• Charlotte Smelik (10/5): A tiny but very comfortable and clean appartment in a liverly area. Highly recommended! - Although the space is small it has everything you need because of a very efficient use of the space. Everything was new and clean. The area was nice and lively too, we felt very comfortably there. The space is good to reach, close to a subway station. All in all highly recommended!

• Marika (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja i małe niedociągnięcia w samym pokoju. - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, blisko metro i sama ulica ma wiele fajnych miejsc. W pokoju było czysto i posiadał udogodnienia (ekspres, suszarka, pralka). Miałyśmy możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Pokój posiada metalowe drzwi z lekka szparą od góry przez które wszytko słychać. Woda z kranu kapie w sposób bardzo uciążliwy i na noc trzeba było owijać kran szmatką, żeby nie słyszeć kąpania. Mała przestrzeń pokoju co przy dłuższym pobycie staje się uciążliwe.

• Jil (8/5): Gute Adresse für einen City Trip! - sehr sauber, gute zentrale Lage, nahe an Bahnhof und Metrostationen, Restaurant's und Supermärkten. Nicht gut isoliert; man hört jeden, der am Fenster vorbei läuft und man merkte auch die kalten Nächte, aber Heizung funktioniert.

• Cristina (8/5): Soggiorno all'insegna della comodità - Posizione ottima molto servita dai mezzi pubblici. Ideale e comoda per gli spostamenti. Spazi un po' ridotti, ma dotati di ogni comodità. Buona pulizia Sostituirei la porta d'ingresso perchè sembra di entrare in un magazzino ed ha degli spifferi che in inverno creano dispersione di calore. Il cuscino per me era un po' troppo alto e consiglio di fornire i detergenti per la pulizia personale. Anche i bidoni della spazzatura davanti all'ingresso non sono belli da vedere

L amabilité du propriétaire, la qualité des équipements. Le robinet de la cuisine goûte en permanence et la nuit nous avons dû user de stratagème pour atténuer le bruit . Le frigo aussi fait beaucoup de bruit qd il se déclenche. Les oreillers sont trop durs.

• Elena (6/5): - Next to metro, the apartment is located in the yard which makes it quiet My stay would have been much better, if the host had been in touch. We experienced problems getting inside the flat, but I couldn’t contact the host for two days. We had to ask the neighbours for assistance. It was a bit of pain. At first I thought we’d have to sleep outside :/
• Sonia (10/5): - L'appartement était très confortable et pratique pour une famille de cinq avec ses deux salles de bain. Il était très propre et joliment décoré. Situé dans une cour arrière , c'était très calme, pas un bruit. Et ceci dans un quartier très vivant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement dans ce quartier bien mélangé, avec beaucoup de restaurants, bars, snacks et commerces abordables. C'est un quartier plein de vie, assez central et proche des gares Nord et Est. Rien à signaler, juste un détail au code de l'entrée, mais résolu tout de suite par téléphone.

• IULIIA (8/5): - Маленька і затишна студія з усіма необхідними зручностями для відпочинку. Вдале розташування. На вулиці гамір але за дверима дуже тихо. Район здається не надто безпечним але протягом тижня поверталися в різний час і все було "без подій". На фото диван але по факту ліжко з дуже зручним матрасом, що після довгих прогулянок важливо. Нам пощастило з погодою( було не надто спекотно ввечері) тому відсутність кондиціонеру не заважала. Для спекотних днів є вентилятор. Є капсульна кавоварка, чайник, кастрюля, пательня для приготування їжі. Достатньо тарілок і столового приладдя. В наявності також були чай, декілька капсул для кавоварки. У вбиральні туалетний папір, мило, рушники. Треба приділити більше уваги прибиранню (коли приїхали на підлозі були рештки скла, якими я пошкодила собі ногу). Хотілося б також сіль, цукор і олію, пакети для сміття ( у смітниках вони були але на тиждень цього недостатньо. Враховуючи маленьку студію і сміттєві баки навпроти вікна, вважаю за потрібне виносити сміття кожен день. Таким чином немає "ароматів" і не з'являться комахи)

• Zoe (10/5): Fantastic little apartment with everything you will need in a central location. - Exactly as described. Having 2 shower rooms both with a toilet was a bonus for our family of 5. The air conditioning was a godsend in the heat. Good location to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette and Sacré Coeur all within 20-30 mins. The washing machine and dryer were very useful also. Thank you! Fantastic restaurant - Julien - opposite apartment. Very reasonable, traditional French cuisine, no bookings just queue. The road outside is very busy, but it wasn’t a problem as the property is through 2 locked doors into a little alleyway which felt very safe and was very quiet.

