• ASAMI (5/5): - 駅近で駐車場も近くにいくつかあり、立地がとてもよかった。 掃除が行き届いておらず、残念でした。 あと都会では普通なのかもしれませんが、騒音が凄くて中々眠れませんでした。
• NORIKO (8/5): ホテルと違って、広くでゆっくり過ごせた宿でした。 - 大阪万博へ行く為利用しました。夢洲から2駅で駅からも近く、とても良かったです。コンビニや飲食店、ドラッグストアも近く便利でした。お部屋は広くトイレやシャワー室が2つあり、家族で利用しましたが、快適に過ごせました。バスタオル・タオル・歯ブラシ・シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープ・ドライヤーもありました。スタッフからの連絡も丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトの方法もとても分かりやすかったです。 和室2部屋に電灯が付いてなかったので、暗くて不便でした。また、洗面台の鏡がきれいでなかったことが残念でした。
• SACHIE (6/5): 民泊の利点欠点を知る事ができた。 - アクセスがわかりやすく、コンビニも近くて便利だった。家にいるように家事がしやすかった。 説明が少ない。フロントがないなら、説明書を置いて欲しい。 ゴミの捨て方（毎日捨ててよいのか、外のゴミ箱の位置も案内と違っていた）、連泊6日間だったのでシーツやタオルの交換があると思っていたが、一度もなかった。その説明もなかった。せめて予備のタオルを多めに置いておいて欲しかった。洗濯物が乾かず濡れたバスタオルを使うことになって不快だった。エレベーターがなく急な階段も誤算でした。スーツケースを持って上がるのも大変だったし、高齢の両親はグッタリでした。
• Randi (3/5): Misvisende bilder og info på booking.com. - Rent Ekstremt trafikkstøy og umulig å få sove der uten hørselvern. Misvisende info og bilder som viste 3 soverom og ordentlige senger. Det var 2 rom med enkle madrasser på gulvet. Ingen ordentlige senger. Verten var ikke imøtekommende på feilaktig markedsføring og vi flyttet derfra så raskt vi fikk ordnet oss ny overnatting. Kan ikke anbefale dette stedet.

• Chinen (7/5): 楽しかった🎵 - 大勢が一緒に泊まれて楽しかった❗️ お手頃価格😃 駅近。近くに飲食店、スーパー、コンビニもあり便利だった。 時計が止まっていた。 テーブルが古い。 洗面台の鏡がカビていた。 トイレの水がたまらない事がある。

• Su Hsing (8/5): 整體舒適, 推薦! - 為了就近去大阪世博, 我們選擇了這個民宿. 而它位置真的很棒, 離地鐵中央線大阪港站6號出口只要1分鐘步行. 且只要搭兩站就到夢洲世博會場. 附近生活機能很好, 多有便利商店和超市. 大阪世博之外, 若要去環球影城或是海遊館, 住這裡也蠻近蠻方便的. 房內的設施基本上充足舒適. 有兩套衛浴和馬桶, 住6人左右應是最惠划算的. 1主臥一進門右側的那扇窗沒有窗簾, 晚上外面有強光(可能是路燈)透光進來, 正對著床頭, 嚴重影響睡眠. 2房內沒有剪刀, 問管理員要也沒有回應, 對於拆卸食物的包裝很不方便. 3房源鄰近地鐵和電車軌道, 其實蠻吵的, 偶而更有飇車仔呼嘯而過, 怕吵的人要自備效率好的耳塞.
• IKUO (7/5): 良かったです - 部屋が広く、大人数でもゆっくりくつろぐことが出来ました！ 和室の天井のライトが裸電球のみでした。電気湯沸かしポットが水漏れがあり、お湯を沸かせませんでした。それ以外はすべて期待以上の満足でした
• HARUNA (10/5): - 駅から近く、移動が楽でした。近くにコンビニもあり、快適に過ごせました。歯ブラシが置いてありました。 入口が「ここ！？」という場所だったので、入るのに勇気がいりました。部屋に入ってみると清潔だったのでよかったです。
• SAITO (7/5): 良かった！ - 立地が良かった！大阪万博や海遊館へ行くのにとても楽でした！部屋が広い！トイレが1つは狭かったものの2つあるのは大人数で利用するのに便利でした！ 冷蔵庫に霜が付いていて使えず、自分で霜を取ってから使用しました。窓際などにホコリが大量にあったのは残念でした。

