebo na zeď, tak hnus. 2) asi 150 talířů (ani moc nepřeháníme), ale jen 2 hrnky na čaj a žádná sklenice na víno. 3) tak slabé zdi, že jsme velmi jasné celou noc slyšeli knourat psa sousedů nebo jejich rozhovor slovo od slova 4) snídaně přesně dle fotky, ale pro 3 lidí na 4 noci je to tedy hodně málo (jedno mléko načaté a zkyslé). Kávy a černého čaje dost. 5) postele měkké
• Éva (6/5): - Tökéletesen felszerelt, minden volt, mint otthon. Reggeli péksütemények, italok a hűtőben (még tej is a reggeli kávéhoz), kávé és tea, pipereholmik a fürdőben. A gondoskodás igazán jól esett, de nem elvárható. Guiseppina nagyon jó vendéglátó, és nem mellesleg a szomszédban lakik. :-) A fürdő állapota kimondottan megkérdőjelezhető. A mennyezet komolyan penészes, a zuhanyzó úgyszintén. A fürdőkád hihetetlenül megkopott. A csaptelepek nehezen működnek. Az ajtókilincs lassan megadja magát. Egy felújítás jól jönne a fürdőnek.

• Karen (10/5): Gran lugar para quedarse. Puede hacer algo de calor en verano en el apto. Pero todo super bien. - Excelente atención y snacks y bebidas disponibles. En verano hace mucho calor en el apartamento.

La propriétaire est très gentille tout comme son fils qui nous a tout expliquer pour aller à Milan. A notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a offert des gâteaux et des besoins.

Near to 2 metro stations either walking 15 to 29 min or taking the buses to them. Everything was great Old building doesn't have elevator so luggage had to be carried thought the stairs but that was expected

• mojac (7/5): - W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba (ręczniki, pościel, sztućce, garnki). Dodatkowo bardzo dużo przekąsek typu ciasteczka, rogaliki, suchary, dżemy, czekolada, mleko,woda, kawa. W łazience szampon, żel pod prysznic nawet szlafrok. Nic nie trzeba ze sobą brać. Podczas naszego pobytu panowały upały, więc brak klimatyzacji nam doskwierał.

• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - The lady who owns the place was an absolute sweetheart, she provided everything you could ever need when staying at this location, from instructions on how to navigate Milano to snacks and drinks in the fridge. 100/10, for a place to stay that felt like home away from home.

• Zsolt (10/5): Exceptional - Host is very kind, informed us before the arrival about the exact location, how to get there She even prepered some soft drinks, snacks, bakeries for us, which was perfect for breakfast Very nice, clean apartment, and very well equipped (lots of plates, glasses, condiments, towels etc.) Neighbourhood is friendly, even at night You can walk to the metro station (14-17mins) or you can catch a bus till there.
• Andrei (10/5): Great value for money - Spacious apartment, very clean and I found the bed very comfortable.
• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - Everything one needs is there! Even handcreams! In the kitchen you will find oil to cook, milk and balsamico, not to mention a whole range of italian cookies and snacks. The kitchen is supplied with all kinds of cutlery, pans and even Italian stovetop espresso makers of all sizes along with coffe itself. The mattress is too soft and sagged.
• Chris (8/5): Great little stop - Everything you could hope for. Fully equipped kitchen with staples supplied. Sugar tea eyc even various pastas. Washing machine. Owners live next door and were very helpful with looking things up for us. Nice people. Three flights up and no elevator. But not very hard. Only suggestion is to maybe add cereal( corn flakes?) And not so many bread products. But not a complaint. Location is about 750m from metro but close to buses if you understand Italian it is easy, but metro is quite easy to use.

Bed and bedding so comfortable. A little far from center but that was ok, manager helped with everything-subway, bus, taxi service. Would definitely stay here again Only thing was it was a little far away from things but as I said manager helped with all that
• Clive (10/5): Fantastic. Made our next accommodation seem like an unkept dump. - The owners friendly, helpful and obviously cared about us. It was like a home away from home. Having to leave.
• Reezebeez (7/5): Clean, comfortable and warm! - It felt like home as it was very clean, comfortable and warm environment. The location was close to the bus which took us to the Metro about ten minutes away. We finally caught up on washing, thank you. We didn't get any breakfast that we did pay for, the night we arrived they suggested croissants but there wasn't any. There was tea/coffee making facilities and snacks about which was a nice touch though.

My son didn't even want to leave - Complete amenities - kitchen, bathroom, fast wifi, the owner, and the dog 😅 There are many bus stops around to reach the centre. Shower - no hot water Room heating - it was so cold (at the time of our stay)

Also very large bathroom. Good water pressure. a short walk to the subway and from there you can go anywhere in the city. Oh yes, plenty of coffee to make your own expresso. the owner and his mother where very kind to me. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Also a large bread and cookie basket for you. Value for money is fantastic. Also there is a washer in the Apartment, a big bonus. The shower stall is a bit small. It was fine for me, I am not a big person. If you are a big individual, it could be an issue

Very nice host, provided us with free drinks in the fridge (water, juices), and a basket of different kinds of pastry, coffee, jams, you name it, it was on the house. At night it was pretty quiet, so all in all very nice experience. We had indications on touristic attractions, subway guide, everything was very welcoming. It is a bit far from the subway and also the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The people renting it out are super nice and helpfull and the appartement comes with a fridge filled with drinks and a basket of snacks.
