• Jessica (10/5): - Wunderschönes und bestens ausgestattetes Appartment in sehr guter Lage. Metrostation direkt vor der Tür, günstiger sicherer Parkplatz ebenso. Alessandro ist ein sehr freundlicher und stets erreichbarer wunderbarer Gastgeber, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man schläft trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig, die Terrasse ist ein Highlight!
• Sintija (10/5): A perfect stay for Milan - An excellent place to stay in Milan. The location is perfect, just some 100 metres from the metro station and line 1 which takes to Duomo in less than 20 minutes. The area is quiet and safe. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room in the apartment. Most importantly, all rooms have balconies and there is a large terrace with trees for quiet evenings. Wonderful and could be recommended to everyone looking for stay in Milan. The owner, Alessandro, is super friendly and has many suggestions for hidden gems in Milan. 11 out of 10 for sure! Everything was perfect, nothing to complain of.

Had a small issue with hot water and host came immediately to take care of it. Alessandro was great. everything was great.

• Vicente José (10/5): Home away from home - Perfect apartment for a family spending several days in Milan. Very comfortable, has everything you need to truly feel at home: from A/C, a fully-equipped kitchen, WiFi, ironing board... to a 5.1 sound system in the living room (wow!) and USB chargers+cables in every room. The location is not centric so it's very quiet, but at the same time there are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and a metro station across the street that gets you to the center in minutes. There's also a nearby parking (7.5€/day), very convenient. Alessandro is a wonderful host, very friendly. He'll recommend places to visit if you don't have a predefined plan yet.

• Liza (10/5): One of the best STR’s we have stayed at! - We loved everything about this property. We were greeted by Alessandro into his fabulous apartment with music and excitement. He showed us every part of the apartment, I can confirm he has put more into his STR than anywhere we have been, and I travel often. The veranda is calming and tranquil with programmed sounds you can change. He has Bluetooth music everywhere. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment very well decorated and thought out. He has anything you can imagine needing. Alessandro is a plethora of great travel information not to mention the book he put together to guide you through your stay. Right next to the Metro (Red). Easy metro to the Duomo. I would and will recommend this apartment to anyone. It was probably more than we expected. Lastly, he placed cute games and scan codes throughout the apartment for your entertainment. 5 stars all the way. Nothing.
• Ahmed (10/5): Cosy, charming accommodation. - Well served location. The apartment has everything for convenient stay. It has multiple mobile phone chargers, air conditions and (shattaf) in the bathroom which is a big plus. The owner is smart and probably an artist has converted the apartment to garden with wide spread life trees inside and small garden in the roof. kitchen is well equipped although some instrument like refrigerator is not properly working ( not so big deal). It is repairable One bathroom with standing shower and jacuzzi. The owner is friendly and very helpful and responsive and has made digital and physical map book for all information and places needed by the guests like restaurant, shops, transportation .. etc… Classic furniture. Garden furniture is old and not so comfortable. I recommend this apartment for guest to stay for few days in Milan. Pedal operated trash basket would be more convenient.

It was so comfortable- we had loads of space, beds were comfy, the a/c worked perfectly, and our kids loved the jacuzzi, the jungle theme, and the “magic” tv in the bedroom. Alessandro was a perfect host- very quick to communicate, gave loads of great recommendations, and has really thought of everything that travellers need. The flat is brilliantly located- so close to the red line metro that brings you to the main sights of Milan within minutes, and was very handy for us as we attended a concert near the San Siro. Nothing- everything was perfect!

Very good communication! The flat is really well situated and very comfortable and homely and eclectic. A real Smart home with all sorts of mod-cons. One bedroom in either end of the apartment. Access to terrace or balcony from every room except kitchen. Three TVs, sound systems, fast wifi, nice lighting, fully equipped kitchen (we didn’t cook, but we easily could have), very nice towels and bed clothes. The terrace is a real oasis, as is the inside really! The list goes on. Walking distance to San Siro. We warmly recommend staying here and would love to visit again. We arrived just after Christmas and the host gifted us with Milan’s Christmas staple, a panettone from Romeo’s pasticceria just downstairs, just like the place, it was amazing.

