• Sathien​ Thekop (9/5): - ใกล้สถานีรถไฟหลัก , ห้องกว้าง มีลิฟต์ขนกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีทั้งร้านขายของ ,ร้านอาหาร ,ที่รับฝากกระเป๋าเดินทาง มีรถรางในถนนหน้าที่พัก ทำให้มีเสียงรบกวน การประสานงานตอนส่งมอบกุญแจห้อง คุยแจ้งเวลาในข้อความระบบของเวบ booking.com แตเพื่อประสานงานกับคนส่งมอบกุญแจ วันเช็คอิน ทำให้ต้องยืนรอนานถึง 90 นาที กว่าจะมาเปิดห้องได้
• Manuela (8/5): Abril 2026 - dpto amplio, éramos 3 y el sofá cama era muy espacioso. No funcionaba la cafetera ni la plancha de ropa. Ascensor muy pequeño
• PINEROS (9/5): - Apartamento cerca al metro, amplio y buena calefacción. Se fue la luz en el apartamento , el sofacama no esta comodo y la lavadora no la pude utilizar.

• Carrion Jiménez (1/5): - Solamente la ubicación cerca de la estación central, pero no el sitio. Primera planta de un edificio muy antiguo, en el que se escucha el tranvía como si estuviese dentro. Estuvimos hace un mes y la calefacción central se desconectaba por la noche y el aparato de aire acondicionado al encenderse hacía un ruido espantoso y no funcionaba, tendría unos 30 años. Pasamos tanto frío que teníamos dos noches reservadas y a la primera nos fuimos.
• JAVIER (2/5): Lamentable estancia, no recomendable si quieres dormir y vas con familia. - No me gustó El ruido es o, la limpieza, las camas incómodas, el servicio de llegada fue una caja de seguridad atada a una señal de tráfico en mitad de la calle, lamentable. Muchas reglas por parte de la empresa q coopera con vosotros y el apartamento no cumple ni la mitad de exigencias.

• Isabel (6/5): - La ubicación muy buena al lado de la estación central Mucho ruido por las noches con los tranvías. La cama MUY baja, si van personas mayores o con poca movilidad no lo recomiendo. El menaje de la cocina muy pobre: no había escurridor, ni aceite, ni sal... hay lavadora pero nada donde tender la ropa. Escoba y fregona con un solo palo que tenías que ir cambiando cosa que no hice ya que la escoba estaba llena de pelos y suciedad al estar en el balcón. Cortinas de "papel" muy sucias. Al llegar los platos y cubiertos grasientos... la mampara de la ducha costaba cerrarla (estava salida de la vía y con miedo a que se rompiera ya que iva con niños).

Piso reformado con muebles modernos Ubicación excelente al lado de la estación central con muchas posibilidades de transporte público Aire acondicionado que funciona en plena ola de calor (con noches de 27°) Aún habiendo ventanas de gran calidad se oía mucho el tráfico del exterior Precio elevado desde mi punto de vista pero acorde a la oferta de la zona Hay lavadora pero no tendedero Balcón descuidado, tiene un par de sillas de plástico pero siendo ancho podría estar un poco más arreglado. La tasa turística se paga a parte
• Ciprian (9/5): Superb - Closed to train station. Noise, there are trams working till 2 AM Beds need to be changed, sofa make strange noise.
• Glenn (10/5): Comfortable stay - Good location and good facilities in the apartment. Perfect for a family of 4 to 5 members. It would be good if basic things like a frying spoon, oil, salt and pepper also be provided to guests, as there is a stove provided with cooking utensils. The trams passing the street can be a bit noisy at night.
• Silviu (6/5): A big price compared to the value. - The location is great, only 2 minute walk from the central station and close to a really good restaurant, San Giovanni. Also there are a lot of stores near by. The gost also let 2 bottles of water which really comes in hand after you travel. These are only suggeations for the host: the doors need to be greased, the couch is unconfortable and squeeks at every move. Also, the balcony can be cleaned because islt is very dirty.

