- Kehinde (6/5): One of the best places to stay in Milan if you want privacy and autonomy but read carefully - Arici 15 is a beautiful apartment and perhaps one of the best places anyone could stay if they want privacy and a clean place to call their own. I love the attention to the environment through waste management. The room decor is excellent and minimal. This apartment should easily be 10/10 in ratings, but then it seems the people managing it need some training or hire a consultant. Already, the location is terrible, but the apartment's beauty and cleanliness should make up for the location experience if only the management knows how to curate a guest experience. 1. Be upfront about how this is far from town and how to get there. 2. Give tips on where to eat around there or partner with nearby restaurants. 3. Make guests feel secure, especially in a contactless apartment without reception. I just walked in with all gates fully opened. This might not be a problem, but the sense of insecurity can heighten for guests traveling from afar. However, perhaps due to the management's literacy, there's zero user experience, zero information, poor responses, and, it seems, so many cut-and-paste AI-generated replies. For such a beautiful apartment, there would be some instruction manual on how to get things, how to arrive at the location, where to find the key, etc. There are links to open the doors, but they hardly work. The stove in the rooms doesn't work, or there are no instructions on how it works. No coffee or tea kettles. All it takes is a quick instruction manual on how things in the room work - not that difficult.

Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. It also had good transport links and was near to several shops. Conad especially was a short walk away and had tons of great and cheap selections. Their food was really nice. We were there in 30+ degree weather and the AC didn't feel nearly cold enough. The host was able to set it remotely and that improved the situation, but it was quite hot the first night. There was a small fan/heater provided but it seemed to be a bit broken and didn't always stay on. The gate to the apartment complex also wasn't locking, and the front door was always open.

- García (5/5): :/ - Beds are comfortable We had to wait more than a hour to get into our room, because the code that they gave us was not working, instead of send someone when I told I had a problem, they sent someone to us like a hour after, we were so tired and sitting on the floor, with our package on the floor too, that was absolutely not nice, honestly I won't recommend book this hotel, the zone around looks super dangerous and it's super dirty. The good thing is that you have almost everything you need in the apartment, smart tv, kitchen, wash machine and fresh air, the bathroom is really nice it even has led lights. You have to rewash the dishes if you wanna use them, because they are dirty inside. And yea, basically that's everything, personally I would not book again here.

Tv had no remote controller The contact number is a usless number i have tried to get in touch with Stephan as is noted on the door or on the elevator via text and phone nobody replied i had to buy a remote control from the chinese store down the road. Last day Netflix was cut off ..so petty They even had the audacity to ask us via email 2 times to leave a clean room an the only thing provided was a flimsy mop no bucket ,no broom not anything else.

- Ana (10/5): Quick getaway, apartment perfect for couples or small families. - A nice new building, modern furniture, very cute, very spacious and clean. Easy to access, just follow the directions they give you. They provide everything, from basic amenities such as towels and toiletries, to a washing machine and a clothing iron. Only thing I would suggest is better lighting at the front gate (street).

- Rachitha (3/5): Poor - The TV, dishwasher and stove were functioning very well. The beds were also really comfortable and the AC kept us cold. Shampoo and soap were also made available, with towels alongside. The small things such as olive oil packs and salt came in handy when we cooked homemade meals. The worst thing was that no one picked up the phone when any help was needed. The host did not even respond to any feedback we mentioned about the place, which was really frustrating. Getting into the room itself was quite a challenge, especially since the "contactless" website was just a scam and didn't work. There was no receptionist to ask for help. The main commodity we needed was the Wi-Fi to keep in contact with family. This was also unavailable to us, as the wifi did not give us Internet access. When I went for a shower, the shower head was clogged, so had to pick the unpleasant scum out myself. To top it all off, the bathroom door did not lock and there was blood on the floor. The AC could not be controlled well, as the there was no instructions on how to control the thermostat. There was stains on the sofa bed and the normal bed. Many of the accessories such as the small fan and vacuum did not function either. Furthermore, the door handle in the bed room and the toilet flusher were very loose and kept falling on the door, when only a little force was applied.

- Tetiana (4/5): Disappointing - It was smelly ground floor. To open the apt door you need access to internet. On the ground floor there is no 4G or any way to find Wi-Fi password. I had to be outside to open the door while my partner could hold it. Boiler doesn’t work at night so you don’t have a warm water in the morning. It’s because boiler is to laude to work at night and just can’t sleep with it working. Also you can hear all you neighbours

Their automated system for opening the doors sucks cause inside the building there is no signal so I had to be outside and my gf in front of the door to open the room’s door. When we managed to get inside (it took us almost 1hr) there was 28 degrees and air conditioning didnt work until the hour set by the owner which was 18p.m.!!! for gods sake we were melting from 15 in this sauna conditions and no one was giving a single… really destroyed our night. Better change it fast…

- Vukašin (8/5): Very good - I liked the neighbourhood, it's real working people part of the city. Building is new and apartment too. It's nice and clean. There is an elevator and vending machine. It is good for longer stay too. We didn't have access to internet so it was very difficult to get keys and enter facility. Other guests helped us and later I was doing the same, helping one family to enter. It's a bit complicated.

