• Julie (8/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - We loved this spacious apartment during our stay in Milan. It was nicely decorated, had a well-functioning aircon, was well equipped, clean, included a massive balcony and had a perfect location close to the city centre. The only negative thing was that the internet didn’t work during our stay.
• Anastasiia (8/5): - Ci è piaciuto molto il soggiorno, e gli appartamenti si sono rivelati molto più spaziosi rispetto a quanto sembrava dalle foto — c’era davvero tanto spazio. Eravamo una famiglia di due adulti e un bambino, ed è stato molto comodo per tutti. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile; in particolare Edwin, che ci ha accolto, ci ha aspettato ed è sempre stato pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. È stato molto cortese e piacevole nella comunicazione — un ringraziamento speciale a lui. In generale, tutto è molto comodo e vicino al centro. Ci è piaciuto davvero tanto. La pressione dell’acqua nella doccia (sia calda che fredda) era piuttosto debole, il che rendeva scomodo lavarsi e difficile regolare la temperatura dell’acqua.

The apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary equipment ♥️ It has a very good agent. A beautiful terrace with views where you can feel the Italian spirit. I didn't find any disposable slippers. 😀😀🥺🥺🥺

The property is lovely, super clean with a beautiful balcony. Everything you need for a short stay in Milan. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Milan - we LOVED it. The sofa bed was a tad uncomfy

Не работает стиральная машина,вернее она включается,но не работает,вода в нее не поступает,микроволновая печь-не нагревает ,не согревает,работает в пустую,на не сломан верхний переключатель.Напор воды в душе очень слабый.

• Elizabete (1/5): Extremely disappointing — misleading listing, poor hygiene, and broken AC with no support. - Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the photos or description at all. We’ve already pointed out several times that many issues severely degraded our stay and made the experience unpleasant. 1. The deposit amount was completely disproportionate given the apartment’s condition. 2. Floors, shelves, and lamps were covered in dust — dust literally fell in clumps when touched. 3. The floor was visibly dirty, with crumbs and debris. 4. The extra pull-out bed had a deep hole; the mattress was so worn it was unusable. 5. The walls were stained and unclean. 6. Dead insects were stuck behind the glass kitchen shelf. 7. Ants were crawling on the floor in the main room. 8. Only one chair was on the balcony instead of four, as shown in the listing. The balcony table was unstable and unsafe. 9. Balcony plants were dead. 10. The air conditioner was completely broken — not weak, but non-functional. Communication from the host was misleading: promises were made but never kept, and eventually we were ignored altogether. 11. Although it was said someone would come to fix the AC, no one ever showed up or informed us further. This apartment does not match the Booking listing at all. Basic hygiene, functionality, and communication are non-negotiable when hosting guests.
• Caroline Norup (1/5): En virkelig dårlig oplevelse - Det var en god beliggenhed Det hele så rigtig ret fint ud ved første øjekast, men sengerammen var så ustabil at vi ikke turde sove i den. Derfor måtte vi sove på madrassen på gulvet. Samtidig var det så varmt at airconditionen ikke kunne nedkøle lejligheden så vi sov under den i stuen.. men værst af alt havde vi hvepsebo på terrassen som vi opdagede første morgen, hvorpå jeg blev bidt flere gange:( Dette blev udlejet gjort opmærksom på hvor vi fik fjernet boet over flere omgange, men de dræbte ikke hvepsene og derfor kunne vi ikke bruge terrassen hele ugen.. Vi er blev lovet en kompensation som vi stadig venter på. Dermed en virkelig dårlig lejlighed, der ikke er pengene værd.
• Natalia (1/5): Not recommended, very hot apartment, no AC - Location is good AC was not working, no support from the host, check in was at 7 pm and we recuestes at 5pm.

The WiFi password is not the “ password “ but the “chiave” as stated on the supplied info. Washing machine did not function well and was difficult to program

• Katrin (5/5): Repair - Location There is practically no water. The whole apartment needs urgent repairs. The bed looked like it had been taken from the trash. It was terrible to sleep on it, we had insomnia because every turn made it sway and it looked like it was going to collapse. The walls are peeling. A lot of things need urgent repair.

• Aleksandar (5/5): Good location, apartment was ok, comunication with the host was very poor. Internet wasn't working! - I liked the building and the size of the apartment. For one person, it was very comfy! I didn't like the comunication with the host. The internet wasn't working for whole period of my stay and, at one point he just stopped answering my messages.

