• Matczuk (8/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja z dostępem do komunikacji miejskiej, sklepu itp. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry,, check in oraz check out zorganizowany bez problemu. Ubogie wyposażenie, np brak czajnika, Dodatkowych poduszek, apartament podstarzały, ale w miarę czysty i wygodny.

• omar (10/5): Séjour très agréable avec un appartement propre, un accueil chaleureux et un emplacement idéal. - Séjour très agréable ! L’appartement était propre et bien entretenu, l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal, tout était à proximité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

• Liz (Elizabeth) (8/5): Great for a couple of nights - Fabulous location with great public transport links to the centre of Milan. Opposite a great cafe and round the corner from a good supermarket. The beds were clean and comfortable. We didn't need it, but there was a washing machine. The outside courtyard view from the front door was very pretty and we liked the little balcony. There was also aircon. The owner was very friendly and spoke great English. The app made it impossible to contact the owner so we had to wait for him in the pouring rain. Not his fault though - we tried from the airport for an hour to reconfirm the time with him. Some of the facilities were not suitable for full self-catering, but we were eating out anyway. A cork screw would have been a useful addition! There was a broken pane of glass in the door that had been covered rather than repaired.

• Sergio (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, con parada de metro al lado y a 20 minutos andando del Duomo. Excelente si solo quieres dormir allí, aunque tiene una cocina pequeña que te puede sacar de un apuro

• Euridice (5/5): Alojamento bem localizado, mas que deveria ser melhorado. - A localização era muito boa. Não gostamos do pouco conforto do alojamento. Com temperaturas mínimas a rondar os zero graus, o alojamento que tinham quatro aquecedores, só dois é que estavam ligados e a temperatura dentro do apartamento era baixa, também as camas só tinham um édredon cada e não havia mais nenhum no alojamento. Foi pedido à responsável pelo apartamento, o comando do ar condicionado, mas foi informado que o ar condicionado era só para ser utilizado no verão, para refrescar o alojamento. Assim para dormirmos mais confortavelmente tivemos que dormir com os casacos sobre as camas. Também a limpeza da banheira também deveria ser melhorada.

• Manuela (8/5): - Boa localização, próxima do centro, com restaurantes, bares, supermercados e muito boa relação preço-qualidade, otimo para uma estadia curta. A existência de uma espécie de sotão aberto em que se veem caixas de cartão e arrumos desagradáveis à vista. O apartamento tem o suficiente para uma estadia curta, mas poderia ter um micro-ondas e uma torradeira.

• Lorenzo (2/5): Staff extremely rude and facilities old and cold - The location Staff (owner) extremely rude: Check out time was at 10am and we got out of the apartment at 10:15am. The staff started to verbally attack us for that 15 minutes delay and even threatened to keep the Booking guarantee for that, it felt like the owner has a racket mindset… maybe Booking should investigate whether it is appropriate to keep such characters in the platform. Facilities old and cold: It is quite uncomfortable place to stay, old facilities and cold apartment. The heaters didn’t even have handles, maybe in an attempt from the owner to keep heating charges low.

IMPIANTO ELETTRICO CON FILI SCOPERTI CHE PASSANO NEI MOBILI DI LEGNO PERICOLOSISSIMO . LA VASCA DA BAGNO è LOGORA PIENA DI UFFA NERA COME SI VEDE DALLE FOTO . IL SOPPALCO è PIENO DI CARTONI E SOPRA POLVERE DI DIVERSI MESI . NEL BAGNO HO TROVATO UN COTON FIOC USATO COME SI VEDE DALLA FOTO . NELLA SCARPIERA UNA BLATTA COME SI VEDE DALLA FOTO . L'ACQUA CALDA NON FUNZIONAVA . LE PRESE DELLA CORRENTE NON FUNZIONANO PER CARICARE IL CELLULARE . DALLE CREPE DEL MUFFA SI VEDE MUFFA E INSETTI E RAGNI . LE TAPPARELLE NON CI SONO E LE PERSIANE SONO COMPLETAMENTE ROTTE . LA SECONDA SERA ABBIAMO PREFERITO DORMIRE IN AUTO PERCHè LA SITUAZIONE ERA INVIVIBILE . VI CONSIGLIO DI VEDERE BENE LE FOTO . HO CHIAMATO BOOKING PER LAMENTARMI DELLA SITUAZIONE E SONO STATO CONTATTATO DAL PROPRIETARIO IL QUALE MI HA RIEMPITO DI PAROLACCE SENZA RIMBORSARMI .
• Victoria (10/5): - Mucho más espacioso y bonito que en fotos . Personal muy amable , nos atendió Rosa , fue maravillosa y amable y estuvo pendiente a todo . Nos sorprendió por el precio que tiene . Muy cerca de transporte público y buena zona con ambiente . Totalmente recomendado para viajes en grupo !

• Amelia (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja jak za tą cenę (atrakcje w odległości 30 min pieszo). Blisko sklep, kawiarnia, pizzeria. Apartament wyposażony w działającą klimatyzację i pralkę oraz dobre wifi. Łazienka mogłaby być czystsza, ale nie była nieposprzątana. Zaskoczeniem była winda w budynku, nie trzeba wnosić bagażu schodami. W kuchni brakowało mi czajnika, noży do krojenia oraz światła. Łóżko podwójne miało tylko jedną pościel.

• Sibel (1/5): - We were a group of three adult women and one 7-year-old child, traveling from Rapallo to Milan as part of a 10-day trip. As instructed, we had noted the host’s phone number in advance to coordinate our check-in. On the day of our arrival, we informed the host via a message (sent from my friend’s phone) that we would reach the apartment in approximately 15 minutes. When we received no response, we attempted to call the host, but again, there was no reply. We arrived at the property at 20:53, only to find no one present to receive us. We sought help from a resident of the building and a nearby bar manager. The resident kindly contacted a woman who appeared to either be responsible for the building or a long-time tenant. She went out of her way to assist us, including calling the police. Unfortunately, all efforts were in vain as the host had turned off their phone.
• Daniel (8/5): If you are on a budget then this is a good place to stay while you explore the city. - Good location, close to metro. Owners were accommodating and helped us out when needed. Apartment has everything needed for a basic stay. Beds were comfortable for (they are all in one room). Having a few more items such as kitchen utensils, salt and pepper etc. would be useful.

• Selina (9/5): Better than expected - The appartement was much bigger as expected and we had a pleasant stay. Also check-in and check-out were easy. Communication was also fast! Honestly we cant complain. It was clean, and everything we needed was provided. Maybe just keep in mind that there is a bar downstairs, so it will be loud also at night. But we didnt mind
