- Tilley (8/5): Comfortable, fit my four person group comfortably, appliances worked excellently. - Comfortable living area was spacious and fit four people very well. The bathrooms also were very clean and had a good amount of space. My group did not use the stovetop but the other appliances were in good condition. I liked the location, it was very nice to have a couple different convenient stores to choose from and the train stations were a short walk. The wifi had good connection and it was easy to find the password. My group ate convenience store food for most of the days so we ended up with quite a bit of trash, the trashcans were not as large as I would've hoped and we also weren't sure were to dispose of full trashbags so the main area ended up more busy. The coindryer also did not dry my clothes as much as I was hoping and then trying to dry your clothes outside in the humidity was also not ideal, so a lot of our clothes ended up smelling musty by the end of our stay. Finally the fridge was a bit smaller than I expected so holding onto leftovers became hard.

- 奈津子 (9/5): 寝泊まりだけなら文句無しでリピート確定 - 建物自体が新しめなこともあって、お部屋もとても綺麗でした。 家族5人で宿泊しましたが、十分な広さで快適に過ごさせていただきました。 また是非利用したい施設です。 お部屋に洗濯機はなく、建物1階にランドリールームがあります。 コインランドリーに行かずに済むので有難いのですが、乾燥機内にたまった埃が少しだけ気になりました。

- Kaori (9/5): 大満足！ - 駅近。洗面台がツーボール。部屋が広い。 空気清浄機があり、良かった。 玄関に分別用のゴミ箱があり、大変良かった。 家族4人で宿泊したが空間が広かったので、荷物を置く、広げる、着替え、女子3人の化粧などなど混み合うことなくストレスが少なかった！ 外から見えないレースカーテンがあったら、カーテンが開けれでいいなぁと思いました。 ゴミ箱がリビング、洗面所両方にあると良い。 使ったタオルを入れるカゴがあったらとても良いと思う。 少し乾燥を感じた。

Hay pocas cosas que hacer por los altededores peor hay comida muy buena y barata cerca. La ubicacion es un poco complicada, ya que si bien tiene estaciones cerca estas media hora para llegar al centro, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.
- Diana (8/5): - This comfy and modern stay gave us an intimate view of apartment life in an older area of Osaka. An easy walk to JR Awaji stn, and delicious small family food businesses (esp. the amazing friendly local Takoyaki restaurant) nearby. No entertainment around, just super quiet, which was ideal for us. Thank you for sharing your lovely modern apartment with us. We wish you a successful future. For our sightseeing plans we think Awaji was a little too far from many attractions. We used up alot of time on the train lines, which we didn't quite understand on booking. The location was sweet and suburban though, and we felt very safe walking late at night. There was an unpleasant odour in the toilet room, perhaps from the pipes or sink drain.

Wir waren sehr begeistert und wollten garnicht weg... Immer wieder gerne. Ganz klar können wir es weiter empfehlen... Da wir kein Personal zu sehen bekamen konnten wir es nicht wirklich bewerten. Ist aber auch nicht nötig gewesen...Alleine ganz gut zurecht gekommen... Schöne Gegend, mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Es war alles super...

- tsuda (5/5): 風呂が残念。 - 2段ベッドがあったので、子供が喜んでいました。 清掃が行き届いていなかった。 特にお風呂は、日々の清掃が行なわれていれば綺麗な状態が保てると思われますが、そうなっていないため、カビが目立ちました。部屋もテーブルの下や部屋の隅のゴミ、キッチンの油跳ねなどが気になりました。比較的築年数が新しいわりに、綺麗に保たれていないことが残念です。 清掃状況をチェックする体制を整えた方が良いと思われます。

- Yosuke (9/5): 宿も快適で、充実した万博旅行でした - 広い寝室とベッド数（二段ベッド、およびシングルベッド3）、 寝室の解放感。 寝室、ダイニングキッチン、洗面所の清潔さ。 浴室もきれいに掃除されてはいるものの、一部経年に伴う水アカ的黒ずみが数箇所見られた。カビ用洗剤で対応可能と思われるので、水回り設備としてこの点が改善されたら欠点はほぼ無くなり、さらに快適で過ごし易い宿泊施設になると感じた。 ※３泊する間のタオル交換の仕組みがあるのかどうかわからなかったが、３泊の間に一度位はあっても良いなと感じた。

- Takeshita (5/5): まあまあ - チェックインの時間が融通がきいたところ。 トイレが臭っていた。 ベットが小さかった 掃除機の動作音がおおきすぎた。 部屋の鍵の解除方法が案内とことなっており、一時期混乱した。

- Mariko (7/5): 最高！ - 駅から近いしコンビニも近い 台拭きやお皿拭きが無いので食器を使った後が無いので不便だった。 洗濯機が部屋にあると思っていたけど別部屋1階にあった。 ヘアドライヤーが壊れかけているので使いにくかった。
- REYNA (7/5): - El espacio de la propiedad y la calidad de sus instalaciones Que es engañoso el título pues no está a 5 minutos de la estación Shin Osaka y además no se podían dejar maletas antes del check in que era muy tarde. Muy impersonal el servicio.