• Nana (4/5): If you don’t want to stay in the middle of the street at night just because the door or the keys have a problem please D - It was nice location near to the metro and train station and the flat was clean The noise at night was really frustrating,we could barely sleep.the host wasn’t attentive at all,the first day we arrived the key wasn’t in the box and we had a very hard time to get into the building,we called the owner and fortunately he fixed the problem soon.but we had a problem with opening the building door,it was really inconvenient and one day at night we couldn’t open the door,we tried for so many times but didn’t work it wasn’t opening,then we texted the owner and tried to call but didn’t answer a few minutes later he texted back and said that HE COULDNT HELP which is nonsense then who could?!we told him to tell us who could solve the problem but obviously he didn’t answer and then we tried to call people who lived there(there are buttons next to the building door)and eventfully after trying so many times one kind lady opened the door for us despite the fact that she didn’t speak English

• Kritsana (9/5): Good and comfortable - Location and decorations. Electrical outlets. We needed to use our travel adaptors for Microwave oven or coffee machine. They could not fit to wall outlets.

• Nadia (5/5): Passable - Central location. Close to the station and restaurants The apartment had no kettle for tea making. Chipped cups, shower dirty and door not working properly. Shower filled up with water not draining efficiently.. cracked glass.
• Aigerim (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Right next to the Central Station, perfect if you are planning day trips from Milan. Also Duomo is in a walking distant. Kibilu team was very supportive and prompt in their responses to our questions. Might be a little loud because of the tram if you're a light sleeper.
• Ertuğrul (3/5): Poor - Nothing If you can sleep without the sound of street, tram and alcholic fights disturbing you, you can stay here! The apartment is definitely not what it looks like in the photos! A very neglected apartment. The items are extremely old and worn out. Even though they knew that we would be staying with my family, the sofa in the living room was not prepared. When I asked why it was not prepared, they answered me by saying that if you cook, it won't smell! There were no clothes hangers in the storage closets. bathroom is old and not clean.

• Andrei (7/5): Would recommend for a short stay, but there is some small room for improvement - The location very close to the metro station and to the train station, the communication with the host went smoothly Not entirely clean, there were spider webs, the counter was all sticky, it lacked a pillow, maybe an extra key and some kitchen tools

Clear apartment Noisy(You can hear the street noise very loudly, even the conversations of passers-by). Have no teapot in the apartment (but they have cake mold...). The bed in the bedroom is too low in my opinion

• Rasha (9/5): Superb - Collecting the keys was a breeze, aided by an explanatory video. Clear instructions are also available, covering all aspects necessary for the stay, making the experience truly seamless and enjoyable! A cozy and comfortable apartment that I highly recommend! Overall, the stay was comfortable and the location was very nice. I just noticed that some of the porcelain in the kitchen was not in great condition and had some damage. This was a minor downside but didn't significantly affect my stay. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests.
• Ghiveci (7/5): Okay - It was spacious and it had all the facilities needed for a short stay. Not so clean unfortunately. I found hair in the bathroom and the shower was clogged. Also, the floor could have been mopped better.
• Raul (10/5): Great location... - The location. It is only 2 blocks from the central station. There are no elevators and you need to unlock 3 doors before you can get in. And there is only one set of keys... also a little bit pricey...
• Norma (8/5): Very good - Good location, spacious and clean. There was not a single bag for the garbage and we were asked to separate it (which would not have been a problem if there had been bags), but we did. There was also no soap for dishes and we were without electricity for a while, something that apparently is common because they soon sent us a video on how to fix it.
• Deborah (5/5): Decent apartment but customer service is awful - Very spacious apartment with dishwasher, laundry, Blackout window. Strong AC and wifi Check in was at 4 and checkout at 10! This was way later than normal and way earlier than normal. Maybe it's in the fine print but we missed it as normally it's 2 or 3 check in and 11 or 12 checkout most places. There is no instruction in the apt. We had to WhatsApp for everything. We couldn't get the stove to work (apparently there is a button on the wall), anyway we were only there for a couple of days and there is nothing in the kitchen, no salt, pepper. Oil which I consider pretty basic. Just some sugar and coffee. When I asked about checking out am hour later they never responded even though I reached out several times.
• Soumo (9/5): Great and comfortable stay - Very good location in terms of transport, clean, has all the amenities needed. Has AC, has good kitchen with all utensils and things you need, big bathroom, very modern (seems recently renovated), overall great property. Streets are very shabby, did not seem safe at nights.

• Mehmet (9/5): I would recommend everyone to select Kibilu residences. - Very close to Milan Central Station and Sondrio metro station. Entrance to the apartment is very easy. Kibilu staff is very well organized. They have created a WhatsApp group and shared all the necessary information from the group. Everything was great.
