• Li (8/5): Good value - I like how quiet it is, the room is just enough for my needs and their smart TV is websites accessible. They have their own parking garage, their security guard is very nice, he showed us all the way to our room, that's like quite some distance away, he's been generous with his time. My room has a little terrace too! The curtain is not very effective, very bright right on the side of the bed and the AC is a bit loud.

• Anton (5/5): Passable - It was close to shops restaurants and cafes The interior was in a little bad condition and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The room smelled mouldy. For this price we had booked a much cleaner room at a quieter place in a much better condition in Tay Ho a year earlier. The pictures gave a false impression of a very clean modern room.

• Apolline (9/5): Cosy room for. a great budget - I arrived late due to a plane delay and there were no issue to check in. The room was very nice and the bed was so cosy - I had a great time! It wasn't that easy to find, as it's in a some small hidden street, where cars can't go, but once we know it's ok I experience some issue with the hot water, but it's something they can fix easily I guess

• Andrey (8/5): Very good - Quite a large apartment for a similar price. Excellent location close to the center. Good bed, good location of a large number of sockets. Quiet area. The apartment is bright with a good view. The shower in the room was leaking and constantly dripping, and from time to time there was a strong bed canalization smell from the street that was drawn into the room. Cleaning was done not twice a week, as stated, but once. The room is already worn out and the renovation is not as fresh as stated in the photographs. This applies to dishes, kitchens, toilets and other things.

• Nadine (9/5): Really nice apartment with everything we needed - The apartment was spacious and clean. Had all the utensils we needed. Good air-con and decent Wi-Fi! Netflix on the television was great. The bath was lovely. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. We could have spent longer here for sure! It was a little bit far out of town but that’s ok. There is plenty of shops and food places around!

The bathroom design is a little flawed which makes it difficult to use - the water kept spraying everywhere and flooding the bathroom. The check in procedure wasn’t clear and communication was difficult when the person who was supposed to let us in finally did
• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Really good but there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment, because someone left a window open. Still definitely worth the stay!
• Anh (3/5): Big room and nice interior but NO PRIVACY AND DIRTY - Spacious, have separate kitchen and bathroom area. Interior looks like in the photo. The apartment is much larger than others at similar price ranges and included a lot of cookware (but we did not use since very dirty) and kitchen facilities. The washing machine did come in handy. But no washing powder available. However, you can borrow some from the cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, has mold and strange (stinky) smell. The floor was sticky. Complicated check in process. No reception or host.When we arrived, can not call and contact the host. The place was completely closed and took us a while to find the bell. After we rang the bell, a lady open the door but wasnt aware we have a booking at all. After multiple time asking how long we are staying and whom guest we are??, she finally call someone and said there is one room available. Asked us to transfer the payment right away when we havent even known what was going on, did not have a reception or show us the room. We did not even know who we are paying the money to. All seem to be very sketchy. The worst part was people wanting to access our room when when we are home and while we were out. The first morning, a real estate lady knocked while we are in the toilet and walk people through our room, trying to rent it out with no prior notice. We wasnt aware there will be any room inspection. And our room was accessed again the next day without being informed. No option for privacy = feeling unsafe.
