• Anna&gi (1/5): This is an actual SCAM, not to book - the apartment has a good dimension and location even if the rue is very noisy during day and night. The apartment isn't habitable as the building is under rennovation and all the windows of the apartment cannot be opened, thus the air into the apartment is unbreathable (very polluted). Only one window with access to the balcony can be opened, but this is very dangerous as the balcony has no protection (see photo). a lot of pollution, no hot water, noisy area, waste materials from the works are left in the living room and the corridor, no climatization. the property manager was absolutely not supportive, they dind't want to do a free of charge cancellation in order to allow us to book another solution, then I consider this is an actual SCAM as they are aware they are renting a property not in good condition even dangerous for children and not reflecting at 100% to the description on the booking website. I'm very disappointed with the BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE too as they didn't find a solution. Apparently, the building works will last all 2025.. in anycase I DO NOT RECCOMEND to give your money to those people.

• Sipat (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was nice a spacious. Bathroom nice and clean. The walls were grotto, there was no hot water, the beds in the second room were extremely noisy and only suitable for children. Second bathroom shower recess was dismal. Had to hold it, which doesn't make for a good shower, even if the water is very cold. Definitely need bloody hit water.

• Lellifran (6/5): Position and prices really good but please repair the shower!! - Communication with the owner was really good, the check-in was perfect in time, and the guy who does check-in did a good work. The space is really wide and the place is 5 min from Metro, the sourrinding is okey, we never felt in danger. There is an old elevator but it works. The price for that area is really good. The place is not so so clean, neither dirty but absolutely not clean. The baddest thing is that in the bathroom we didn´t get in 3 days no warm water and the pressure was really really low, so the shower was difficult to do. The balcony looks dangerous, better not use it. The kitchen is a bit broken and dirty. The beds are okey but they do some weird noises. We only got one key.

• Figueira (1/5): Very very bad place!!!! - It is close to the metro, it’s very spacious, a lot of sunlight. Where to start? The host who supposed to receive us at 15:00 wrote us 1h before that he couldn’t receive us at that time, but one hour later. I had requested an early check-in as we arrived at 8am and were a group of 6, it was not possible, which I understand, but you can’t then be late. At 16:00 I started to call several times and he didn’t pick up. Ended up arriving at 16:30. The beds… what an awful holidays you’ll have if you don’t sleep properly. All the beds and sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were waking up several times a night because of the noise they made. It was as if you were sleeping on rocks. It was not very clean, the floor was dirty and overall, it felt like they have not been doing deep cleanings. There’s a betting place downstairs and it gets crowded with drunk people. Not nice to come home to that. The shower heads were clogged, the shower was extremely small and no place to put bathroom items, not even soap as a minimum. If is DEFINITELY not worth the money. The place has potential but you can see they don’t care about making it a nice stay for guests.
• Frida (1/5): Outrageous price, and terrible hygiene!! Absolutely not recommended!!! - It was spacious. The fridge was big. The worst Airbnb experience ever, that costed well over 640€ for two nights, with €75 in cleaning fees! Cleaning fees what a joke! The hygiene was terrible, the floors were dirty right from the opening of the door, which we right away commented on, to the person who let is in. The same with the kitchen and utensils, bathroom and the sofas that we had to put sheets on, to shield ourselves from the disgust. All mattresses (never thought that was possible) were squeaking at the tiniest movement, and so were the beds. One of the single beds broke in the far end, my friend had to drag the mattress and sleep on the floor.Nobody slept properly for two nights! The showerheads were all chalked up, with literally 3 streams of water coming out, no curtains in one of the bathrooms, for the water to freely spill over the floor. That bathroom was always messy. No soap for handwash in one of the bathrooms; we had to share the soap, between bathrooms to wash hands. Do not fall for the pictures! The apparent is big. Has potential, but quality of the essential furniture, and especially the hygiene, is poor at best. We came to Milan to celebrate a friends birthday, and the stay at that place, ruined the experience. We couldn't wait to get out of that place and have a good, squeak-free, night sleep in another hotel!
