• LESJEUNES (7/5): stressant et désarmant - uniquement le lit et les petits chocolats posés près de la machine à café. Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place et ne parle pas français, il fait appel à une conciergerie peu réactive et uniquement par whatsapp. J'ai dû installer une nouvelle appli sur mon téléphone pour obtenir la clé numérique permettant de pénétrer dans l'appartement. J'ai obtenu les autres codes (porte de cochère et porte de l'immeuble) le jour J en début d'après-midi. Etant en déplacement professionnel, j'aurai aimé me libérer l'esprit sur ce point afin d'être concentré sur ma mission principale.

• schmidt (7/5): - Die Lage war top.Kurze Wege zur Seine und zum Bahnhof.Das Apartment lag in einem hübschen Innenhof.Der Standard ist nicht mit Deutschland vergleichbar. Da wir nur 4 Tage waren, war es in Ordnung. Das Viertel war individuell und der Kanal gleich um die Ecke.Paris ist immer wieder eine Reise wert. Die Aussattung des Apartments.Es gab viel, was einfach mal zu reparieren wäre und die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig.Für vier Tage war es machbar.

Misschien tijd om wat aan interieur te verbeteren: vlekken op vast tapijt, kastjes die loshingen. Bestek niet meer volledig, bv. maar 2 kleine lepeltjes meer.

L’accès fleuri est charmant et très agréable . La literie est bonne et la cuisine bien équipée pour le petit déjeuner . L’ensemble est un peu vieillissant et pas toujours de qualité ( mitigeur non fixe, flexible qui rouille, bouton de chasse d’eau qui se déboîte , peinture qui s’écaille , draps déchiré , trace de sang sur le cadre de lit )

I ett område som var mer prisvärt än centrala lägen. Gick in till centrum på ca 30 min. Massor av fina caféer och restauranger runt hörnet. Bra med två badrum men det ena var väldigt litet. Mycket bra med kodlås i stället för nyckel. Trapporna. Lite fuktig känsla i källaren, inte något diskmedel, inte vinglas till fyra personer. Städningen kändes sådär…

Broken furniture, shower curtain so crusty you could break it into pieces and the shower itself was dirty, old, run down and neglected, and the smell - absolutely horrible. Basically, nothing like the pictures.

• Ana (6/5): Good location, but the accommodation conditions could be improved. - The location of the apartment is good, and we appreciated the door access system, which was convenient and easy to use. kitchen was well equipped and functional. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping, so we had to share a small bed, which was quite inconvenient. We understand that due to the size of the apartment it may not be possible to include a larger bed, but at the very least the sofa should be suitable for sleeping. The bathroom is small and makes showering uncomfortable. The photos in the app don’t look like the reality of the accommodation. We had already read a similar comment before booking, but assumed it might have been an isolated case. Unfortunately, we experienced the same issue.

• Irene (7/5): Aptm/Ausstattung/Lage sind sehr gut! Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Metro sind fussläufig erreichbar. - Das Apartment liegt sehr gut und in einem tollen, interessanten Quartier! Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Metro-Stationen sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat uns die Türöffnung!! Obwohl wir das Check-in online erledigten und mit der darauf folgenden Bestätigung einen Türcode (der nicht funktionierte) und die Infos zu einer Schlüsselbox erhielten (nicht existent!), mussten wir vor Ort per WhatsApp nachfragen, wie man die Tür öffnet...!! Es gab keine Info vor der Anreise, dass die App "Nuki" herunterzuladen ist, die als Schlüssel fungiert. Der Hinweis, bei Ankunft anzurufen oder uns per WhatsApp anzumelden war vorhanden, aber dass alles erst dann lief und nur digital, war echt mühsam. Zudem finden wir, die Instandhaltung des Aptm entspricht nicht dem Booking com-Standard, die lässt zu wünschen übrig = Garderobe defekt, Tiefkühlfach komplett vereist, Wasserkocher verkalkt, kein TV/Radio (Zugriff aufs Internet funktionierte nicht... nirgends eine Anleitung) und somit z.B. auch kein Netflix (in den Leistungen zwar angeboten), Treppengeländer defekt und der Fensterrahmen in der Dusche im UG weist Grünspan auf.

