• Enny (9/5): Fantastische locatie en geweldige host! - Fantastisch locatie in Milaan. Beter kan eigenlijk niet. Heerlijk ruim appartement met drie tweepersoonsbedden, terwijl het appartement voor 4 personen is. Ruime woonkamer met balkon, waar je heerlijk kan genieten van de drukte op straat. Als er iets was, reageert de host direct. Hele vriendelijke reacties. Door de toegangscode konden we alledrie makkelijk n, zonder gedoe wie het kaartje van het appartement mee heeft. Naast de deur een cafe waar je koffie kan drinken, kan lunchen. En op 50 meter afstand een ruime keuze aan restaurants, bars en leuke winkels. Je zit in een hele drukke buurt. En het appartement is aan een drukke straat, dus als je slecht slaapt, zal je daar last van hebben. Door de luiken kan je wel wat van het geluid dempen, maar hou daar rekening mee.

• Michelle (7/5): Great location, prefer key entry to digital entry - The location was great. The room was comfortable, large enough to accommodate the 4 of us. Kitchen facilities were ample. I did not like the digital entry system to the apartment. It would work on and off, therefore I found it unreliable.
• Alba (10/5): Perfecto! - Todo impecable, la ubicación es perfecta y está muy bien conectada. Las instalaciones genial, superaron nuestras expectativas y tienen todo cuidado al detalle. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!

Es mas grande de lo que se ve en la fotos, por lo que es muy comodo. Volveria a quedarme aqui :) Unicamente tuve temas con la conexion de la secadora del dpto. ya que no coincidia con sus conexiones. afortunadamente yo llevaba mi conexion externa.

Es muy bonito y está súper bien cuidado, se nota que ponen atención en cada detalle para que la estancia sea cómoda desde el primer momento. La ubicación es excelente, perfecta para moverse por la ciudad sin complicaciones y tener todo a mano. Además, el atendimiento fue genial: muy amables, siempre disponibles y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa. En resumen, una estancia totalmente recomendable y un lugar al que sin duda volvería.

• Paula (9/5): Muy recomendado si no te importa un poco de ruido por las noches - Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicación, está a unos 15 minutos de la catedral y el centro, además el barrio es muy animado, con muchos bares, restaurantes, tiendas... También el piso era muy cómodo y unas vistas muy bonitas desde el balcón. A nosotros no nos importó mucho pero la zona es ruidosa por la noche y abajo hay algunos bares que tiene música hasta las 2/3 de la mañana. También la cerradura del apartamento es un poco complicada, sobre todo para gente que no este muy puesta en tecnología. También el colchón del sofa cama deja un poco que desear...

• Hunaida (5/5): Once upon a time in Milan - Location was good. Near to touristic spots. Host was available on WhatsApp whenever needed which we appreciated. Building smart lock was OK. The appartement smart lock could be easily changed to smart card or any alternative lock. It was very inconvenient although we followed the instructions. The bathroom was was very small and you could hit your elbows in shower etc. Very limited toiletries. We bought our own soap and shampoo etc no issues. No safe deposit for our passport etc. Dirty floor even after cleaning staff cleaned. It's not specious as it looks in the picture.

• Vlada (8/5): - Отличная локация, хорошая стильная квартира, подходит для 4х человек. Чувствуется хорошая организация. Много полотенец, хороших и чистых. Продуманы приветственные наборы - есть тапочки и всё необходимое для душа, гигиены. Организаторы заботятся о гостях. Нам понравился балкон. Прямо во дворе, за домом чудесный ресторанчик, очень вкусный. Мне кажется, квартира отлично подойдёт для молодых пар, но для семьи с тремя детьми аппартаменты недостаточно домашние, нам было тесно за столом, недостаточно аксессуаров на кухне.

• Tim (9/5): Topverblijf. Topvakantie - Ruim, proper, uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor uitgebreide citytrip De ingang en volledige hall stonk naar sigaretten, door de dame in de keuken (?) op het gelijkvloers die constant met een sigaret in haar mond door de hall in en uitliep. Echt storend.

• Peggy (7/5): Good location in Milan - Nice apartment in a great area in Milan – accessible to Duomo and many key sights. Plenty of dining options nearby. The room was a good size for 4 people and it was clean. Unnecessarily strict and complex (with very poorly translated English instructions) to enter and exit the apartment with codes/door locks etc. Took quite some time to figure it out. Internet connection essential to enter/exit. Noisy on Thur-Sat nights with bars downstairs.

• Ari (9/5): Quick trip to Milan. - Locatiom was great, easy to walk (or TaKe a tram) to Navigli. Also tram straight to Duomo. Customer service was easy to reach and very helpful!

