The parking spot included would be a bonus for those with a car. It was very reasonable compared to most places nearby. We had a little trouble finding the place but called and they helped us get in. The keypad was a bit touchy but it works.

Landy (5/5): We would not recommend. - Parking was adequate. The location/neighborhood was near a freeway overpass which was a bit sketchy. The bed was too soft for our taste. The flies and little black bugs emerged more and more as we stayed. Bug spray was promised but never delivered. Request to extend a few hours was rejected.

The communication was excellent—everything was clear, prompt, and very professional from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, which made the stay even more comfortable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated how responsive and understanding the host team was—they handled everything efficiently and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future.

Tatyana (6/5): Reasonable - The apartment is right next to a highway overpass, so there is constant noise from traffic at all hours of the day and night. While the apartment itself is cute, it does not have any heating. Although many people may not expect heating to be necessary in Miami, the nights can get quite chilly during the winter, and the lack of a heating system made it uncomfortable. When I requested heating, the host explained that only AC is provided and suggested adjusting the temperature through the unit. However, this is a European-style AC mounted on the wall that does not offer any heating function at all. On my last night, it became particularly cold, and I had to request an extra blanket, which was provided. The apartment also has very thin walls, so noise from neighbors can be heard quite frequently, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the location is somewhat difficult to find at first, and even Uber drivers may have trouble locating it due to its very particular positioning. However, when I asked for additional toilet paper, I was told to purchase it myself at my own expense, which is not what most guests would reasonably expect during their stay. Overall, I would rate this as a 3 to 4-star experience. I’m aware there are many positive reviews that may suggest otherwise, but it’s worth noting that after checkout, the host offers guests two free nights in exchange for leaving a 5-star review. This creates a misleading impression, as reviews should reflect genuine experiences rather than incentives. The loud location, the lack of a proper heating system and there was a stench/strong odor in the unit.

Patrick (8/5): A weekend in Brickell - The location was 6 minutes away from downtown Brickell and it was also close to a Publix, Walgreens and many restaurants. We loved the apartment it was spacious and clean. The staff was always accommodating and kind. Anything you needed they would do their best to accommodate your needs. We didn't like that each room didn't have a television. The master bed made noise whenever you needed to readjust in the bed it wasnt as comfortable. The other thing was the noise from the airplanes and traffic nearby. We wished the apartment was more sound proof.

On the last night we had dinner at Moshi Moshi which is just a 2 min walk away (as per Jason the host's recommendation) and it was the best meal we had that trip! I also enjoyed the quiet hours and having my own parking spot. Great place to stay especially when you've got frequent trips to South Beach I wish they had air freshener in the room as sometimes I could smell sewage on and off

Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, jest suszarka do włosów, parownica i wszystko co potrzebne w kuchni. Rewelacyjny kontakt z gospodarzem - gdy pojawił się problem był gotowy natychmiast go rozwiązać. W pobliżu znajduje się ruchliwa ulica więc w nocy jest dość głośno.

Cocina muy bien equipada. El sofá cama no es muy comodo y es estrecho. Necesitas coger Uber para llegar a todas partes. Se escucha el ruido de la carretera del lado pero son pequeños detalles.

Francisco Javier (8/5): Tranquila - Habitación limpia, los elementos básicos operativos, toallas, toalla nova, vajilla, cubiertos lo ubicación no fue de mi acomodo, es un tema personal, tampoco estoy acostumbrado a tanto interrogatorio y advertencias para arrendar un par de días, si tengo toda una trayectoria en Booking, creo que debería servir para algo.

Que al reclamar algo malo de la propiedad, han respondido positivamente y a la brevedad Es una lástima que utilicen lo más económico para amueblar y equipar. Los colchones son muy blandos, al igual que las almohadas. La cafetera es mini y estaba en muy mal estado. Pero al día siguiente de reclamarlo me enviaron una nueva.

