A pesar de que el alojamiento contaba con cámaras, el dueño no nos ayudó en absoluto y dijo que no podía hacer nada, afirmando incluso que él era la víctima. La situación fue muy desagradable y decepcionante

• Lenneli (8/5): Best location - I loved the location, easy to access, Duomo 5 minutes walk, alla the shops around and very good restaurant downstairs, grocery shop over the road. Comfortable bed, high pressure of water which is sometimes rare in accommodations. Well equipped kitchen. The street noise was very loud even though the window was closed, the second night I bought earplugs and after that it was ok :) it seemed a little bit bigger on the photos and definately not 70m2 as it was mentioned on booking. More about 30m2 but it was ok. The coffee machine capsules were only 4 pieces, but there were 4 of us 4 nights so there could have been more or written somewhere which capsules we should buy. We bought the wrong ones, it was so difficult to choose.

• Mohammad (1/5): This apartment is a complete scam - The location only. This apartment is a complete scam. The main bedroom air conditioning was not working well from the start, leaving us sleepless the first night. The safe box was locked and unusable, the elevator unreliable, and even the electric stove didn’t work well. Nothing was properly prepared before our arrival, and the management’s excuses only showed a lack of professionalism. Do not be fooled by the photos or description—this place ruined our stay in Milan. Avoid at all costs.

Also they asked us to keep the apartment clean , wash the dishes and separate the waste , otherwise they will be a fine , which caused us stressful. There was not enough toilet paper and shampoo for 3 days.
• VIRGINIA (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - Dos habitaciones con camas grandes y cómodas, ubicación estupenda , con tiendas , súper, restaurantes, mcdonald… y muy cerca andando del Duomo Que no funcionara bien el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones.

• Sophia (8/5): - The location is excellent! Via Torino has high street shops, supermarket, places to eat, and is just a 5-6 minute straight walk away from Duomo square and metro station! The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and had all necessary amenities. We had a bit of trouble getting in as the inside door would not open with the outside entrance door via the phone link, which meant we couldn't get to the lift to our apartment. However someone responded immediately to my WhatsApp message at 10 pm and came to open/assist.

The owners provided us with some water and even some breakfast. We felt like the apartment should be a bit more organized and guest oriented. We would appreciated if there were some extra little things (like tissues, slippers or extra soap) that make the stay even greater.

The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed like shampoos, towels, hair dryer, iron and also they had water in the fridge and some snacks, coffee etc for welcoming us. It was a little noisy but that was okay because the apartment is located in a perfect spot. I recommend!

• Bland (7/5): Excellent location - Comms by WhatApp I got my key code before I arrived. Very kindly let us in early to stop our cases and then we were able to check in an hour earlier. The apartment was very noisy in the evening and early morning with the trams and workmen. The air cons were not cold enough. We didn’t have much sleep because of the noise. Also could do with 4 pillows on each bed.

• Arlene (10/5): Our family enjoyed our stay in the apt. It is in the center of the shopping district and restaurants. - The apt is conveniently close to the shopping districts and Duomo. We will definitely stay in this apt again in the future. Clean and it helped with the air conditioning and elevator in the bldg. The entrance to get in to the bldg is very tricky. Someone let us into the bldg and to open the door took some time. Otherwise once we got the keys and token key it was easy to get in and out of the apt.
• Hitika (1/5): Bad - NOTHING! Terrible experience We would like to report this property The windows were also not sound proof as street noise was constant all night. We would like our money back as it was a very poor experience. At first there was no physical host, they wanted us to watch videos of how to open the lock. It was raining heavily and with luggage we were trying to figure out how to get through 3 doors in total. We got through the main building door, then second door to the lift with difficulty. The main apartment door took over an hour to open, we kept communicating with the host who was not calling us or there in person, kept texting us and repeating the steps that we were following. Turns out, their lock was a problem and they had to open it from a code (Which they could have done at the beginning and not took an hour for it). Whilst that wasted a good 1.5 hours for us, we were happy we got through We go inside and the apartment said 2 rooms, which it did, but one of the rooms was not at all private, it was supposedly a lounge turned into a room and as a couple we did not get privacy for any conversations. After being drenched in rain with luggage and spending 1.5 hours to open the door and seeing that the apartment was not what it promised we thought, lets just have a coffee, rest, refresh. The coffee machine in the kitchen also didn't work. In fact it created a big spill and mess which we spent time cleaning. Next morning, the water stopped for over 3 hours. no flush, no drinking water, no brushing nothing I am pregnant and my cousin had her period, she was on the toilet seat and it stopped. the whole apartment was smelling and no one could arrange water. When we spoke to the host, they said it wasnt their fault, whilst we understand it wasnt their fault, as guests, we needed solutions. we needed some water supply, whether it was a bucket of water or drinking water or some water to flush. The whole morning was wasted and were in milan for only 2 days. Our bookings got delayed and we missed our reservations due to no water in the apartment, they were not refunded either. Terrible experience

• Aynur (9/5): It's comfortable but it's annoying not being able to communicate with anyone. - The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were no shops in the exterior image of the hotel on booking. That's why we had difficulty finding the hotel. We contacted the company that made the check, but they did not answer us and returned after 2 hours. Logging in with code is very stressful. Even though we had until 11 o'clock to check out of the hotel, they locked the system when we left at 8 o'clock to throw out the garbage. If there wasn't someone in the room, we wouldn't be able to get back in. And we wouldn't be able to reach them either. It's very annoying not being able to communicate with anyone.

• Val (9/5): Great place in Milan with excellent location - Great location, the apartment was comfortable, we would definitely consider this place for future visits. When we got to the apartment we struggle a little bit to open the apartment door with the code, but with the explanation videos and a little patience we manage to open it, and next times it was easier with the keys.

• Yogesh (6/5): Excellent location - Fantastic location, in the most happening district of Milan. Very near to the Duomo & Santa Maria church. and Easily accessible by tram and Metro. A Carrefour store is just across the street & there are multiple dining options. The contactless check in was seamless and the host was very helpful. The amenities in the apartment were adequately provided. The 2 room layout of the apartment is congested for a family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights & the location more than made up for the minor inconveniences.

• Bridget (7/5): Not bad for a single night but would not want to stay there for longer because it’s just too loud. - The instructions were difficult. The door knob is not a real door knob. You can turn it a million times. We struggled for about 5 minutes before the cleaning lady took pity on us and let us in. Location was close to everywhere you want to be but it was noisy when sleeping. There were some random blood stains in a few areas of the apartment. Once we got in and could have keys it was smooth sailing.

The hosts responded quickly when chatting on booking. Quality is comparable with a good hotel. The street is noisy, the windows don’t close perfectly, but even then it would be hard to get a good nights rest.
