• Dovilė (10/5): - We were absolutely impressed with both the apartment and the host’s communication. Honestly, we were surprised to see a rating lower than 10/10 because everything exceeded our expectations. The host personally met us in the street, stayed in constant contact, and even shared a live location to help us find the place more easily. It made our arrival completely stress-free. The apartment had absolutely everything we could possibly need. We were especially pleasantly surprised to find a baby bathtub and even baby wipes prepared for families with children. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered. As someone with curly hair, I was amazed to find a hair dryer with a diffuser — it was the first time I’ve ever seen that in an apartment rental! The parking spaces were also a huge advantage, as we never had to worry about where to leave the car. I highly recommend staying here to everyone. If I ever return to Milan, I will definitely stay here again.

• Orjon (10/5): A Perfect Stay for Families – Unique, Comfortable and Memorable - We had a wonderful stay at The Wine Cave on Via M Gioia, 47. We were two couples traveling with two children, and the place turned out to be perfect for all of us. The apartment is beautifully designed, very clean, and has a unique atmosphere that really makes you feel like you’re in a special place. The space was comfortable and well organized, allowing both families to enjoy privacy while also spending quality time together. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, making it very easy to explore the area. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend The Wine Cave for families or groups of friends looking for a cozy and memorable experience. We would definitely come back! Nothing

A good place to stay ! There’s just one bathroom, maybe including an additional one would make the experience a little more efficient, everything else is fine.

Our hosts were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, best experience we've had yet. My father is disabled and uses a wheelchair and the apartment was great for him with ample space to move around including a roll in shower. Very convenient location close to train station with lots of recommendations given for good restaurants and things to do!

• John (4/5): Really disappointing. - It was spacious. It was dirty. We had to buy dishwasher tabs and put all crockery and cutlery through a wash before using. The dishwasher did not work well. The kitchen sink was blocked and would not drain. The two plungers under the sink suggest this is not a new problem. The bialetti was so dirty and deteriorated it was unusable. The coffee machine did not work well. The pillows smelt of cigarettes. The cleaner owed us change from our tourist tax but never paid it. The photos imply the apartment is well lit, whereas it is quite dark.

Fantastic l - The location is perfect. 20 minute walk to centre of Milan or a 5 min walk to the main railway station. Aldi is a couple mins walk for basics. The apartment is beautifully kitted out, has air con and is so quiet. Bed’s comfortable and great shower .. it really has everything you need including a welcoming bottle of Italian wine which was 😘 Nothing .. I loved it!

• Sara (10/5): Amazing stay, I recommend 100% - I had a great stay here! The location is convenient to the train station and close to metro. The apartment is nicely furnished with the wine theme and very clean. Overall a good value for the price and the host is great and responsive!
• Nasir (3/5): WATCH OUT….. its a basement property. - Nothing much… Guys this apartment is in the basement which was never declared in the booking app. The whole property is filled with used bottles of wine which gives it a look of a scrap yard. Since the room is in the basement there is almost zero ventilation. Also the rooms are so silent that it literally haunts you. For the price they they this is really bad i must say. The second room is actually a small partition done to the bigger room. The partitioned room has zero ventilation. Since it was winter we could sleep, just wonder what would happen in summer. The was room is huge which should have been made in to 2 washrooms in ideal world.

Quiet & secure & close to trains, Metro, shops & restaurants. Very little natural light, limited facilities for Suitcases & no clothes dryer. Hard to dry clothes in room.

Next door is a breakfast place with good coffee and selection breakfasts The place was clean and tidy, and I was surprised by the quality compared with the paid rates. I highly recommend it and will definitely use it again.

Brilliant location & hosts. - The location of the apartment was perfect, two minutes from the Metro Station and less than 10 minutes from the central station. Easy to get to key places. Loved that they left us two bottles of wine, was a lovely touch. Because it was in the basement, it was quite dark, brighter lights would be better. There is also no airflow and no windows, which is fine because we were hardly in the apartment but we all got sore throats after one sleep. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable - apartment would be better for a smaller group.