• Ratiu (10/5): We had an amazing stay - The property was very clean and well maintained. It is easy to access and located in a very good area, with the metro just a short walk away. Most tourist attractions can be reached in about 5 minutes by metro, which makes the location very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The bathroom is not fully enclosed to the ceiling, which could be slightly uncomfortable for some guests, but otherwise everything was excellent. The property was very clean, easy to access, and located in a very good area, with quick metro connections to the main tourist attractions.

Sistemul de inchidere si deschidere a usii a fost tare enervant, este necesar sa ai conexiune la internet si asta reprezinta un mare dezavantaj, mult mai bine ar fi un sistemul clasic cu cheie lasata intr-o cutie cu cod de acces. Mi-a luat foarte mult timp sa inteleg cum sa inchid si sa deschid usa. Asta a fost cel mai enervant!!

Opmerkingen bij personeel werden afgewimpeld. Hok was pas uur na officiële aankomst klaar. Douche had enorme schimmelplekken, niet schoon of zelfs maar hygiënisch. Douche waar je niet in kon draaien zo klein. Debiele app die je moest downloaden om deurslot te bedienen. Echt pure oplichting!

Honestly if I was to be picky, there were no bathroom toiletries. However, it isn't a hotel so not being expected but is something you expect.

• Siegfried (7/5): Fantastic location and a decent stay. - The property has two decent single beds and appliances to make a stay comfortable. It is conveniently located less than 20 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord Railway station and close to many shops, cafés, and restaurants. It is also about 20 minutes walk to Centre Pompidou, and about 35 minutes walk to the Louvre Museum or the Sacred Heart Basilica. Having to carry my luggage all the way to the fifth floor on a windy staircase was not pleasant. The lack of a lift in the property is a real downer! The bathroom is pretty small and the shower area is so tiny.

• Juan Pablo (8/5): - The location was great. Very close to Le Marais and walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and the metro station. It is great value for money, it is nice and cozy. Ideal if you are not planning to spend a lot of time at the place and mostly outside. The matress of one of the bed was moving often which makes a little bit inconvenient the sleep. We only got one large towel for the shower, the other ones were small towels. We were two people.

• Laurin (1/5): I threw up from the smell, not clean at all. - The location was nice. I threw up from the smell. I was staying in the downstairs bedroom in the basement. The smell was immediately quite bad and there was a dehumidifier running at all times. Naturally this was quite noisy, so I couldn't sleep much the first two nights but I didn't dare turn it off because of the smell. In the third night, I started throwing up a lot and stayed the last night on the couch on the ground floor. After two days, we also didn't have any warm water in the entire unit which was fun seeing as I was quite ill at that point. The bed-sheets looked like they have been changed but there were quite a few brown spots on them, including on the pillow. I try to tell myself that these were the kind that aren't really possible to get out in the washing machine, but frankly I'm not sure. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was quite moldy and the shower didn't drain well. I refrained from looking why it didn't drain because I feared, I already knew the answer. I paid 900€ for 4 nights which is simply unacceptable. While planning the trip, I skimmed over the reviews to check if there is a clear sign for me to not book this appartement. If you are doing the same this is it. This is your sign.

Il est aussi bien situé dans un quartier vivant avec une boulangerie et une supérette à proximité. Le métro est à moins de 100m. Quelques petits défauts mériteraient d'être corrigés (ex: prise démontée, robinet du lavabo mal fixé, porte de placard qui ne tient pas fermée, ...) mais rien de critique.

• Cody (7/5): It was ok, not bad, not excellent. Id say mostly good - Good location We were expecting a bed that would fit two people instead of two separate double beds that could not combine. Instead me and my partner squeezed on one very small single bed. The other single was already damaged where the supporting wood planks were not in the proper place and the mattress would sink down. The neighbors did not follow the quiet hours and were playing music at 11:30
• Omelianenko (9/5): Можно было бы обновить некотрые моменты в кварире, например чайник, в некоторых шкафчиках дверцы) Но в целом мы отдохнул - Отличное месторасположения, Метро в 3-х минутах, магазины и кафешки за углом. И быстрая реакция владельца на проблемы, которые он быстро исправил. Так же все основные достопримечательности , для тех кто любит гулять, в пешей доступности. Из-за того что убрали не вовремя, полностью заселились на 2 часа позже. И не было отопления и горячей воды. Но хозяин все быстро исправил и разрешил выехать на три часа позже. Огромное спасибо!
• Daniel (5/5): Très moyen. - Bien situé au cœur de Paris, à 2 pas d'une station de métro. Les photos mensongères. L'appartement est tout petit, très sonore, avec peu de confort, et mal entretenu. Il manque des lattes au sommier. Le vent passe sous la fenêtre. Le ménage était mal fait. Pas de connexion internet donc pas de télé. Et pas d'échange avec le personnel.

