• Lydie Strapazzon (7/5): - Apparemment spacieux pour 8 personnes. Tres bon emplacement, commerces et restaurants à proximité, station de métro à quelques minutes à pied. Manque un peu de ustensiles pour 8 (bol pour le petit-déjeuner, couverts...).et un micro-onde.

• Amministrazione Think2it (1/5): Appartamento non conforme alle foto né agli standard di pulizia - Niente Appena arrivate, purtroppo siamo state costrette a lasciare l’appartamento a causa delle pessime condizioni igienico-sanitarie. L’alloggio, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano sporchi e visibilmente usurati. Sul soffitto del bagno e all’interno della doccia era presente un’estesa muffa, che diffondeva un forte odore di umidità in tutti gli ambienti. Inoltre, l’acqua del lavello dell’antibagno non defluiva e la porta non si chiudeva correttamente a causa di un rigonfiamento provocato dall’umidità. Si tratta di un appartamento con numerosi problemi, ma il più grave è certamente la mancanza di condizioni igienico-sanitarie adeguate, che rappresenta un serio rischio per la salute degli ospiti. Fatto presente al nostro contatto (che dice di non essere il proprietario) ci ha offerto solo un parziale rimborso (per le spese di pulizia che evidetemente non vengono fatte), ora siamo in attesa di sapere da booking se riusciremo ad avere il rimborso totale.

• Pivarčiová (8/5): - Veľký byt v uzavretom areáli. V blízkosti stanica metra aj zastávka električky. Byt by potreboval trošku pozornosti. Vymaľovať steny, prilepiť odpadnuté kachličky.

• David (6/5): - La localización y las habitaciones. La cocina y solo un baño para 8 era muy poco. Uno de los juegos de llaves estaban rotos y había ciertos problemas de mantenimiento en la casa.
• GYengin (8/5): - Metro durağına 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kaldığımız yer site içerisindeydi. Güvenli bir tesis. Ortasında geniş yeşil bir bahçe bulunuyor. Metro ile her yere ulaşım cok kolaydı. Banyo çok küçüktü. Ama temizdi 👍
• Whitehead (8/5): - This was for 2 nights after a few weeks at the lakes so we could visit milan without spending lots on accommodation, the location is great as next to Citylife, a modern shopping mail with easy access to trams and the metro. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge, which was a god send as was a very hot week. Bathroom needs some TLC, Mould on ceiling, no lock on door, but door didnt close anyway as swollen up with moisture. Pillows on the bed could do with being Renewed also as very lumpy.
• Pyshnenko (8/5): - Помешкання просторе. Великий плюс кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті. Праска не працювала, грибок у ванній кімнаті та в пральній машині. Витяжка на кухні не працювала.
• O'buckley (3/5): Mediocre at best - The black mold on the bathroom ceiling, ac units don't work. Wifi spotty at best. I had to go get more toilet paper and garbage bags.

Never again, - That we got to leave it was a 3 bed flat in a good location in the city, Looked very nice on the website.. but it was a very different story once we got inside it. Whilst the accommodation was in a great location, close to the town and everywhere we needed to be. We were very disappointed with the state of the accommodation. There was mould everywhere. The ceiling we're black. The walls needed a good painting and everything needed to be dusted. The dust was so thick that it created a  dark cloud around every. Things including the radiators,it was so disgusting to look at, my friends and I. Brought cleaning products we had  to sanitise and clean the bathroom because it was so horrendous. The floor were very dirty. We couldn't walk around barefoot. My socks were literally black and disgusting  With muck The iron looks like it hasn't worked for months. The air dryer was Burnt at the top. The pillows were disgusting and flat on the beds. There were no point of them being there. It was a disgusting nightmare. My friends and deserved better. We paid our money expecting a decent stay and in the end it was far from. Please vet these places before your rent them out to paying guest. We didn't deserve that at all. We are very disappointed. And these people who rent out their properties please have some self respect and take these broke down, ugly, dellapitated buildings of these websites. Why should you.. And Booking profit off people's hard earnings. When you are not going to do the work can give us adequate accommodation.
• Sofia (3/5): Unplesure staying - The location. The apartment was very dirty. The blankets were dirty and not enough for the guests also the buvets were not enough. The sheets were very old and not good quality. The toilet paper was only 2 half used roles for 5 persons for 4 days. In the shower room there was a lot of rust. The doors did not open well. The refrigerator was very dirty and full of ice. There was a lot of dust in all the apartment. There were not hangers in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms is very small and you have to move the bed to close the door. I don’t suggested for a comfort staying.

• Grzegorz (7/5): Fine for short stay - Fine appartment. Close to metro and trams, some of us made even longer walk there from Duomo. Clean and with all necessary things. Francesco was very helpful and was waiting for us with keys There were 6 of us, we made reservations for 6 of us, but only 5 beds were prepared. We handled the situation, but wasn't very comfortable.
• Kristiana (5/5): Passable - The property is in a nice central location and on the ground floor. It felt it was just half cleaned, the heating didn’t work properly and the floors were extremely cold. There was no attention to detail, no standard supplements (like salt, sugar, tea) in the kitchen, no where to hang the towels in the bathroom. The owner was very responsive and flexible with our arrival time however when I met him seemed like I’m a burden and that us staying is a huge chore, it just didn’t feel very welcoming. Also there were few signs around the flat stating what not to do and how potentially we could be fined for multiple things if done wrong (like getting stains on sheets, towels, wrong recycling etc.) All of which creates a very unwelcoming feeling. Luckily I was together with my family and we had great time together. I do think the property has a potential to be so much better and nicer if some effort and more attention to detail went into it, also more welcoming approach.

• Johnny (8/5): Nice for a short stay. Nice and comfy - Near the underground. sleeps 6 comfortably No lock on the bathroom door. Needed for a big group
• Joyce (5/5): Fair place, experience spoilt by dealings with manager. - Spacious, close to convention centre if you are attending a conference there, COOP supermarket close by (5min walk), tv in each room. The manager - not helpful, seems stingy with poor sense of service. Inadequate provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, tea towels. Crockery and glassware not properly cleaned. Bathroom has no bench space or hooks. Shower head sprays everywhere. No holder in shower to put your soap or shampoo. No instruction manual for the washing machine (difficult to understand settings). Only one key provided for the apartment even though we had 4 people staying. His rationale was that another person who had stayed there in the past had lost the keys, but he obviously made no effort to replace it. This made the stay challenging unless we were all out and back at the same time. Just simple things like providing extra keys and toilet paper would have made for such a different and pleasant experience. Also if you want to be in central Milan, it is about an 8 mins walk to the metro station. Basically chose this place because we were attending a conference and it is just across the road from the convention centre.
