• Vittoria (8/5): Quasi perfetto! - Appartamento molto ampio e dotato di tutto, compresi lavatrice, appendiabiti e tutto ciò che serve in cucina per cucinare e lavare i piatti. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci. Peccato che la lavastoviglie non funzionasse. Inoltre, l’appartamento è un po’ freddo e c’è molta umidità, quindi chi vi alloggia in un periodo come aprile o maggio, in cui il comune di Milano non consente l’accensione dei riscaldamenti, potrebbe risentirne. Noi abbiamo alloggiato a maggio proprio in dei giorni in cui il tempo non è stato dei migliori e abbiamo risentito un po’ il freddo. Non lo consiglio particolarmente a chi pensa di muoversi principalmente in metro, perché c’è una bella camminata da fare per arrivare a Sondrio (linea M3, a 950m) che a Marche (linea M5, a 1,1km).

• Monika (7/5): - Na ubytování jsme šli od hlavního nádraží Centrale pěsky. Cesta trvala okolo 15-20 minut. Ubytování jsme našli dle instrukcí bez problému. Pokoj byl prostorný a čistý, kuchyně a koupelna také, jen vše již staršího charakteru. V okolí byla kavárna na dobrou snídaní a také supermarket.
• Chiattone (5/5): Poca cura in più e il punteggio cambierebbe - La posizione era comoda rispetto al luogo di lavoro Poca cura, pulizia approssimativa (coperta sporca, tavolo sporco), lavastoviglie guasta/non utilizzabile, due tapparelle rotte in posizione aperta. Visto che sono servizi indicati su Booking, mi sarei aspettato un avviso prima del check-in.

• Islam (4/5): - The electricity went out whilist we were out of the apartment. We tried to contact the owner. But there respond was very cold. However, we got help from the neighbours. These neighbours called the owner, and we got a video that guided us how to restore the power. The owner didnt come to help us. Disappointing.

• Marion (8/5): Appartement cosy (sauf en canicule) - Appartement bien équipé, salle de bain propre, facilité d'accès autonome. Le lave-linge est un bonus de praticité non négligeable. Pas de climatisation mais ouvrir les fenêtres expose aux moustiques. Quelques fuites de plomberie : au niveau de la chasse d'eau et du pommeau de douche.

Worth it for the price. - Overall everything was okay, the property was clean and we didn't have any problem with check in, the online procedure was okay only the link was a problem because the booking didn't allow to open it via message, that's why was needed to contact the property via email. The location was near metro 20 minutes and centrale station about 30 minutes walk, opening and closing the doors of the property was very noisy, and in particular all house has old furnitures but not a big deal for us.

We didn't have air conditioning, even though it was said to be one of the facilities. There was only heating system which was off all the time, and when we asked for help the property to turn them on, no one answered. We have contacted on email, whatsapp and we have not received a reply yet. it was cold all the time in the flat and we did not enjoy our stay at all.

• Swati (7/5): A decent stay - The apartment was spacious and in a good location which was accessible by bus and trams. Check-in was tedious with very little support on the phone, the apartment had a weird smell, the AC was a portable one with a weird functioning which made a lot of noise all the time.

• Catalina (8/5): Good place to spend some days in Milan - The place was in a good location, residential and not far away from the main station. The bedroom was big and you can use it also as dining room. Nothing, in general everything was good.
• Lavanya (4/5): Okay,but I will not book again - It is just okay, spacious room. Possible to reach by bus from central station. Smelly room,AC would run only when they pipe is kept outside window ( which would not allow the window to be closed during nights ).and the pipe was broken , need to adjust. Not effective AC at all. It would be better to mention that the room is not equipped with AC on your website when it is not functional properly.
• Miisa (7/5): Okay place for a couple to stay. - It was a great place for two people. Aircondition was very useful. Bed was nice too. It was easy and useful to self check in at night. Great that u can walk to the subway station at all times. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Our power cut off in the evening and we had to fix it ourselfs. It was pretty hard and the videos the owner send us were long and the right place in the basement was not very easy to find. Kitchen smells weird but that might just be normal in Italy. I also had some difficulties with the check in before coming. Paid the city tax 3 times. Had to call the owner 4 times of which 2 times they answered. After those phone calls it was fine and the extra money were returned.