OLTIAN (1/5): - They cancelled my booking the same day I had the reservation even though I had paid for the room and let me in the middle of nowhere with 2 little kids. They told me that they had issues to collect the deposit fee. I didn’t receive a refund yet

Sara (10/5): Para repetir. - Nos encantó su ubicación, era muy fácil moverse en transporte hasta cualquier punto, además tenía un supermercado muy cerca que nos facilitó todo muchísimo. El apartamento es pequeño pero cómodo y estaba súper limpio. El barrio muy tranquilo y la atención de los anfitriones un 100, te ayudan en lo que necesites. Sin duda lo recomiendo Nada

Michal (6/5): - מיקום, יש חניה היחידה שלנו היתה ממוקמת בקומה שניה ללא מעלית - 15 מדרגות חיצוניות. הדבר לא הוזכר מראש ולא הסכימו להחליף. יש מטבח יחסית גדול שלא היה שימושי לעומת חדר שינה ורחצה קטנים. תהליך הציק אין היה מעיק. בנוסף, החניה היתה בצד אחד של המתחם והכניס ה בצד אחר כך שנדרש להקיף את כל הבלוק
Maya (5/5): Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. - It was close to the venue of an event we were attending. It was clean but dated. There was no mirror in the unit I was in with the exception of the bathroom. It didn’t look as nice as the pictures. It was very difficult to find especially not being from Miami. I’ve used booking for years and this was the first time I’ve had to go through a follow up process as in depth as this one. I like using the Booking app to avoid all of that. I provide my credit card, pay online or at check in. I’m very busy and if it sounds as if I’m rambling it’s because that’s what it felt like while in route, trying to complete all these steps it was very chaotic and stressful. Then to arrive and have problems getting parking information, room information and so forth. Needless to say. I missed the my nieces dinner party arriving at the tail end of the event. Only to get inside and it not look anything like what I expected. I’m not one to leave negative reviews and I’m not recommending that travelers avoid it. It was clean. Just not what I expected.

Fabrizio (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto - La posizione,molto tranquilla,molto bella vicino a supermercati farmacie ,e prossimo al centro di brickell Nella casa avrei preferito 1cambio di asciugamani da bagno ,perché per una famiglia di 4 persone e 15 giorni in casa, non avendo una lavatrice era difficile con una sola asciugamano a testa le ho anche richieste mi hanno rifiutato il cambio, Non ci sono detersivi per bagno,per pavimenti e manca uno specchio in camera da letto

Lindsay (3/5): Not coming back. - Convenient location and price Left used soap container from previous guest- barely enough to use. Not the cleanest. Cheap beds- uncomfortable and flimsy. Paper thin walls- the people upstairs kept me up all night with their kids running around until 12:30pm, then again woke me at 7am.

Billy (10/5): Increíble - Excelente lugar, un apartamento moderno, con todo lo necesario, espacioso, cómodo. El personal atento y amable, llegamos antes y nos ayudaron con el hospedaje antes de la hora prevista. Todo en perfecto funcionamiento, tranquilo, silencio.
Flavio (9/5): Buena ubicacion - Muy bien ubicado, cerca (a pie) del centro comercial. Supernercado a dos cuadras. Bares y restos cerca. Barrio muy lindo y tranquilo. El depto muy limpio, con lo necesario para pasar unos dias comodo. La parada del tranvia (libre) esta a 100 metros. Seguridad. Acceso al co.pmejo y al depto co. Cerraduras electronicas. Estacionamiento cómodo. Los vecinos son bastante intolerantes con los ruidos. Nos denunciaron solo por abrir y cerrar las puertas para acceder al departamento. Hay que moverse con pie de plumas para evitar problemas con los vecinos.

Jenny tatiana (9/5): - Nos fue muy bien, la comunicación con el host muy buena, estuvieron prestos a cualquier solicitud todo el tiempo, muy tranquilo el sector, las instalaciones espectaculares, tuvimos parking todo el tiempo en general todo muy bien Quizá como recomendación tener más utensilios en la cocina.

It was just a long walk for me being a 63 year old female caring heavy items

Mario Stefano (10/5): Breve fantastico soggiorno a Miami - Bell' appartamento situato in una zona comodissima da cui a piedi puoi raggiungere supermercati, farmacie, e il centro di Miami dove si trovano dei locali buonissimi per fare brunch. Il letto era comodissimo e la cucina aveva il necessario. Jason è stato un host pieno di attenzioni e consigli. Inoltre avere il parcheggio é stato utilissimo! Il nostro soggiorno qui é stato perfetto! Nulla tutto é stato perfetto!

Не было мыла в ванной комнате. 3 полотенца для троих на два дня это мало. Так же как и по 1 тюбик шампуня на троих. Было бы приятно если было хотя бы на 2 чашки чая или кофе.

De todas maneras, nosotros lo solicitamos y al día siguiente ya teníamos todo lo necesario. Son muy amables.
