For people who don’t want to walk long miles, stay here is good to explo - It closes to Dotonbori just about 18 minutes from the property, and to Namba station. Many restaurants around, good currency exchange The building looks old, the kimono in the room make the room dark and look scary little bit

• Hong Tien (8/5): The price was good for my family of four to stay for six nights. - Very quiet- good , short walk to DOTONBORI street and fish market, food everywhere around No comment but The sink needs replacing because the cracked enamel could cause cuts and bleeding on your hands.

• ying (8/5): 很有性价比，交通方便 - 有洗衣机，油盐，做饭方便，地理位置也好，屋里很多清洁物品，有塑料拖鞋，甚至还有透明胶带可以使用，很方便。 房间比预计的小一点，餐桌上的吊灯上面有土，而且我们很容易就撞到吊灯。电饭锅的预约功能好像用不了或者是坏了，试了好久还是不行

• 郭 (9/5): 這一次來大阪玩，這間民宿的價錢合理，而且交通方便，值得推薦 - 地點很方便，萬波站出來走路3分鐘 而且離道頓堀也很近，走路約15分鐘 然後床很好睡～去大阪的那幾天都睡很好 價錢也便宜～ 唯一的缺點，大概就是廁所和浴室的空間，真的偏小，大概只有0.5坪 不過熱水和壓力足夠，完全不用擔心

Would recommend. - Great location, close Namba station, food options were endless, shopping centre as well as Dotonburi all within walking distance. The apartment was overall well kept and clean. My husband kept hitting his head on the low hanging light in the dining area and the bathroom ceiling.

• Minh (7/5): - Location, it’s pretty close to the train station and also the night market in a few minutes walking. Bathroom too small, maybe for Americans but it's not bad at all, pretty clean, and get all you need
• Eugene (8/5): Great base from which to explore Osaka and surrounding areas. - The location was very good, short walk to the Nankai Namba station (around 5 minutes), with lots of food options in the Namba area. We were also able to walk to the Dotonburi area easily. Namba is also well connected to the other parts of Osaka, taking about 20 mins by train to Osaka castle or Osaka station/Umeda area. Better signage and/or better directions to the location would be good, as I took some time to find the place, entrance was not obvious as it was beside the izakaya. The tatami room could probably be aired a little more. The pillows were also a little soft and didn't provide good support. As there was an izakaya downstairs, it could also get a little noisy.

• Giulia (8/5): Cozy and spacefull apartment in a strategic position! - The position: the home is very close to Namba station and Dontonobori street, which makes it very strategic for visiting the city. It’s very cozy and having a second room is for sure an added value for the staying. The building is old and the lack of sink in the bathroom. But you can easily use the one in the kitchen.

• Pinnapa (9/5): Great location. Clean and cozy room. - Very cozy and clean. Location was superb with FamilyMart just 2 minutes, and 5 minutes walk to Namba park mall. Check in/out was very convenient. Not sure if it’s a norm in Japan, but check out time was a bit early (10 am). My flight was early so I didn’t have any problem though!

• Rhiannon (7/5): Well appointed apartment in a good location. - It's close to lots of shopping and the train station. Also liked the fact there are 2 rooms so our children could take naps in one room separate from us while we were organizing our suitcases. Kitchen was also decently stocked with cooking and eating utensils and some basic seasonings. Each room had an AC unit and if you left the doors open it would be enough to cool the kitchen area as well. The futons provided for the tatami room were the thinnest we had ever slept throughout our trip - it basically felt like sleeping on a comforter on the floor.

The major nightlife and train station an easy walk Hard to find, signage small and unlit. Toilet closet ridiculously small. Shower stall not much better. Slight smell from other visitor cooking. Dated and tired.

• Dotty86 (9/5): Superb - Two separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would be happy to stay again in this place next time. Only small issues: Tatami mats could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Same problem as in every hotel/accommodation: no hooks to hang towels or clothes around bathroom. Bedside lamp was flickering.

• Chee (6/5): Great location and Value for Money If one do not mind about the crampy toilet and shower area. - The location of the property as it is within walking distance to familymart and McDonald where Breakfast can be easily settled. There are a laundry areas within a mins walk. Everything is within expectation except for the toilet and shower area which is not exactly shown in the photo during booking. Both the toilet and shower area are extremely tiny which make it difficult especially showering.
• Ngang (8/5): Very good - I was staying in room 303. Room is small but cozy. Everything needed is equipped. Just that there is no dining table. Surprisingly Washing machine is available at the balcony. The bathroom is incredibly small. Having difficulties to wear clothes after showering.

• Krissa (8/5): It’s a cute place to stay in. - What I really like, is that it’s near the stations, the place is cute, it’s clean and they gave is a cute souvenir as well. Definitely will come back if given a chance. What I didn’t like though, was there’s no conditioner, the shampoo really makes our hair so dry, and we forgot to bring or buy some since we’ve been busy.

The bath room-- 170cm tall girl like me cannot stand outside the tub and very hard when use the toilet if close the door....

Still walking distance to Dotonburi, Kuromon and Shinsaibashi and also the shopping malls there The toilet... can't even say it is a toilet. It's even smaller than an airplane toilet! And the shower area, if you are taller than me, u'll have to bend just to bathe. The bath tub cannot even be considered a bathtub. More like a tub to soak your feet. Room is small for 2adults with 2 kids who share the bed with us. We had to think of ways to keep and pack our luggages. Probably still ok for 2 adults but the bathroom is really too small! Do note also that this is more like an airbnb with no reception and no staff onsite. We had to message usin the booking.com platform to communicate.
