• Leslie (1/5): Un endroit à éviter absolument - Pas d’accueil le jour de l’arrivée et impossible de rentrer dans l’appartement. Aucune instruction laissée pour nous permettre d’accéder sur place à 23h30. Pas de remboursement des taxes de séjour non effectuées.
• Fakhrodin (1/5): Awful experience - Location and equipment Well-appointed accommodations in a prime downtown location. However, the host, Luca B., was rude and unfriendly. He subjected us to intrusive, pushy phone calls before the arrival in the evening even though check-in was officially permitted until 11 p.m. Upon arrival, he aggressively confronted us about why we had asked someone downstairs for the address. During a 2-night stay with arrival late at night, we were again intrusively reminded the following morning that checkout was before 9 a.m. the next morning. Immediately after checkout, more relentless phone calls, aggressive behavior, and a demand for €500, as the induction stove allegedly had 2 scratches. But we didn’t cook much at all. We merely boiled two eggs. Whether the two inconspicuous scratches were there beforehand, were caused by the cleaning lady, or whatever, is unclear. What is clear is that we didn’t do it, and demanding €500 for it in such an aggressive manner is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, Luca B. threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay. We did not fall for this outrageous scam and reported the incident immediately to Booking.com. I strongly advise against this accommodation.
• Kamran (6/5): Our experience could have much better with small changes. - Modern and clean property, good location with required facilities. Main train station is 25 minutes walk. Getting into the property was not convenient. We had a ring bell of an apartment and were asked why they should open the door. We had an explain them, which was a bit tricky. Apartment AC was controlled by the owner through WiFi something I have never experience. We had a send him messages to switch on the AC.

To był wspaniały weekend i chętnie tu wrócimy! Trafiliśmy na weekend więc przy otwartych oknach dobiegał hałas od ulicy późnym wieczorem. Poza tym wszystko na plus.

The apartment was very clean, the refrigerator was stocked with things that we needed the next morning like yogurt, water, juices, etc. very well thought out by the host. :) The elevator to go up to the second floor was very small, but that is to be expected in European hotels or apartments.

• de la Peña Osborne (10/5): Apartamento 5 estrellas en el centro de Milán - Apartamento 5 estrellas. El desayuno riquísimo y muy abundante. La zona muy buena y muy tranquila. Cero ruidos en el apartamento. Camas y almohadas comodísimas. Los baños maravillosos, con duchas amplias. Todo limpísimo. La cocina muy bien equipada, con una cafetera estupenda. El acceso al apartamento facilísimo. A diez minutos a pie de la estación de Porta Garibaldi, donde llega el tren del aeropuerto. Luca nos contestó rápidamente a todas las dudas y pudimos dejar las maletas en el apartamento hasta mediodía el día que nos marchábamos. Si volvemos a Milán, sin duda repetiremos. No hay absolutamente nada que no nos gustara. Apartamento 10.

• Diana (9/5): Superb! - Apartament bine amplasat, la 20 de minute de mers pe jos fata de centru. Exista parcare publica exact langa scara blocului, insa trebuie sa luați in calcul prețul (48 de euro/24h). Apartamentul dispune de 2 camere și 2 băi(pozele sunt veridice), este curat și îngrijit, dispune de multe facilități( espressor, prăjitor de paine, fierbător, mic dejun bogat), iar proprietarii sunt atenți la detalii. Poți discuta deschis cu ei și te ajută dacă ai orice problemă. O cazare ideală pentru 2 cupluri, raport calitate-preț excelent pentru Milano! Temperatura scazuta in bai(19-20 de grade) si în camere( 20-21 de grade).

• Anete (9/5): Everything satisfied me, and the next time I’m in Milan, I will choose these apartments. - The location of the apartment is perfect. It’s only a 20-minute walk to the Duomo. The apartment for two people is quite spacious, everything is clean. The bed is very comfortable. A microwave and a kettle are available. There were candies placed in the cupboard – a nice gesture. It was also nice that there was a kitchen towel to dry the cups. It would be nice if the apartment had a coffee machine and cutlery—at least one fork, spoon, and knife, since there is a microwave. But these are just small details. 🙂

Ben arredato e fornito di colazione e snack per il soggiorno che ho apprezzato. Per chi viaggia con le valigie come me c’è ascensore che è un plus. La metro e il taxi sono vicini 5/10 minuti a piedi. In pieno centro per shopping e visite culturali Lo consiglio. Spero di tornarci! Per me un po’ freddo in bagno. Ma siamo quasi sotto e vicini allo zero e i riscaldamento comunque andava a 20/21.

• Köppen (10/5): - Die Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr gut,. Alles neuwertig, geschmackvoll und sauber. Sehr angenehm war es, dass das Appartement über zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer verfügt und auch die Zimmer geräumig sind. Das Haus, der Eingang und auch das Treppenhaus sind ebenfalls gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen. Der Check in war unkompliziert. Bei Anfragen wurde uns ebenfalls unkompliziert geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.😀 ,/,

• Ariane (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Lage war optimal, um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Parkhaus nebenan war auch sehr praktisch (den Preis vorab ansprechen, 48€ pro Tag). Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, da die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit perfekt sind. Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Das Essen für das Frühstück stand in der Küche bereit und war völlig ausreichend. -

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! This was very disappointing. The owner of the property offered to extend the check out time. But when I requested this he declined. Also the fact that there is an extra charge of €6.30 (tourist tax)

The bathroom in the main room is a gem. The ambiance of the apartment was a bit gray, more colors could bring more joy to the place. All the paintings/printings on the wall were black and white

Located in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, coffee etc within walking distance and on the block. We also walked to the train station and Duomo in 20 minutes. Fridge was nice to have that was stocked with various drinks and snacks etc. along with a wonderful Caffé machine. We enjoyed staying here twice- at beginning and end of our trip due to flying in and out of Milan. MXP. Communication from Luca was very helpful on the what’s app. He made it easy to checkin and out. • Janice (10/5): Hidden Gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - This is a hidden gem. Location is perfect, a 15 min walk to central train and bus station and a 5 minute walk to the metro. There is also lots of eating places nearby. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, modern ,spacious, spotlessly clean and everything you need is in it. To be honest it really is exceptional . We included breakfast and couldn’t have asked for better.. this included bread,butter, ham, cheese, yogurts, croissants, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. ( I’m sure I’ve left something out ) I will 100% stay here again and will recommend it to family friends and anyone I know going to Milan. Also Luca the owner was brilliant.. he kept us informed well about what to do on arrival as we didn’t arrive until after midnight and during our stay he was most helpful if we needed anything. I’m rating this apartment 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a 5 starts feeling in a Cousy and stylish apartment on walking distance from the heart of town and in one of the best neighbourhoods… I loved it! And the details… leaving fresh drinks for when you come in, a lovely and generous breakfast… fantastic!! Book it if you are doubting! … hard to say anything… perhaps I missed having a microwave to warm up the milk, but the coffee machine has a Vapor arm so… it was possible to do it that way.

• Sharon (10/5): Excellent, modern & well equipped apartment - Everything was superb, so clean and fresh and very spacious. Excellent breakfast provided by our host. Would recommend the apartment and hope to return one day.
