Julia (2/5): Do not recommend at all. - Unfortunately, the only good thing about this property is the location in Brickell. All else was a total disappointment. The pictures do not reflect reality, my partner and I got catfished with this property. 1) The host has very poor communication, unresponsive and replies in some automated format without resolving any issues. They charged us 200$USD security deposit and it’s been 3 weeks since our stay, we have not gotten it back yet. 2) We had 20-30 cockroaches in our apartment that we killed over 5 nights, horrible! The host did absolutely nothing. So unsanitary. The fridge was leaking. 3) Building has horrible customer service. The people at the front desk of this establishment DID NOT let us wait with our bags when we arrived at 11am for our check in time at 3pm. Their luggage storage was full and they told us we were not allowed to sit in the lobby with our luggage - kicked us out with our suitcases, imagine that!
Daniel (9/5): Excellent Stay - The location, the space in the condo, the great beds, the furnished kitchen laundry... so practical! Nothing. All was at least very good. True, the furniture, the bathroom are a little tired but so good valie for money!

Trinee (6/5): My stay was okay but the apartment needs some work. - The view and area. The apartment also had lots of blankets The kitchen had no seasonings, or materials needed for cooking like a spatula or can opener the bathroom tub needs to be repainted, and the cabinets in the bathroom also were broke. The sheets that were left were also to small for the bed. The key fog didn’t work when I first arrived so I had to go to the front and replace it. Also a roach was spotted in bathroom. So I suggest it gets exterminated.