• Niina (5/5): Passable - we had a car so being a bit outside the city was good as we could just park on the street. It was easy to get to the center with metro we stayed in January and the apartment was freezing cold, windows had been left open and it was impossible to get the temperature up.. It was also very noisy during the night. Messages from staff were pretty rude as if expecting us to break every rule they had so didn’t create a very nice atmosphere..
• Jan (7/5): Quality responds to the price - Pretty good for few days stay. Bed is very comfortable and apartment good equipped. In the kitchen you find everything you need - stove, oven, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, cuttlety and huge fridge. If you are visiting during winter it might be cold here for you. Temperature is around 19°C but it is stated before on website and the duvet is quite thick. Not easy and comfortable showering. If you want warm water the stream is really weak. Also the toilet flushing cannot be fully closed - this should be repaired. Fridge is quite noisy.
• Christopher (1/5): Would not recommend - Nothing Terrible experience.. constant noise throughout the night and banging early in the morning, from 4am. There were some type of meetings being held direct outside the room in the main foyer, and were constantly being woken up by chairs dragging along the floor. Also someone was hoovering and banging the hoover hard off the walls very early in the morning. Everything could be heard as walls very thin. Couldn't get a shower due to lack of water pressure coming through the shower head. Made owner aware of this and she responded stating that nothing could be done about the noise and that I should call the police. Also the water pressure apparently was outwith her control. It was the shower attachment itself that was the issue, as the water pressure through the taps were fine. Needless to say we left after the first night and booked elsewhere. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows were felt weird as if they were stuffed with paper and very thin. Also the place is in dire need of updating! Would not recommend!
• Katya (1/5): Very noisy, not possible to take a proper shower - Metro access Water pressure in the bathroom is very low, impossible to take a shower. Also water is not hot , maybe a bit warm but it's not comfortable at all to take a shower. The fridge works so loudly, that it's impossible to sleep. The walls are so thin that all noice outside the apartment can be heard very clear. Also disturbs the sleep. Also there's a construction near the building which starts work very early in the morning. Unclear how the washing machine works - made a laundry but it didn't wring out the wash and also didn't drain the water. Doesn't worth its money at all.

• Thi (10/5): very satisfied - very nice apartment even for longer stays - it has everything you need. location is convenient, you have restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. we met a staff who was really sweet too :) you both check-in and check-out yourselves, so it was fast and easy. there's a metro about 10 minutes from the apartment or if you like adventures, you can walk an hour to duomo and discover milan while you're at it. satisfied with our stay! nothing
• Scr (1/5): Very bad collection of key service - The kitchen facilities and the size of the bedroom. Unfortunately me and my partner had a huge problem collecting the key due to unclear instructions from the company and the biggest issue is that you need to call a number in order to unlock the gate and then call a number again in order for then the second door to unlock so that we could get our keys. There was no reception staff and nobody in sight at the agreed check-in time. We did not have international calling on our phones. The gate was locked during our check-in time and we were unable to get the keys to the property for a few hours. I had to go to a local shop and ask to use their phone so I could contact the property. The property said we needed to call the international number on the instructions in order to unlock the gate. However, I informed them that we do not have international calling and they said this would be a problem. In the end we organised that the host would call the number for me in 5mins time and then I would quickly run back to the gate so the gate could open in order to get the keys. Very terrible experience. In future they should have somebody to meet us at the gate to avoid this issue in the future especially for people who cannot call international numbers. They should check with their guests whether we had international calling capabilities and if not then provide us with another option.