The rooms are spacious, and the furniture is very comfortable. There is an elevator, high security, and a metro station nearby, just a two-minute walk away. Below the apartment, there is a charming café. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for the best places in Milan and assisting us until the last moment. Cleanliness is the standout feature of the apartment; everything is clean, including the bed linens and towels. Laundry detergent and a dishwasher are available. My experience was wonderful, and I will definitely visit again. No thing

With dryer stand available. Ironing board. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and great wine glasses 🍷 to enjoy your wine on the terrace. Could not fault this place in any way. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much Alessandro, you're an excellent hoast. Much appreciated . Can't think of anything I didn't like.

There is a branch bar on the ground floor and a pleasant bistro next door with great food. The owner is very accommodating, he helped us with luggage and parking very willingly.

The rooms are spacious and very lovely designed, the beds are comfortable and there are additional features such as chargers for mobile devices and Bluetooth speakers in every room. The highlight however is the terrace. The perfect place to spent your evening after a busy day in the city :)

The apartment is very close to the metro, so it has excellent connections with all of Milan, the area is safe, even for walking late in the evening. Allesandro recommended all the attractions in Milan, both those nearby and those that are must-sees. The apartment itself is well-equipped, so much so that there is no need to take chargers for portable devices from home. A special table and cables to connect your own device (tablet/laptop) to watch the image on a large TV in the living room - I have never seen anything like this in rented apartments, and I always thought it was a good idea. I appreciate it very much because I used it. A large terrace with plants, like a small garden, and an additional balcony with a smoking area. Everything matches the photos, I highly recommend the host and this place. No shortcomings.
• Lou (10/5): Amazing apartment in Milan. Even more amazing host. - Alessandro is the perfect host. He is like a person you have known for a long time and he made me and my family feel very welcome. Like visiting a friend. Even before our arrival in Milan, he has reached out to get details about our stay and was ready to offer assistance. We were blown away by his hospitality and even more so his attention to all the details he had in his home. We are very thankful to him. About the apartment, it is so homey and warm. He has decorated it in a way that you almost wouldn't want to leave the house and just relax at home. The house is very clean, complete with everything in the kitchen, a washing machine, every corner of the house has a bluetooth speaker and all the personal touches that makes you understand Alessandro's creativity. The best part is the outdoor terrace which even has various audio options if you want to hear birds, cicadas or even just ambient music. About the location, it is conveniently located across the metro station which connects to Cadorna and Milano Centrale. There are nearby Carrefour markets and surrounding cafes and ristorantes. Overall rating for everything is 20/10 if only it were possible! Will definitely recommend and also will book the same option in the next trip to Milan. That our stay is too short.

Our host was very thoughtful of everything. He not only kept checking on us on daily basis, but also gave us tips and had made a handbook in the room for things to do. It was in a perfect location for us to attend a match at the San Siro and to get into the city centre which took around 10 minutes on the metro. Two minutes walk from the underground with frequent trains into the city. Alessandro, the owner, was fantastic meeting us at the property with the keys and also giving us some ideas of places to visit in Milan. The beautiful terrace is a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

This flat is the best in whole of my story of travelling with booking. The flat was everything what you could need and even more! It is full of technologies (you can hear your favourite music while you are staying in jacuzzi or when you cook in the kitchen). La ciliegina sulla torta is a wonderful tarace, full of plants and birds. And of course the owner - open, friendly, trying to give you fun and relax. Thank you Alessandro! We will be back!

In advance Alessandro sent all the information we needed for the whole weekend. He showed us around, pointed out all the facilities available to us for our stay. Well really there is nothing we didn't like. The apartment is immaculate, intriguing and entertaining. there was a minor issue with the spa bath but Alessandro was in attendance as soon as possible and came back the next day to check we were OK. I have no doubt the issue has been resolved by now and won't happen again.