• Christopher (3/5): Not as expected - Good location. Easy to get to Metro. Quiet considering it’s a full on busy area. Air conditioning was listed but there was none! It was BAKING HOT! It made my wife ill it was so bad. Plus you can’t leave doors and windows open even at night because it’s ground floor straight onto a busy passage and next to smelly bins.

• Karen (10/5): A lovely cosy quiet apartment to base yourself in with access to 2 metro stations, various shops and restaurants; we wo - The apartment was just like the photos; compact but had almost everything needed for a few days stay Once entering the secured alleyway entrance you couldn’t hear any noise of the busy street outside. The area has a few “characters” but if you ignore them and go about your business it’s fine: we’ve been several times to Paris staying in various areas and it’s always the same. The two bathrooms were a bonus in such a small space as were the two single beds in one of the rooms. We were four adults who were happy with our stay in the apartment given how near it is to two metro stations leading to two major train stations. A ten minute walk in the direction of the Opera House allows you to choose from lots of trendy little bars and restaurants. We would definitely return given the chance. I personally would get rid of the rug in the living area as it would make the room appear bigger and smarter looking. It definitely needs a blind on the window close to the kitchen area as when you open the bedroom door you are conscious that people in the flats above can look down into the room.

• Amie (9/5): Great Location. Clean. Good Facilities. - Location was amazing. Metro straight outside and the street was a pretty lively street at night but not overly loud that you'd hear it inside. Just don't be tight afraid of confined spaces, if youre not comfortable in tight spaces, getting into bed may freak you out. Only downside was there was a washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes? We didn't need it but if you were staying longer you'd be using the same rail to hang clean clothes along with wet clothes.
• Emily (10/5): Cute little apartment in a busy area of Paris - The location was amazing, lots of restaurants in walking distance, we walked to the Louvre for example (about 25mins) but if you wanted to get the tube the apartment was a 1min walk from the metro. The property had everything you needed and was in a nice secure area. There was good heating and aircon.
• Mimi (8/5): Great base for exploring Paris - Location was great for exploring Paris and easy to walk to from the Gare du Nord. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby and a fabulous patisserie almost next door. The property was a good size for our family of 5. It was clean and well presented and had everything we needed. The only thing we would have changed would be another comfy chair in the sitting room, with kids we spent time there in the evenings and there wasn't comfy seats for us all.
• Rhys (4/5): Disappointing - close to transport initially room provided was different to the photos. mezzanine bed in a crawl space. Wife in tears. Eventually offered a different room which was ok. Area was a bit dodgy.
• Tuya (5/5): Quite overpriced and outdated property, and not the same as advertised on booking.com - The property location was very handy, having the underground station around the corner and being at 26 min walking distance to Louvre, as it says on Google map. The property we arrived wasn't the same as shown in the booking.com. I sent the message to the owner about it on the 1st night but he didn't respond to it at all. The studio was on the ground floor next to the waste bins. There are no air con neither in the room nor in bathroom but old fan in the room. If we open the window for the fresh air, the trash bins are just about 1 meter from the window so not very fresh air! No hooks in the bathroom so we piled up our clothes and towels on the radiator when were using the shower . Except the kitchen corner, the studio was quite outdated with old smell and broken clock in the wall, spider's web around. We choose the property based on it's picture and location to the Paris sightseeing, however we were quite disappointed from the first step into the property in comparing how much we paid for.

• Lorraine (7/5): Clean and tidy studio flat, perfect for a short stay. - Really clean modern room, great shower, kitchen area was really perfect, TV, and location was great. It was quiet and the host was really good with communications. The large fan was really useful in the heat! Lots of useful storage space. The shelf was a bit too hight to sit at and eat, It was a shame that there was just a bed and no chairs, it would have been nice to it on a seat, maybe a few more hooks for clothes, but these are only small things. Mostly excellent.
• Muskiet (7/5): Approachable and quiet - Amazing mattress and location. On a loud street but after the gate it was quiet Tight shower and bedroom ceiling was very low (had to crawl) but nothing unusual for Paris
• Stacy (9/5): Excellent location in the city, easy self check-in with the instructions provided by the owner, great stay for a couple - It's an excellent apartment for a short stay, though the bedroom is on a mezzanine with a height of 1.30m. It is well located in the city, with easy access to restaurants, markets, and the metro, which is extremely close to the apartment. This makes it easy to reach any part of the city with the nearby metro. The property is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.
• Stewart (8/5): Good location, providing adequate accommodation for a short stay in Paris at a reasonable price - The apartment is well located in the 10th Arondissement, just a short walk from the Metro station. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by. In fact, the renowned Bistro Jullien is across the road from the apartment. Although the neighbourhood is not the most salubrious in Paris, we found it to be quite safe and interesting. We did quite a lot of walking [as you do in Paris] and walked home a couple of times and were amazed at how close it is to many of the iconic attractions. Although we encountered minor problems in retrieving the keys and entering the apartment, despite quite clear instructions provided by the host, a quick phone call was answered, instructions provided, and we were OK. So, communication with the host was excellent. Despite the apartment being quite small, it met our needs and for Paris, was good value for money. The bedroom is a mezzanine floor up some steep stairs which makes the ceiling quite low.... you have to crouch to reach and crawl into bed. This may make the apartment less suitable or desirable for people with mobility issues. There certainly was nowhere to store suitcases, so the apartment became quite crowded. The kitchenette is compact and there is only a pop up shelf for food preparation. we ended up eating at the coffee table and sitting on the couch. The washing machine could do with a supply of detergent and some instructions. We tried to do a quick wash which turned into a 2-hour cycle.

