• Giovanni (4/5): Great location but need to refurbish the place to give guests a suitable stay for the money paid.. - Great location and friendly and very available co-host Alessandro. Quite spacious apartment for the area This place needs a refurbishment. Toilet tank was broken and had to fix it myself with a makeshift solution, appreciated the help from the co-host but the issue was apparently already known, so it should have not been fixed..quite an inconvenience. Outside space can’t be really used as furniture is full of rust and needs replacement. Dishwasher had such a bad smell it could not be used. Some of the plugs were completely broken.
• Simona (8/5): - Alessandro a fost foarte prietenos, locația foarte bună, ușor de ajuns la gară și în centru. Mobila pocnea, era foarte freaky. Toată noaptea se auzea. Patul scârțâia când te urcai sau dădeai jos din el, multă gălăgie noaptea, nu te puteai odihni. terasa nu putea fi folosită. Masa și banca murdară și ruginită. Canapeaua, la fel, alunecai de pe ea, foarte inconfortabila. Ușa de la living spre terasă nu se putea închide corespunzător.

• Barbara (10/5): Polecany obiekt ze świetną lokalizacją - Po przybyciu czekał na nas Alessandro z kluczami, który był bardzo miły i pomocny. Mieliśmy z nim stały kontakt przez What`s up w czasie naszego pobytu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne i ma duży taras z miejscami do siedzenia. W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba, kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Gospodarz zapewnił kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy i wodę mineralną w lodówce. Przede wszystkim obiekt jest świetnie położony, zaledwie kilka kroków od stacji kolejowej Milano Porta Garabaldi, skąd są bezpośrednie pociągi do wielu atrakcyjnych miejsc w okolicy jak Como (Jezioro Como), Bergamo, Pavia i innych, a także na lotnisko Milano Malpensa. Lokalizacja w centrum pozwala na pieszy dostęp do większości atrakcji Mediolanu, jak Duomo, Castello Sforcese, Pinacoteka Brera, nawet Kościoły San Ambrosio, czy Santa Maria della Grazie ze sławnym dziełem Leonardo da Vinci "Ostatnia wieczerza". Okolica obiektu jest bezpieczna, jest dużo restauracji z rozsądnymi cenami. nic, wszystko było ok.
• Tanja (10/5): - The location was good and the apartment was spacious. We especially liked the big terrace. Everything we needed was there. Even a welcome package was given to us. The terrace was beautiful but the furniture should probably be renewed.
• Stuart (3/5): - Location was reasonable, 30 minute walk to the Duomo and 5 minutes walk to mainline station and Metro. Air con worked well. Despite arriving at the time we stated we weren't met with a representative with the keys until 50 minutes later. The Terrace furniture was awful, nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The table was filthy and rusted, the bench rotten and paint peeling. There is little privacy either. The bathroom was very poor, to flush the toilet you had to reach inside a hole in the wall and pull a wire. The over the bath shower was narrow and you have to stand on the slope of the bath. Grouting around the bath was coming away and some mould. The apartment furniture was old and worn out. Only one small lamp in the bedroom.

• Michael (9/5): Great Location, really nice apartment. Wonderful hosts. - The hosts were excellent. We asked if we could drop off our luggage early since our train arrived at 11am but the apartment would not ready until 3pm, and the host agreed to do it for us and at the same time have the housekeeper give us the keys to the apartment for when we returned later in the afternoon. The apartment was very nice. Location was super close (about a 5 minute walk) to the Porta Garibaldi Train Station. It was maybe a 4 minute walk to the Corso Como Entertainment district which was a super cool place to walk around sightseeing and to have a wonderful meal. We had a wonderful dinner at Pizzeria Di Garibaldi in Corso Como and the food was amazing. Wait lines to get into this place is normally 40-50 people, but the wait is worth it. Grocery Store (Carrefour Express) was a 2 block walk from the apartment and had everything we needed (wine, food, snacks) and at very good prices. The sofa sleeper couch cushions were very difficult to keep from falling off of the couch. It was not very comfortable trying to sit on the couch. Also, the coffee maker takes special coffee pods to make coffee and no pods were left in the apartment when we arrived. So we needed to go out and find a grocery store to buy some pods. Except for those two things, everything else was above our expectations.
• Wgmjr (8/5): Very secure & well outfitted. Alessandro is very accommodating & arranged a taxi to central station - Alessandro the person that provided the keys was extremely helpful. Explained the amenities, heating system, kitchen etc. He provided a comprehensive list of recommendations of local sites & restaurants. The flat is in an excellent location, in easy walking distance to the Hop On Hop Off and key sites. The bathroom needs a little TLC, 1- caulking around the sink & bathtub should be refreshed (black spots) 2- the tub needs a good scrubbing 3- the door handle to the bathroom falls off (allan-key grub screw needs tightened)
• Chris (8/5): Hidden gem near the centre of Milan - Great location with a supermarket and affordable eateries all around (very close to Chinatown) and only a couple of stops from the central station - the Duomo zone is easily reached by the local tram. The flat is spacious and has a great terrace. Good supply of kitchen equipment and a selection of books in English and Italian for those quiet moments! It's a great flat for making trips into town and then relaxing or finding an interesting place to eat in the evening. There's some noise from the street and the furnishings are getting a bit tired. The hot water takes a long time to come through and the pressure in the shower is barely enough to shower with. The heating came on at random times of day and there was no way of regulating it.
• Emma (9/5): Great location, lovely hosts! - The location was good. Alessandro was so helpful! Met us at the apartment and gave us recommendations. Was happy to help with any questions we had. The apartment itself was perfect and the terrace is amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you! The plug socket situation is a bit odd, European sockets in the kitchen and Italian sockets everywhere else. The hair dryer provided had a European plug so could only use in the kitchen which was a bit inconvenient.
• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The terrace is amazing. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the train station and subway station. However, it is located on a very quiet street.
• Mimi (8/5): Excellent location - please change the sofa bed. - Excellent location, walking distance to city center, just a couple of blocks from Chinatown and short distance to Isola. Parking in nearby parking garage for 30€ per day. Small side street and was relatively quiet for being in the city. Spacious apartment, nice terrace, good soundproofing windows. Only 1 flight of stairs, very small elevator available. Firm and comfortable bed in the bedroom. Bathroom is through the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker (pods included) toaster, dishwasher and was clean. A few basic condiments such as salt and pepper would be appreciated. Host representative was friendly and responsive via WhatsApp. The sofa bed should be replaced immediately. It was extremely uncomfortable and the slats holding the mattress fell off multiple times when my daughter tried to sleep. She ended up taking off the mattress and laying it on the floor for sleeping. The sofa cushions slide off when you sit on the sofa because the Velcro holding the cushions in place is worn. We didn’t use the TV, but for some, it would be nice to have a smart tv with access to Netflix

• Sergey (10/5): Three days in Milano - The impression of the new city consists of many details: the convenience of transport, the architecture and cleanliness of the streets, people and communication with them, breakfasts in cafes and features of local cuisine ... But the mood of the traveler very much depends on the place where he spends the night, rests from excursions, takes a shower. In short, this apartment is very nice. It's hard to imagine anything more suitable for a short visit to Milan. We are very satisfied and heartily thank the hosts for the wonderful mood! Thank you very much!