• Eef (6/5): Goede locatie, verder matig. - Was schoon, fantastische locatie Ik kreeg van te voren de codes voor de deuren. Bleken ( standaard!) de verkeerde te zijn. Dus bellen. Nam eerst niemand op. Na aantal minuten wachten eindelijk wel. Toen de juiste codes voor twee buitendeuren gekregen. Moesten vervolgens- na vijf trappen op, buiten adem - eerst de (lange en complexe) Wifi code invoeren, toen de app NUKI downloaden en met de codes die we (toen pas) kregen ging dan eindelijk ook de laatste (binnen)deur open. Geen personeel gezien. Geen antwoorden gekregen op eerdere vragen via de app (ondanks een enthousiaste aanmoediging via de app te communiceren). Bedden oncomfortabel en douche alleen voor heel kleine (en magere) mensen

• Melanie (10/5): Well located 3 level apartment in a quiet complex. Surrounded by amenities including 2 metro stations. Sufficient kitche - Brilliant location. Quiet. 2 metro stations nearby and the amount of space across 3 levels was perfect for our family of 4.
• Brenda Nair (9/5): Muy cómoda y linda estadía para 5 personas - La ubicación del departamento es muy buena, a pocos pasos del ingreso al metro, y en una zona linda y con muchos lugares para comer, mercados, etc. El apartamento es como las fotos, está muy bueno, es muy amplio y bien equipado en caso de querer cocinar, lavar la ropa. Yo tenía ciertas dudas sobre la calefacción al ir en diciembre, pero realmente fue una sorpresa ver cómo estaba muy calefaccionado el departamento entero (arriba y abajo), así como también cuenta con varios deshumidificadores en el piso superior como el inferior. Super recomiendo el apartamento por una relación de precio calidad. Espero poder utilizarlo nuevamente en una próxima ida a París. Creo que el problema que tiene el departamento es en torno a los desagües cloacales. El inodoro de arriba puede ser usado en su totalidad, mientras que el de abajo solo indica que se puede utilizar únicamente para líquidos. La ducha de abajo en un instante se tapó (sin que hubieran pelos ni nada) y eso provocó una pequeña inundación que pudo ser solucionada rapidamente. Otra cuestión pequeña fue cuando llegamos al apartamento con los datos para ingresar que fueron enviados por Booking el día antes del ingreso (yo previamente desde una semana antes le estuve escribiendo algunas veces por el Whatsapp que ellos me pasaron, sin obtener respuesta). No pudimos acceder por la puerta principal con el código dado hasta que alguien nos abrió, y luego no encontrábamos la llave de ingreso al apartamento. Por suerte justo llegó la persona encargada del mismo y en ese momento me envió por Whatsapp las intrucciones de ingreso al mismo (que eran distintas a las que me fueron enviadas por Booking). A pesar de esto, son solo detalles que no opacan la estadía en el departamento, sobretodo al ser estadías de algunos días. Recomiendo!

• Dennis (4/5): Vies appartement is het geld eigenlijk niet waard! - Eigenlijk alleen dat het redelijk in de buurt overal van is, het was niet schoon, de haren van de schoonmaker zitten op je kussen en dekbed, vieze vlekken op het beddengoed, douche stroomt de hele tijd over naar het tapijt toe, schimmel overal wel, verf wat los bladdert…vooral gewoon niet schoon en erg vies!!! Maar 1 pan!
• Julian (9/5): Increible - Tres bonne emplacement, très propre, tout est bien pensé très cozy, au top!!! Juste un point, peut être faire attention avec le coin du sol devant de la sale de bain qui commence à se décoller, je me suis prit le pied dedans et heureusement c’est la chaussette qui a prit le coup et pas mon doigt 🤣 mais c’est vraiment un détail. Après petite expérience mystique avec le voisin de l’appartement en face, mais bon c’est Paris🤣 encore merci pour tout🫶
