• Suzuka (10/5): 快適！ - とても快適で、今回で３回目の利用です！ 立地もよく、スタッフの方も優しく、綺麗で快適です！ 大阪に行く際は絶対また利用させていただきます！ 防音機能はないため、大きい声は出せません^_^ 大きい荷物の方は階段なので大変ですが、スタッフの方がいらっしゃる時は運んでくださいます！とてもありがたいです！

• Jaap (10/5): A great, clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. - A great, clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. Two seperate good beds, a nice hot shower with mini tub, a seperate Toto-toilet, a small kitchen with fridge, great location out of the touristy area (go eat at Yaito just around the corner!!) but near enough to go shopping (metro around the corner or a 25 min walk to Dotonbori, 15 mins to AEON Mall Kyocera Dome). Parking right next to the entrance at 1400 yens for 24 hours (may 2026) if you have a rental like we did. This was our second stay here. Highly recommended.

• Piet (3/5): Erg tegenvallend. Hooguit geschikt voor weinig eisen stellende back packers. - Niets. We zijn 10 minuten op de kamer geweest en zijn toen vertrokken. De toegang tot de kamer was ronduit schandalig. Een enorme trap waar je je langs omhoog moet slepen met de koffers. Volkomen ongeschikt voor mensen boven 30 jaar.

• Akino (8/5): 暮らすように泊まれるインダストリアルな空間 - 室内に洗濯機が付いていて、他のゲストに気を使わず洗濯出来るところが良かった。 レンジやIHコンロが付いているので、長期間の滞在でも安心だと思う。 インテリアにこだわりが感じられた。 ドライヤーが小型で風量も弱く、乾きにくかったです。 入ってすぐの長い階段は荷物を持って上がるのに大変です。 廊下から部屋までの間、一度靴を脱がないといけないスタイルなので荷物が多い時は不便でした。
• TSUYOSHI (9/5): のんびり、ゆったり、いいきぶん - 清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。 今回家族で利用しました。 子供達がトイレやお風呂を使った際の親の意見です。 まずはトイレのドアですが開ける際は気になりませんでしたが、閉める際、クローザーやダンパーをつけてくれるとゆっくりしまって音が響かないと考えます。 次にお風呂ですが、シャワーのホース部分が浴槽にあたりバンバンなってたので他の部屋に響いてないか心配しました。 大人が使えばなんてことはないですが、子供達が使うと気になりましたので、これからのことを是非ともご検討下さい。

• MEI YAN (8/5): 入住一定要留意訊息以取得房間鎖匙 跟自行保持房間清潔 - 適合安靜不喜歡熱鬧市區 但又想前往購物跟觀光的人 地理位置理想 可乘坐大阪metro和阪神電車 來回環球影城跟難波等坐電車約7至15分鐘 更可到一站距離的空庭溫泉 （但附近沒有JR站 打算只使用JR PASS的遊客需留意） 可步行約20分鐘前往Aeon購物 沿途有小店販賣牛角包 三文治 便當等等 如果你厭倦了觀光區的大量人流 可以在九條來個小探險 但注意該區店舖營業時間比較短 設備齊全 有附毛巾 即棄牙刷 洗衣機跟洗衣粉 還有電爐 廚具 可自行煮食 有小型雪櫃 床舖偏軟 房間風格很工業風 但潔淨 有點像ikea雜誌𥚃的房間 附近很安靜 晚上11點需降低聲量 民宿管理人跟職員？都很熱情 早上看到他都會打招呼😆有次看到老先生在玩高爾夫球 訊問一下 他居然肯借我玩一下因為我沒有玩過高爾夫球 😂所以很好奇 事後想想自己其實很失禮 感謝老先生不嫌棄我的奇怪行為🙏 沒有升降機 不建議有大型行李跟行動不便的人 沒有清潔房間服務 請自行保持清潔 如房間過份髒亂 有大型垃圾（如扔棄的行李箱等）寄送遺失物品等需要另外收費 （2000至4000日圓） 2人房間的電視尺寸很小🙃但旁邊的4人間電視尺寸很大😆 馬路對面是松島新地紅燈區 介意的人記得留意地圖小心誤闖
• Asuka (9/5): お得に過ごしやすい宿！ - お部屋が広くて、キッチン、サンルーム、浴室全て綺麗にされており、とても過ごしやすかったです。チェックインも簡単で、オーナーさんも親切に対応して下さいました。周辺にパーキング、コンビニ、、商店街、お弁当屋さんなどもあり便利な立地です。 宿泊前から把握していたので覚悟していましたが、3階のお部屋まで一直線の急な階段を登るところです。ただ、それ以上に私は過ごしやすかったので、また利用したいです。

• terashima (9/5): nice choice - 日中の時間でホテル前でちょうど良くオーナー様から受け取ることが出来ました。 特にありません。階段が急なので膝が悪い方はしんどいかもですが、部屋がモデルルームのように想像以上に良くて、お山の山頂の景色のような感動を覚えます。

• Robert (8/5): Excellent choice - The flat was spacious and equiped with everything what travellers could need. Quiet place in short distance to subway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent communication and actions taken based on the communication. Excellent choice overall, we definitely recommend the accommodation. Wall sound isolation could be improved but this is nothing to blame of the accommodation, this is general topic in Japan.