• Ishtvan (3/5): Much better options available for less money, this was definitely not worth the price - The location is very good. It was clean when we arrived. The appartment is spacious. The communication by the management team was bad, I'd say the worst I experienced so far. They ignored all requests to fix things we mentioned. We stayed for 5 nights. The water pressure was low in the shower. The pipes in the shower and bathroom sink seemed clogged, water was filling up very fast and did not drain properly. The blankets on the bed and couch did not have a normal cover. It was in between 2 bed sheets, making sleeping very annoying as you wake up in a mix of 2 bed sheets and a 'naked' blanket. (First time we saw this). The washing machine did not wash the clothes, needs replacing. Outdated interior, whole appartment needs some renovation. The couch in the living room is not really comfortable to sit on for a long time. There is no heating in the bedroom, so for people that need warmth in the bedroom, this could be less comfortable. The management charged us twice for late check-in (cash upon arrival and then took it again from the deposit). I had to follow up with them to get the double charged money back. Watch your deposit return just in case.
• Diana (6/5): Excellent location in Milan - It was an excellent location, very close to the center of Milan, and also a good location to walk to the Last Supper.. The apartment was a good size, clean, and well equipped. We agreed to meet at 3pm for check-in. We arrived before time, but the host complained that they had been there for 20 mins waiting and was a bit grumpy about it even though we had done what was agreed. The apartment was a bit rough around the edges with peeling paint and bad lighting - there was no light in kitchen. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, and there were no curtains in the main room where our son had to sleep. Better for 2 than 3 people.

There were hair everywhere, cigar buds in the veranta, the bathroom was hideous and we made a complaint and the cleaning came the next day and it wasn't a big difference. The just changed the sheets and towels. Also last minute after we payed the stay they wanted a deposit in the price of the stay which in my opinion with the state of the apartment it was not reasonable.

• Vladyslav (9/5): Spacious, strategically located to explore the city, and with a big terrace with a view - Spacious and clean apartment at the top of a historical building (with an elevator, then you need to climb one more floor up, but the stairs are comfortable), strategically located in the center of the city (15 minute walk to Duomo, 10 minutes to Navigli) with a large sunny terrace in the living room overlooking the yard and the nearby San Lorenzo church and with a smaller covered balcony on the other side (in the bedroom). The staff was helpful, allowed for the late check-in (subject to an extra payment). The place is well equipped (kitchenette with a stove and a microwave - yet no dishwasher, two dining tables - one on the terrace, bathroom with a shower). All in all, there's everything really needed and it was a nice stay. The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable, but Ok for few nights if you're not too picky (was Ok for us). The curtains are missing in the living room, which can be an issue in summer as the room is painted white, so grab an eye patch if you're sensitive. Also, beware of mosquitoes, they are plenty in Milano in summer. Finally, there were little ants in the apartment here and there, but not too many, didn't bother us. There was no soap in the bathroom, but there were few small packs of shower gel.

• Hannah (7/5): Would stay there again! - Overall, the location of the apartment was great and super central to everything. The building was enchanting and pretty. Also, very quiet- despite being so close to everything. The bed was comfortable! Unfortunately, the microwave was ancient and didn’t work. Nor did the washing machine. Also the shower was either freezing or extremely hot- no inbetween. We also requested extra pillows and towels but these were not provided. Other than this- really pleasant stay.

Price for the apartment that is in need of refurbishment or at least cleaning better everywhere. Considering it's an apartment with a small kitchen. Not even cloth or washing up sponge or washing up liquid was included. No kitchen towel either. Some of apartment needs a coat of paint and cleaning on ledges and doors frames etc.. Shame really because a few simple things are letting the whole apartment down. Bathroom seriouly needs work doing as main shower head does not work and bidet trickles water only. Not clean with a stained toilet and long hairs on the floor. Otherwise its lovely and quiet and a good choice to stay. Come on tidy it up!
• Cristina (7/5): very good address- but appartment needs refresh and should be kept clean. - The address- the building was fantastic- the view rare for Milano! you feel the pulse of the city - Really appreciate the address, but: ….got there on a sunny day and the window to go on that magnificent terrace was locked (broken)- the property coordinator (apparently an agency and not a private) sounded annoyed about my request end of afternoon, to solve it immediately … because she had no technician available to open my terrace window. After long discussion she even asked :” why would I want to use the terrace!” when I replied that I paid 300.-euro a night (was fashion week) partially to take advantage of such a wonderful view… she finally sent me a technician. not a good start. was not clean- the bed very uncomfortable- and the tissue of the bed head was dirty from other people oily hair having slept in that bed…. under the bed was old dust….