The TV was functional! and there is a vending machine at the entrance of the building The apartment is located in a very dangerous neighborhood. The entrance gate lock is broken. Inside is somehow renovated, but with cheap material and facilities. The main issue was that the AC was not working and the inside temperature was above 31 degrees, the heat was unbearable for the kids and we couldn't sleep for the first night! The host was not responsive and didn't answer the phone calls. I called booking.com, they tried to reach out to the host, but no success! We moved to another apartment for the second day that the AC was functional, but the host refused to compensate for the first night which the apartment was not usable. No kettle no coffee machine, not enough dishes, the dishwasher doesn't work properly and you need to wash the dishes manually again, etc. But the most funny and annoying part is that after a couple of days, the host sent me an invoice "122 euros" for "dirty towels"!!! Unbelievable!!! I didn't know that we should wash the towels for them!!! Or should I pay the price of buying dozens of new towels for using 3 towels during my stay???? What the hell is going on there??! (After reviewing the comments, I see that the host has done the same to other guests as well, charging them for something nonsense!). I wonder what's the booking.com role here??!
- Farkhad (9/5): work on the check-in system - very difficult, not every tourist will be able to master this task - it was very difficult to check in, because. it was necessary to fill out a bunch of questionnaires for each guest, but fortunately the owner was in touch with WhatsApp, and we barely managed to check in. there is no reception, everything was decided by vatsap. but after checking in, we were satisfied, the owner was always in touch, minor flaws were removed by the owner remotely. next to a large supermarket and a beautiful promenade, where you could run in the evening. close to bus stops it was very difficult to check in

Alo in the bathroom the WC was not working fine - I announced but nothing happend during our stay.

It doesn’t deserve this price because the staff don’t answer the phone calls, and there is no staff working there, we didn’t know how to get the keys and how to enter the room using the website, until other guests of hotel guide us. Also the mosquitoes are everywhere, even inside the room, I was bitten by mosquitos all over my face and body. Moreover, we was calling for the Wi-Fi connection because the password was wrong and we can’t connect to the Wi-Fi and there is no cellular connection inside this hotel. They must bring mosquitoes killer and answer the calls because not everyone know about the new technologies, it need an instructor manual or a video to guide the guests if you don’t want to recruit staff for the hotel.

If it is possible, the landlord should clearly state his requirements so that the tenant can fully understand and provide it, it will be better. but over all the room was clean nice and very safe. Quite quick to get to the metro station. Hot water didn't work at all, forced to bathe with cold water, host said nothing could be done. In addition, some flies were coming out of the bathroom sink. This is not a problem with flies but hot water is a very big necessity.I give a low score because of the hot water. The neighborhood was a bit shady but nobody had anything to do with you.

- Manal (1/5): Horrible and terrified - The Place is totally bad, the Studio was 2 beds and only 1 blanket available, no Kettle, the cooker is not working , i sent to them about that and got no single answer the real horrible experience was in the first night when my room partner was in the bathroom and the door locked and for one hour we can not open it, i sent to the hotel number and no body see the message as they don't have a Phone number to call, i called 112 service and they came to rescue this poor person after spending two Hours locked in the bathroom she was about to die , 2nd day the hotel saw the message and did not answer and when i told them about what happened they said it's the first time something like that happened!!! irresponsible and the lives of their guests is not important at all , they did not even apologies. No way , if you want to keep your lives save never go there. just imagine you was alone or with your kids and the door locked and you can't go out, someone may die in such situation

It was very clean which is something that's important to me. The host is really responsive on Whatsapp. There was no stove and the hot water kept running out even after I had gotten some help from the host. The location is kind of far from some of the tourist parts of Milan and the people around this area also can be sketchy at times.

- Christine (10/5): Well Located, Beautiful & Comfortable Apartment! - What a lovely apartment! I could totally live here. First thing I noticed was how secure the property is and well located. Next, how CLEAN it was left for me + the all white interior design gives it that much more of a fresh/clean vibe. A washing machine is always a plus for me and of course a well equipped kitchen. Only downside was that there's no microwave BUT the less radiation the better ;) Shower Head is very nice and the bathroom was perfect for me (I always appreciate extra space over the sink for my lotions, toothbrush etc). Great lighting settings too and of course, very clean! Loved that the light switches in the property are well connected to other lights in the room so I didn't have to walk back to turn off the light (especially came in handy when going to sleep). The apartment is walking distance from A LOT of shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc AND of course, from public transportation (definitely comes in handy when you're traveling with luggage - don't worry, the sidewalks from the metro are very smooth for your luggage wheels). Lastly, the host's communication is spot on - very quick, friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back here when I return to Milan! High cleaning fee for having to do some of the cleaning prior to check out.

We came there through the girls and felt really unsafe in this neighbourhood, felt like a horror movie Street. Before the check we contacted the owner and told him about our concern, and instead of helping us, he was rude and kept speaking disrespectfully. Worst place I’ve ever been in!!!!

The bathroom is super small like a puppet theater. You can't even move your hands in the shower. In the booking, a 50m2 apartment was specified, but in fact it was a maximum of 30m2. The contact person said that it is the booking fault that the photos are wrong!!!!

When you finally get access the key code system is good the host was rude and obnoxious, messages were aggressive - I asked if I could leave luggage 2 hours ahead of check in, the host sent a link to a luggage store 2 miles away. I confirmed I just wanted to drop bags so my family could go to Monza and requested if possible to prioritise cleaning our room. 2 of the party ended up sat outside the property (which is full of bin bags and not a nice area) until after 3.15. later than check in! check out is 10 and I received a message early telling me to vacate ! we paid double the normal rate sue to F1 and It was a very stressful experience, we missed an entire day of our trip waiting to put bags in the room Do not recommend at all. Wardrobe in lounge area has no shelves or hangers - the door to access the property is faulty and anyone can push it open. outside looks very dirty and unwelcoming

The street and the entrance to the courtyard of the building really bring a negative aspect to the rental from the moment we arrived. In the courtyard of the building, lots of garbage cans, carts carrying sheets, garbage men at 11pm. We still don't understand the reason for all this.
