• Dóra (9/5): A clean and comfortable accommodation with kind and helpful hosts. - The accommodation is very clean and modern. It is easy to find, and it is about a 30-minute walk from the Duomo. The bed is comfortable, and the area is quite quiet, which makes it a nice place to stay. The hosts are very kind and very helpful, and I could always count on them whenever I had a question.

• Aliona (5/5): - If you arrive later than 6 p.m., there will be no one available to assist you with entering the property or with any other emergency. You will be given some phone numbers for emergencies, but no one answers them! Great location, but everything else is a bit disappointing.

Disponibilizam toalhas, sabonete, gel de duche, café e agua, também existe um secador de cabelo A torneira do lava mãos quase não tem pressão de água
• christelle (8/5): - Très bien placé pour rayonner dans Milan. Au pied du parc qui est ouvert tard le soir. Supérette proche. Propre, équipé d'un petit coffre-fort si besoin. La literie est à revoir (on sent les ressorts...). Bien distinguer sur le porte-clés celle du bas et du haut afin de s'éviter un acharnement inutile puisque les clés rentrent indifféremment dans les 2 serrures... Prévoir un tabouret pour atteindre la vaisselle de l'étagère supérieure.

Je n avais pas reçu les codes d entrée ni pour la boîte à clefs. Assurez vous de les recevoir sinon vous rester à la rue. Le service de Conrempora ne répond pas à la sonnette Le matelas et inconfortable (ressorts qui se sentent) Propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer

• Laura (9/5): Fabulous location, lovely stay - The location of the apartment was incredibly central, right next to the Parco Sempione and walking distance to lots of the main attractions. It was such great value for money compared to the other accommodation we looked at in that area. The apartment was incredibly clean and well maintained and had all the amenities needed. The bed was quite firm and occasionally you could hear noise from the other apartments and from the road, but nothing earplugs couldn't fix.

• Su (1/5): The worst hotel in the world - The worst hotel you can prefer, We stayed between April 2 and April 4th. they want a high deposit to enter the hotel and then they don't refund you that money, they lie to us that they smoked, but we don't smoke, and they tell you that the refund will be refunded within 7 or 10 business days, but they lie completely, we planned a 2-day trip and we didn't use any items in the room, we kept the hotel just to sleep, my mother and I said let's have two girls on vacation, but we were disgraced with our money, I took videos before leaving the room, we gave us the way they delivered the hotel to us, but the money does not take place. We will start a legal process. Your messages are never answered via Booking, you will never find an interlocutor, no one contacts you, I have traveled to many parts of the world before, but we have never experienced such a hotel disaster, if you want to be scammed, you can choose this hotel.

It's next to a park, less than a 10-minute walk from the castle, and about 30-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is well-equipped, with a small kitchen that includes utensils and cookware. It's particularly great. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Many reviews criticize the bed for being too hard, but I actually like it. However, the pillows could be improved. There are no shampoo, shower gel, or laundry detergent provided, which is very inconvenient for tourists to buy themselves. The room number was incorrect, and the staff could not respond promptly outside of working hours.

• Erika (10/5): Amazing place! - The place is the best where you could stay in Milan! The flat was super comfortable and had everything I needed! Everything was just great! It was a bit noisy sometimes, and the checkout should be a bit more flexible, til 11am (if requested) but apart from this, it was an amazing place to stay, I'll come back for sure.
• Carla (1/5): A terrible experience, would not recommend for anyone else - The location Absolutely horrible experience. The staff were extremely rude. The bed is nothing short of hard and you can feel the springs. We left early because it was not possible to sleep due to the discomfort and quite simply had to choose between waking up very sore, or finding another place, which we did. When we shared our concern with the number provided, they rejected all calls and were condescending towards the experience over text and three days after requesting to share our concerns with the manager, we have continued to receive rude service. Save yourself the sincere disappointment and don’t stay here.

• Mark (5/5): Ruined holiday by faulty electrical supply - Clean Lost electrical supply to apartment a dozen times in 3 days/nights……..
• Patricija (4/5): Not recommended - Compact Instructions provided very inadequate. Air conditioning system is ancient and instructions only said turn it in and adjust it. If not used before it’s impossible to work it out how to operate it. Wifi only worked one day out of 5. Shower full of hair, some parts of the apartment looked like never been cleaned. Key provided snapped the second day and replacement provided which cost €30. The new key had a very visible dent in the same spot where first key broke, almost like it’s done on purpose. Also, the apartment number is advertised as E31 but after searching all 7 floors the actual number appears to be 31B
• Romina (5/5): Could be better - The apartment has a great location, close to the metro and in a safe area. Check in was smooth and we were allowed to check in a couple of hours before the set time. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were greatly disappointed by details that the owners could have resolved in an inexpensive way but that created a lot of inconvenience to us. The apartment has a kitchen but doesn't have super basic equipment like a pan, only a bowling pot. Also, there are not any basic pantry items like salt, pepper, oil, coffee and sugar. We only stayed for a couple of nights and planned to use the kitchen to make coffee and simple meals but it was not worth it to buy all the missing items. There is no soap for the washing machine so we had to buy a huge bottle that ended up leaving in the apartment. The apartment is good but our experience could have been much better if the managers had a bigger sense of hospitality.