• 福原 (9/5): 家族向けにコスパ最高！ - 広くて清潔でした。 洗濯機、洗剤があり、干すスペースもハンガーもあるので、連泊するのに最高でした。 特にないのですが、強いて言うなら脱衣かごがあると嬉しかったです。 階段はけっこう急なので、スーツケースを運ぶのはちょっと大変かも。

• Megumi (8/5): - 変わった作りのお部屋でしたが、お風呂、トイレ、台所、全体的にきれいでした。洗濯機と洗剤、ハンガー等たくさんあり、夏だからか、夜洗濯しても朝にはほぼ乾いていました。万博とユニバに行くのに子供と2人で2泊しましたが、広さも十分、メトロの駅までも苦なく歩ける範囲、途中にローソン、セブン、弁当屋、たこ焼き屋がありました。変わった部屋の作りで、3階にあがると共用スペースがあり、その周りに？各部屋があります。 他の口コミ見て分かっていましたが、3階までのスーツケースの上げ下げは大変でした。3階まであがると共用スペース手前から土足禁止となり共用スリッパがあるのですが、衛生上、各部屋に使い捨てスリッパのほうが良かったです。 真夏の21:00頃チェックイン、エアコンが入っておらず、部屋が冷えるまで時間がかかりました。 タオル類が1泊分（バスタオル、フェイスタオルが人数分）しかなく、補充もないようなので2泊以上する場合は、持参するのが良いかもです。
• 本田 (6/5): - 立地、設備、お部屋の雰囲気、スタッフさんの対応よかったです。 猛暑日で初日のエアコンの効きが悪く部屋が蒸し風呂で辛かった。
• Ching-Ping (8/5): - 離地點中央線九條站很近，走路約4~5分鐘就可以抵達。附近有7-11和Lawson，也有便當店，配合房內的小廚房，可以省下很多伙食費。房內空間很大，就算是兩個人住也很寬敞，房內有冰箱、流理台、微波爐、電磁爐、洗衣機。美中不足的地方是冷氣不夠涼爽，不知道是不是居住的那幾天大阪太熱的關係。

• Ingkarat (9/5): A nice good apartment stay. - The price is what make this place distinctively value. The room is very clean and well equip. The also have daily life guide for you in the room. Very comfortable location, surround by Sento(public bath), minimart and restaurant. This is fully self-service apartment, not a hotel. Better not expect any service. There are a lots of house rule here, which make me little nervous during my stay. There are no elevator, and you need to carry everything up to 3rd floors which I not recommend for people with heavy luggage. They use some fragrance or something in the room that smell like sesame oil, which I don't prefer it in my bedroom (It smell like you are cooking food in your room).

Very kind and helpful staff, and the location made it easy to get around Osaka! Nothing, we had a great stay! It was a little loud in the mornings because of the warehouse downstairs, but we were out most of the day anyways so it didn’t matter to us ☺️

• Khy (7/5): It was decent for what we needed it for. - The property was close to the train station and on a quiet street. It was a good stay for what we needed. It was walking distance from several conbinis. We were not prepared for the three floor walkup. Fortunately both of us are young and healthy but that was a shock. The beds were also very uncomfortable and thin.

• Meghan (8/5): A nice space with all you need - A clean and modern space with all you need for a family trip. A nice quiet area too with good local amenities. There is a train station close by, the only downside is it isn’t a JR station so you can’t use JR passes there. The nearest JR station is a 15 - 20 min walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The stairs! The stairs to the property are extremely steep - almost 3 stories straight up with one small landing and no turns. There is no lift. It was difficult to get luggage up and down (the staff did help). Watch the little ones.
• Jeffery (10/5): Hidden Gem of Osaka! - I loved the spacious room, the incredibly friendly and helpful people that take care/clean of the place, and free umbrellas to use whenever needed. It was extremely clean inside the room, lounge area, and outside the building. It is located conveniently near a train station, 7eleven, Lawson, and two eateries. There was nothing that I didn't like about this place.
• Sara (8/5): Well located clean accommodation for your Osaka stay - The location, including the cafe for breakfast and a shop selling home cooked great takeout options. Staff very friendly. I think the furniture could’ve been arranged better. There was the space for a defined lounge area and sleeping area within the studio but I think it could’ve been arranged better. Maintenance could be improved. We had problems with a noisy fridge which we had to put up with until the end of the stay. Finally, I don’t think it’s great for very small children as the noise carries easily.

• Hanuri (9/5): Great value for a group - Very roomy and clean facility. Having laundry room was very useful during the hot and humid summer season. Stayed 5 nights with a 4 years old child. Extra bed with the sofa made it extra helpful. Need to be careful with the two story straight staircase
• Wanzhe (10/5): Exceptional - It’s my second time stayed in here😌 The room was very clean and nice, and it’s within the walking distance to Kyocera dome and metro stations.
• Gloria (9/5): Superb - The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable as well. There's a little kitchen area if you feel like cooking something. And they provide everything for laundry services. There is a fairly steep flight of stairs to get to the accommodation and no lift. Nothing bad but just something to be aware if you're travelling with heavy luggage.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - its spacious, and clean, you have your own, kitchenware, you have your own washing machine, its feel like you are in your own home. very convenient to all, near at Supermarket, Convenience store, train station, we are very satisfied. our room was in the 3rd floor, there is no elevator and the stairs was so steep if you bring a big or heavy luggages you will get tired to bring it up to 3rd floor.
• 塚越 (8/5): Very good - Very clearn and cozy. Facilitates are really good. Very detailed amenities I really like them. Bed are also very comfortable to good sleep. There is no lift and long high stairs to reach the loby and rooms. So if you have heavy luggages, it will be harder.
