• helentina (8/5): - Tempatnya sangat dekat dengan pasar kuromon, ke dotonbori hanya jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit, disekitar sangat banyak tempat makan, stasiun kereta juga dekat Tidak ada lift, hanya ada tangga melingkar yang cukup curam sehingga tidak bisa membawa koper ke atas, sedangkan kamar kami di lantai 3, jadi koper di letakkan di lobby, bersyukur aman

• Ylva (3/5): Good location, but horrible cleanliness. - Location, not too pricey The room was not clean when we arrived. There was trash and loose screws under the beds, and lots of dust on and behind all furniture (especially the fridge and beds). The restroom smelled of urine, and there was mold in the shower. We also requested an additional bedsheet, but we never received it.

• Julia (8/5): nice little apartement - We had a great stay at the nestay inn. It’s a 10min walk from Dotombori and a 2mim walk from nippombashi station. The facilities were all very clean but weirdly set up (kitchenette between the toilet and sink). I’d recommend for two people that are keen to go out in Osaka. Be aware that this is room is located on the 5th floor so you need to walk up very narrow and winding stairs.
• Flavia (7/5): Good - the room size was good and well localized. Have towers, sampoo, lince, refrigerator, microwave. i was in the 5th floor, stairs, uncomfortable and dangerous. Also, the street for the building was dark, so at first we were worried. And the room doesn't give any water.

• Gagan (5/5): Excellent Location - BUT NO ELEVATOR, Horrendous Staircase - Location is right in middle of all hustle bustle area of Osaka. Dotonbori is 10 mins walk north, Shinsaibasi is 20 mins, Kuromon market starts 10 meteres to south, Namba and Midusuji are 10 mins. Niponbashi subway station is 5 mins walk... this place is hard to beat on location. 10/10 for it. Size of the room is good and we had 2 double beds for the 3 of us... quite comfortable. The stairs are a "Nightmare". We had 3 full size suitcases which were a big trouble to carry up onto the 4th floor and equally demanding and hazardoeus to bring down at checkout time. At checkin, we luckily had the housekeeping staff help us (very kind of him) but at checkout we had our legs and arms cramped pulling down the big suitcases from those narrow spiral stairs which have barely any space to place a foot on. The accommodation and BOOKING.com should very very clearly state they don't have an Elevator. For people with any kind of mobility issues, this hotel is an absolute NO GO. The basic cleanliness was OK but looked rushed. Kitchentte was practically unsuable, there is no shelf. The light in Kitchen did NOT WORK. We booked for 3 adults but housekeeping only provided one single Mug and Glass. Additional cups were provided when I messaged them on booking.com as there is no staff available on-premise to contact. Shower cubicle is also quite small and cramped. No hand soap was provided for the wash basin, had to use soap from the shower area. Practically everything was in one room which appeared a bit shabby, there are no 'enclosures' for sections.

• Chye (6/5): Near main road, noise pollution. Bad mattresses l - Very near to market. Too near to main road. A lot of noise from revving cars... difficult to sleep. Mattress on bed way too hard. Guests end up with backaches. Woke up feeling tired and in pain.

• Wan (6/5): Reasonable stay - Room is big with sofas and coffee table, location is good, very near to Kuromon market, quiet location narrow spiral staircases, challenging to carry luggages, could be dizzy after climbing non-stop, I'm on the 4th floor, so need to stop and rest before continuing, shower area is small with no space to hang clothes or towel

Although the room only needs tedious cleaning - Accesibility of the location (train station, food market, shopping area) quick response when it comes to customer service contact center Room was not properly cleaned (ie room smelled cigarette smoke when we walked in, aircon prompted that filter needs to be cleaned already, food crumbs were found on the leather sofa, toilet has bad odor too)

• Niv (9/5): Nice apartment in Osaka - Good location nearby the metro station, donabouri and the market. The apartment was about right for our needs As the apartment has a staircase, you should carry your baggage up.

• Kim (8/5): Conveniently located in heart of Kuromon Market - -Self Check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. -Just 2 minutes walk from Kintetsu-Nippombashi subway station. Just 10 mins walk to Namba station -Kuromon market is just at the next corner from the property. You can get fresh ingredients if you’d like to cook in the unit. -Cooking area, Washing machine and clothesline available. - 🤕The spiral staircase to get to the rooms -Came in to room with stuff from previous(?) occupant (gel insoles packaging) -Continuously Dirty flooring in first floor (we stayed during rainy days. This gave impression no staff came in periodically for minor cleaning work) -Some minor flooding incidents (washing machine area, and room vanity mirror sink)

It had everything you would need to enjoy your time. Generally quiet area during the night. The mattress was very firm, not an issue, other than I prefer a bit softer mattress so I can sleep better.
