Silvia (3/5): not a good value for money - owner very helpful and available all the times, great to deal with! very comfortable bed and great location! the flat needs proper refurbishment, or at least some paint, the bedroom looked like a construction site with a bed and old broken furniture, the wardrobe was half available, half with chain and padock. the large balcony shown on pictures not available for use as was full of materials, water pressure for shower was non existent, as the shower head seems to be broken/loose/old, so washed my hair under the main shower tap, as was no chance of taking a proper shower. I paid same or less amount of money for flats that were 5* comparing to this flat.