Small but lovely place. We couldn’t open the door when we got there and the hosts (sorry I can’t remember the name) were very quick to respond! Thank you! Stairs to get upstairs was a little steep and small but understandable given the small space.

• Luisa (7/5): Good for a very short trip - The position Is great: the street Is full of bars and nice places to drink and eat, no cars are allowed to pass so it's very quiet, and it's 2 minutes far from the metro. The chamber, provided with a bathroom and a kitchen, is really small, it's ok for a few days and if you stay outside most of the day. It would have been nice to have cleaning products and more supports for hanging things in the small space available. A dishwasher would be more useful than a washing machine, given that there is no drying rack, not the place where to put it.

• Anoniem (8/5): Super studio in quiet courtyard in lively neighbourhood with hard bed - Super studio I loved it a lot for a few days Maximum use of the space. Foldable kitchen table. Nice interior. Cosy with multiple light options. Clean. New state. Plenty of storage spaces. Vacuum, iron. Very high ceiling, high windows. There is an entresol with the bed (matrass on floor) and a wardrobe. With kitchen, very convenient. Wifi worked There is a tv with several options. Check in via a locker for easy access.(but with some points of attention, see below). The host responded quickly when needed. It is in an alley/ courtyard of a lively area, but you won’t hear anything there, it was quiet. Very convenient Metro around the corner. Close to gare du Nord only 3 stops. I would definitely love to come back if … the bed/ matrass was way WAY too hard for a light weight person. It woke me up with every turn. So I felt exhausted. Just to realise: In the alley sometimes you hear people walking by (containers or trolleys) not too bad, it’s Paris (a city). And if the neighbours upstairs jump up and down you hear it (don’t know why they did it). There is a kitchen, only with a kitchen towel and hand soap. No cleaning supply. I did bring an emergency kit myself, so ok. A little hook at the entrance for the coat would be convenient (it rained). No clue how you have to leave the keys on the table at check out and manage to exit through the security doors without the key drop?? I ran to the gate, put stuff between the door, than ran back to the studio for the keys and the luggage. A manual for this would be helpful. Also to exit the gate you have to put your hand through the gate and unlock it with the key drop touch pad. Would be helpful in a manual. You pay the city tax cash! I’ve read already in other reviews so no problem, but you just have to know. In the information mail would be better. Early check out. You can’t leave your bag like in a hotel, but there are luggage storage boxes in the area.

• Jennduong (6/5): Pleasant - Great location - whilst not close to tourist attraction, it's in a more quiet part with good access to the metro and convenience stores, cafes & bars. Access to washing machine which was amazing given how much we were sweating. We came during a really hot time (30+ degrees) and whilst the accommodation has aircon you're pressured to turn of the aircon by 8PM (otherwise, the neighbours will knock on the ceilings until you do). Ceiling on the bedroom level is very low so would not be kind to a tall person.
• Tyler (7/5): Well located and appointed budget apartment. Fine for one person, not great for two. - Well appointed budget apartment with a great washing machine, cooktop and fridge. The place is located very close to a stop on the Paris metro but is also close though to be walkable to the main attractions if you are up to it. The air conditioning is a welcome respite from the recent heat. The loft where the bed is located is very low. It is not possible to stand. It is also only accessible by a narrow and steep staircase that is difficult to navigate safely at night. The building is very damp and the exterior entrance is an assembly point for aggressive homeless people, The size is quite small - fine for one person but not comfortable for two. The bed is a mattress on the floor essentially.

The shower also leaked all through the bathroom so you could have a 2 minute shower max before it flooded the bathroom floor.

We were told to “use the key” when we were really supposed to use the fob attached to the key. Took us a few tries to figure it out! Also the pictures show a bed in a loft but you cannot tell that the height of the loft is about 4 feet.
