Guest Reviews
- Shidong (9/5): Superb - I stayed one night at this apartment in Milan and overall had a very good experience. When I arrived, my car had a flat tire. I contacted the host, and he was extremely kind and helpful — he came right away to help us park the car and even took us to replace the tire the next day. It was truly heartwarming to meet such a kind host during our trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The only downside is that it’s close to the main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night. But overall, I still highly recommend this apartment!
- Genco (7/5): Good - Great Host.
- Egle (9/5): Superb - The host was very helpful, met us and helped with the parking spot.
Also the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might think of. The noise from the street is quite loud.
- Yurii (6/5): Pleasant - We came to Milan for 5 days of shopping with my wife and really liked the apartment owner, who was very hospitable. We also appreciated the location (not far from the city center) and the fact that the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was quite dirty, there was absolutely no soundproofing (all the windows faced a busy street, making it impossible to sleep at night), the shower cabin was moldy, and the bed linen felt like it hadn’t been washed.
- Samantha (6/5): Apartment situated exactly where I needed; however tram noise was disruptive. - Location was perfect as I wanted to be near to friends who live one street away. The apartment contained everything you might need, however I really only slept there. Unfortunately the location also meant the noise from the trams outside the bedroom window was disruptive. On the plus side, however, the tram had a stop very near to the apartment which meant getting into central Milan for shopping and sightseeing was very easy.
- Hanna (9/5): Comfortable, convenient, perfect for short stays - Very friendly and accommodating host, location is great in terms of transport and activities, facilities as described, value for the price! For longer stays the apartment is both visually and audibly noisy; there's too many colors and designs going on (but that's of course very subjective) and otherwise the tram line can be a little loud sometimes
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (7/5): Nice stay with noisy tram station - Nice small apartment. Small kitchen with living room, sleeping room and bathroom. In living room you have table and a couch that can be opened. In sleeping room you have king size bed and some closets. Tram station is right outside the building. There is a hole in the wall for removable air condition, and you can hear every tram passing by through that hole. Like you are on the street. It was waking me up during the night whenever tram was passing by. Good luck with finding free parking on the street. There is a garage near by for 23 euros per day.
- Alba.sh (10/5): Lovely apartment in Milano. - The apartment was really lovely as it's name is. It was very comfortable and full of cute and functional details. There was a kitchen that contained all the necessary equipment and even had basic kitchen supplies such as salt, sugar, coffee, etc. It was very clean. The location was very good as it was about a 10 min walk from the M3 metro and you were in the center in 15 min. There were also several tram options. Check-in and check-out were very easy. On the first day, we store our backpacks in the owner's office before check-in time, and for this we thank the owner very much. If I have the opportunity, I would return to this apartment again. Nothing
- Kirill (7/5): Good -
- Karen (9/5): I had a great time close to everything mostly in walking distance very clean would recommend this owner super friendly a - Very clean and owner very accommodating
- Nadia (10/5): Great appartement in Milano - I had the pleasure of renting this appartement in the vibrant Crocetta district of Milan.
Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
The Crocetta district is an ideal location for anyone wanting to experience Milanese life to the fullest. It’s centrally located, with a very easy access to public transportation – the Crocetta metro station is just a short walk away. The neighborhood is lively yet not overwhelmingly busy, striking a perfect balance between tranquility and the hustle of city life. Proximity to major attractions like the Duomo and the shopping streets of Via Montenapoleone makes it very convenient. Last but not least, the host is really nice.
Apartment Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)
The apartment itself was a mix of modern comfort and classic Milanese charm. It was spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully decorated. The living area was cozy, with ample seating and a pleasant ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Some appliances are a little bit dated.
- Harshita (7/5): Great stay but hot and loud - The house had all the amenities like towels, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer. The kitchen was well equipped with basic condiments, coffee and spices. They even provided first aid stuff and packets of Nutella and toast for breakfast. Comfortable space for 3 people. Clean and well located. Self check in and check out. Only one very slow fan is provided. No air conditioning which is very much needed in Milan. you cannot open the window as trams are too loud. If no AC they should provide atleast 2 high power fans.
- Nelli (7/5): Good -
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Virginia (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lilla (8/5): Great place, cute rooms - The bedroom was very cute and comfortable. We had a spacious bathroom which we liked and also a kitchen that we could use daily. Too noisy.
- Anonymous (8/5): I would recommend this for everyone who wants to stay in a place where everything is nearby. Restourants, tram, metro. O - I liked the location, it was clean and owner was helpful too It was very loud and quite expensive for one night
- Markos (9/5): Great spot for couples / friends that like vibe parts of cities! close to city centre and metro! -
- Bálint (5/5): Winter stay - The location and the private kitchen which was reasonably well equipped. The bed is comfortable. The apartment was dirty. The curtains fell down every time we tried to draw them, almost hitting us in the head. The toilet got clogged up the first time we used it. The bathroom had a terrible smell due to the bad sewage system. There was a hole in the wall where in the summer the air-conditioning unit's outlet pipe connects, so in February cold air was rushing in constantly. The noise and vibrations of the trams running at night might bother bad sleepers.
- Je93 (9/5): Superb -
- Andrea (10/5): A good option to stay in Milan - A cozy apartment with everything you need and very good communication with public transport. The owner was charming, he was always very attentive, he answered the phone very quickly and helped us store our luggage.
- Simeon (10/5): Great little gem in Milan. - Great location. Great little flat. Great size for one person. Or even for a couple. Very clean. Very friendly host. Easy instructions. Would recommend it! Nothing. Everything was perfect.