• Skylab (10/5): Comfortable Appartment near Osakako - Very easy access to Osaka Metro station. Only 2 stops from Expo 2025. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Very happy with the choice we made. I recommend for extended stays. the wi-fi could be a little bit faster, otherwise it's all very good. No issues at all.

• Maria (5/5): this will be an ideal property for a big group but younger age with no walking/moving disabilities. - Location was pretty good for commute to popular destinations such as Universal studios, osaka Castle and the aquarium. We didn't realize that the property is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Our party of 9 included disabled people and elderly. It was quite a challenge to go up and down the stairs. The bathrooms were quite tight as well so it was hard to use.
• Daniel (3/5): Poor experience. - lots of space Very noisy, with motorbikes/cars racing and revving engines under the trainline throughout the night. Rooms are also very bright with poor blinds/curtains, including 1 x bedroom window with no coverings at all.. I booked a 4 x night stay for my family and left after 2, following 2 x nights of very poor sleep.

Its convenient location, close to key landmarks and publi - The property was outstanding, being only a 5-minute walk from Osakaku Station, which significantly eased and simplified my commute. Additionally, convenience stores and other notable landmarks were located nearby. Accessible only via stairs.
• Karen (8/5): This was a good base for us, as a family of 4, for 3 days exploring Osaka. - Clean, tidy, spacious lounge and good location. Very close to the station and some good restaurants nearby, the pizza place around the corner was very good. Only two bedrooms, (not three as per the listing), as the living area is classed as a sleeping area. Luckily it was not a problem for us.

• Sutapat (10/5): Very excellent! - The apartment is very beautiful, clean and private. All necessary house equipments of living have been prepared abundantly. The space is perfect for our family. Bed room and Bathroom is very clean and neat. There are also have a living room space for us to have a family time during staying. The other good thing is it is location very close to the Metro Station. It makes our trip very convenience. Walking around also has many of local restaurants and supermarkets. So, we are really appreciated to stayed in this apartment. If we go to Osaka again. This is will be our first choice of apartment we are going to select. Thank you for such a very convenience stay that the owner giving us. -

• Yvonne (9/5): convenient location, very clean and comfortable, would recommend and stay here again. Thank you - Excellent location. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Train station is nearby . Street noise was loud at night. A lot of young people race cars at night.
• Hien (4/5): Disappointing - the position is convenient. the room is large enough the floor is not good. there was not something to keep clothes in the bathroom. There was not a hand towel in the toilet. There was not any basket in the kitchen and bowls were too old
• Allowyn (10/5): Exceptional stay at Seto Building - The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, kettle, and microwave. Although we did not use the washer, there's one for your convenience. We liked how the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate rooms so everyone could get ready at the same time. The staff were very quick to respond with any questions we may have. They were in constant communication with us. The directions to find the key were very simple and even came with pictures of what to expect. It was our first time in Osaka, and staying at this apartment set the tone for the rest of our trip. Location: Close to Osakako Station, Kaiyukan Aquarium, Tempozan mall, family market, restaurants, etc. Easy to catch the train to Universal Studios and wherever else you would like to venture to. We took a train to Dotonbori, Hirakata Park, Tennoji Zoo, etc. Our stay was superb and exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place. No complaints

• Bhandari (9/5): Superb - Our stay was great, the clean space, comfortable sitting room, and washrooms. It can get better if you could keep coffee and some お茶. But all In all it was a good place to stay. And moreover the timely reminders and messages from the property helped a lot.
