• Adam (5/5): . - Good location, walking distance to Notre Dame cathedral and Louvre Property is outdated and needs tlc. Flooring in kitchen is loose and falling apart. Bathroom sink is excessively large making it difficult to access the toilet. If you are overweight, it would be a real struggle to access the toilet.
• Senjanin (1/5): - Absolutly nothing. The place is very dirty, very cold without heating, we did not even slept overthere. The owner took deposite and did not return. I comlained to booking but nothing is resolved. Just avoid this place!
• Helga (1/5): - Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet. Es wurde eine Kaution verlangt ohne den Eigentümer zu kennen und ohne Angaben zur Rückzahlung. Auch war niemand vor Ort, das Haus machte einen schäbigen Eindruck. Alles anonym.

• Matteo (1/5): - Niente Prenotazione cancellata dalla struttura neanche 24ore prima,riconfermata al mattino successivo, all' arrivo alle 23 in struttura PIN errato dell' ingresso quindi non ho potuto alloggiare (con bambina di 10 anni), fortunatamente l' albergo di fronte aveva ancora una camera!!! esperienza irripetibile non valete nemmeno i soldi del rimborso

Jie reikalauja 200eur užstato, sakė grąžins vos tik išsikrauščius, bet jau praėjo 3 savaitės, iki šiol užstatas negrąžintas, skambinau šeimininkui, tačiau jie visiškai nekomunikuoja, neatsako į skambučius ir žinutes dėl užstato grąžinimo. Bandau klalbėtis su Booking.com support komanda, tačiau kol kas jokių rezultatų. Tikiuosi pavyks atgauti užstatą. Negana to, butas buvuo siaubingas, lova padaryta iš kažkokių statybinių lentų, girgžda net nuo kvėpavimo, vonioje šildymas neveikė, vonios kambarys labai mažas ir nepatogus, labai trūko švaros visur. Prašau, pasimokykite iš mano klaidos ir venkite šios vietos, tikiuosi, kad bent užstatą pavyks man atgauti.

• Elena (1/5): - Es buena ubicación del apartamento. Piso viejo sin ascensor, tercera planta. Subir por la escalera de madera fue terrorífico. El apartamento minúsculo. La cama superincomoda, con la ropa de cama y toallas de la limpieza dudosa. Armarios llenos de porquería. WiFi no funcionaba a pesar de nuestras varias quejas. Ha sido un desastre.

• Petra (7/5): Great value for money - Very clean, very well placed. Even though the apartment is in the heart of the city and on a very busy street it is very quiet because it placed inside an interior garden. The location and price are incredible. The communication with the owner was very poor. I had to keep texting and insisting on the owner to give me the check-in information. Eventually I got it after texting on WhatsApp, but only 4 hours before my check-in time. At some point I got worried that it would be a scam but it was not. After the trip I received the deposit back but only after one week of my stay and without proper communication.

• Paul (5/5): Not worth the money - Great location The host charges 200 euros for an old furnished unit which. For outside euro zone you lose 10% because of currency exchange. This is not worth it. Inside of unit it smells urine.
• fernanda (7/5): - Esruvimos en un momento de mucho calor en Paris, no tenía aire condicionado, hablamos con el dueño y prometió llevar un ventilador para mejorar ese tema. La ubicación magnífica, el depto pequeñito y caluroso. En invierno debe ser muy rico... Muy caluroso
• Jake&em (7/5): Much better than anticipated - a great location and had everything we needed. - Location was incredibly central and easy to navigate around, food and markets and public transport within walking distance - the accomodation itself was actually quite quiet and private. It was difficult to lug all of our luggage and young child up the 3 flights of steps
• Mariagrazia (1/5): Worst choice ever - The position is fine, you can easily reach every place in the city just by walk, by bus.... Terrible service, the flat was very dirty and UNCOMFORTABLE! The bathroom was as tiny as a dollhouse, it couldn't event fit 1 person. Very bad welcoming from the host: he doesn't care about anything apart from money for the deposit.... From which sum he takes taxes, etc. (Never seen before) All in all, I won't chose it anymore. I would rather pay a little bit more but (at least) get a better accommodation
• Lalz (4/5): Great Location, that's the only thing going for this place!!! - Location and access to metro. No heating, it's was freaking freezing. Had plumbing issue.. No proper kitchen utensils... The owner was had to get in touch with, does not respond to your pings on queries and does not help he can't speak English.

• Carolyn (1/5): It was a true nightmare arriving to Paris without a place to stay with my elderly mother - Absolutely NOTHING! Not handicap friendly it’s on the 3rd floor without elevator and no where in the booking does it say! The owner refused to cancelled my 3 day stay, I had my elderly and handicap mother with me with our luggage it was impossible for her to go up the stairs of 3 stories, no where was it stated that it was on the 3rd floor without elevator and booking refused to cancelled my reservation! It was up yo the building owner and he refused to cancelled.

• Yuansheng (5/5): Good location poor communication. - Location I did not receive information how to get into the building and where to find the key. I had to ask people to help me to contact with the owner.

• Gatis (1/5): Ambiguous deposit requested - The location is excellent We were informed that an additional deposit will be required. It was required by an invoice, a real bank transfer. Since I booked at the last moment, I informed the host that most probably such transfer will not come through on the same day, and I would expect a signed agreement or at least a signed cheque or a safe money transfer link. This was not provided, so for my own safety I booked another appartment, and requested at least a partial refund. At last I was asked to provide the ID, and the flat access would be immediately provided, but that I did not do, as another appartment was already booked. The host was in general too slow to respond via the app and the indicated phone number is just a voicemail.
• Lokello (4/5): Good location if you're looking to stay out late in the Latin quarter otherwise I would avoid. - Central location Good communication on entry into apartment There weren't any bed bugs There were a number of issues unfortunately. - No toilet paper, we had to go out to corner store and buy some, who doesn't provide TP? - One clean towel and one what seemed to be used towel hanging in bathroom, no hand towel or anything to put on the floor coming out of the shower and you can see from the image on there listing that it's a big step down to tile floor with wet feet, accident waiting to happen. - Communicated both of the above issue above to owner and they didn't respond. Communication was good up until we got into the apartment. - They charge you a processing fee for the damage deposit and the return of it, on our trip it worked out to 13.64 Euro. - While it is a good location it is on a busy night club street in the Latin quarter, if you can't sleep through noise don't stay here. Otherwise if you're looking for that, it's a great spot. - Kitchen appliances weren't clean enough for us to feel comfortable using them, even the kettle. - No internet or WIFI even though they list it as available, when I messaged them they said they have issues there. - The bed is and old murphy bed and makes a lot of noise whenever you move. - Half of the lights were missing.

• Jack (7/5): Very pleasant, in a great location, no frills studio apartment. - Host was super attentive with the arrival and check in, and the location was great. Nothing too dislike really, you get what you pay for!
• Olena (4/5): Disappointing - Location Returned in time deposit. Many sightseeing spots around. Good food just opposite the door. Great public transportation. False statement about available wifi, TV and hot water. No one respond to questions about the issues above. In addition, it would be fair to inform the guests about the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor as it complicates the getting up to the apartment if you have heavy luggage.

• Carol (1/5): Rubbish. We did not access the room so paid to spend a night on the streets of Paris! - We did not gain access to the property. I wish I had read the reviews. The instructions came 24 hours too late. We had left Paris by the time we were given the code. We were not given the code to access the property until the day following our booking. We were forced to spend a night in Paris without accommodation - totally unacceptable and dangerous. A local man who tried to help us was very embarrassed about the situation. Also the guarantee paid was returned with a deduction of £5 - an added insult.
