Karina (1/5): a nightmare - - while i was staying at this place, the roof started leaking and the apartment got flooded. ever since that day, the owner refuses to pay me back for the stay + damages and they refuse to speak to me or booking AT ALL!!!! They have to be insured and even if they’re not, they’re charging a lot for this place, so they should be embarrassed to act like this.

Jaime (10/5): Clean and peaceful stay, perfect for families. - It was clean, that's the most important. It was in a safe area. It is not a palace, but it is a decent place to stay with a family (young kids). It's old, but what is not old in Paris? It is well maintained at least. Really, I liked the stay, nothing negative to say or to complain about.

Joseph (4/5): Be Careful - The location is great. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Effile Tower. Spacious room. When checked in ar 5.30 PM the room was not at all cleaned. There was garbage all over the room, there was no bed linen, the bathroom was used and not cleaned was the check out of previous client. There were used plates in the sink. I had to call the guy and asked him to clean the room for me. I left my bags in the room and left. I had kept a paper bag with some gifts for my friend. It was kept on the table. Once I came back we found the the bag was missing. I then called the guy and told him. He said it won't happen he will call the housekeeping and enquire about it. After hours of no reply from him I called him again. There was no response from him. He kept ignoring me. The property is in a great location BUT BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGS.

Wayne (4/5): Disappointing - Location is perfect for experiencing the sights of Paris and great food in the street If you choose this great location you have to leave the apartment to see the city sights, bring toiletries, Toilet paper, eye masks to sleep with as the room is bright early in summer, and plan on eating out.