• Olivia (8/5): Great location for city break!👍🏽 - Everything! 👍🏽They had robes and slippers and loads of additional toiletries, which were much appreciated. The hosts, always messaged us back when we needed them. Great location, walking distance to all hot spots…. We did the duomo, QC spa and Naviglio. Amazing coffee and tiramisu shop “mascherpa” opposite the apartment, so make sure to grab your morning coffee there. “Rungantino” restaurant is meter’s from the door and delicious! The online lock may be difficult for those not used to them, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy. Apartment had plenty of storage and was very clean. Good shower pressure and Wi-Fi. We didn’t find it excessively noisy, but there are bars and restaurants in the area. Nothing… it was great. 😊 Some additional things which would improve the experience, would be more detergent and dishwasher packs for long stays and a foam topper for the middle bedroom mattress as it was a little hard for us. Larger bins and clearer instructions for waste would be helpful, as we had mountains of plastic water bottles and filled the bins very fast. The furniture has changed slightly, so I would also update the photos of the apartment. All in all, great experience.
• Arona (8/5): Confortable and well located place, just cold and noisy - Great location, very nice apartment with all facilities and nice view Very cold and noisy, the windows seem to be not well isolated and one in the bedroom was broken and didn’t close well, so with the sudden cold in Milan we were freezing. The area is very alive with students and tourists, which is nice but also noisy at night, plus lots of traffic, so sleeping at night was not the best.. to take into account if you need a good sleep for a work day
• Adrian (10/5): Good value for money, great apartment. - The apartment was large and mostly clean, two bathrooms, two rooms and a living room with a kitchen with some snacks and coffee. There's a balcony you can smoke on. It's close to the main plaza (15 minute walk through a busy and famous street). The area looks a bit shady but we haven't had any issues. The hosts were very responsive and called to ask how our stay was going, I liked this a lot. There were a few broken things and it wasn't sparkling clean but I would stay here again. The price was reasonable but slightly higher than expected. To get into the apartment you use a website which unlocks the doors - I found this interesting but I can't say I loved it (if your phone dies or don't have service or an internet connection, it's going to be an issue).

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - The location is great in the city centre and also the building (building the new metro line in front of the house though). The apartment‘s shape and size are amazing. Two bathrooms. Entering the apartment with online key was not suitable for all of us (no data or not used to electronic devices for such things with seniors). Some basic kitchen items were missing: tea towels, Moka, tea pot.

• Danilo (9/5): Sunny strategically located apartment - The apartment is at a great location and it is its biggest advantage besides very kind and helpful staff. It is situated in a vibrant neighbourhood and everything you would like to see in Milan is within walking distance. the apartment is also very sunny and the view from the terrace and the bedrooms is splendid. We truly enjoyed our stay!
• Bojan (5/5): Passable - The location of the accommodation is excellent. the apartment is not designed for 6 people as stated in the offer. the bed in the living room was broken when we arrived so we were forced to sleep on the floor. we sent a request that the bed be fixed urgently, we were promised that it would be fixed, and until the very end, no one showed up. the accommodation is not recommended.

The online key entry was very useful for everyone in the apartment to come and go as they needed without relying on one person holding the key. Very comfortable apartment, with AC and balcony
• Nada (8/5): Milan was excellent place to visit , the apartment need some improvement - clean, good size , strong Wi-Fi, balcony, 15 minutes walking to cathedral and gallery and shopping stores I did not like the process of checking in, it was very complicated and I pay 30£ to have a personnel waiting for us, though he was kindly waited for us till midnight , the process of smart key is complicated u you need a strong internet in ur mobile to access the apartment door via email. also the sofa bed was very bad aching our back very uncomfortable
• Scott (4/5): Disappointing - The Good: The location was great, we really liked the neighborhood. The Porta Ticinese, Basílica di San Lorenzo Maggiore and Collumns San Lorenzo are right outside the apartment. The Navigli neighborhood is a short stroll away, and so is the Duomo and pretty much all of the other major attractions. The Bad: I messaged the staff on the first day and sent emails. I never received a response. Eventually, I called them and they answered. The air conditioning was meh. Getting new sheets so that our daughter could sleep on the couch didn't happen until the 4th or 5th night (after calling). But worst of all, we're the check-in instructions. It said to ALWAYS BRING YOUR KEYS, which in my mind imies that the electronic access might not be reliable (and surely they won't respond to messages). As such, I searched and searched and searched for the right key to the building door. To no avail. None of the keys provided had the front door key. So, for the first 4-5 days, I nervously used the web page to unlock the building door, each time hoping it would work (and luckily it did). Finally, on the 4th or 5th day, we were rummaging around and found the front door key in a bowl on a high-up shelf 😂 I put the front door key on the same key ring with the other keys so that hopefully future people won't go through this nerve racking situation, without a response from multiple messages and emails. Great location, good luck. I probably wouldn't stay again, but it was survivable.
