Ale velkym nedostatkom bolo ze v sprche nebol tlak a tym padom voda len kvapkala zo sprchy! Po celom dni na nohach a spoteny sa chcete vecer poriadne osprchovat!

• Gay (6/5): Comfortable apartment but very stressful finding and getting into the apt. - The flat had many amenities, parking, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave (didn't work). It was very difficult to find. It was down an alley (no signs) where there were small businesses as well as apartments. I did not receive any code to get into the lock- box and had to contact Booking.com for the information. It took time to contact Booking.com and they also did not have the information. They were trying to get the information for me which took about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. to get after many calls. The guy at Booking.com was almost ready to send me to another place to stay. Having just traveled 20+ hours and arriving in a foreign country, driving in Milan, and this being our first night, needless to say, this situation was extremely stressful! Booking.com did not provide us with enough information on the location area and how to get into the apartment...otherwise this would have been a much more pleasant experience.

• Ekaterina (3/5): Very cold, broken bed - Good location near tram station and metro. Looks like in the photos. The apartment had some significant issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem, however, was the cold. The host sent a document explaining that heating regulations in Milan limit indoor temperatures, but the issue wasn’t just that. The document states that the temperature inside shouldn’t drop below 19°C even during a snowstorm, yet we had 17°C at night. One of the two radiators wasn’t working at all, and we weren’t allowed to use the air conditioning for heating. On top of that, it felt much colder than the temperature actually showed. The host didn’t offer any help and simply insisted that everything was fine. The bed was also broken – it was an IKEA-style frame with slats that kept falling through along with the mattress. Additionally, this place is essentially a garage – it’s on the ground floor, surrounded by parking spaces, with very thin walls. Because of its construction, it doesn’t retain heat well, making it much colder than other apartments I’ve stayed in while visiting Milan. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place in the colder months unless the heating situation is properly addressed.

• Christopher (8/5): Would stay here again! Clean and good location. - Timed Heating worked well morning and evening. (22degrees.)Had warm jumper for in between time when needed. Dishwasher great. Tablets provided. Kitchen facilities clean Fridge as new. Kettle for gas stove. Oven fine. Shower good and plenty of hot waster. Bed comfortable. Good internet connection. Clean and fresh. Small supermarket near by and baker. Used tram 12 and 27 a lot! Tapping phone to pay. Very convenient and good value allowing 90 mins of use for any distance. Sang /played two services and a concert at the English Church too. Stayed 6 nights. There was a smallish leak under the sink in bathroom Couldn’t locate source. Used mop and bucket to clear each day so didn’t ruin stay! Opened window in bathroom as soon as had our daily showers etc. Didn’t use washing machine. Due a replacement before too long? Age old television problem didn’t tune in. Read book instead. Bedside lamp bulbs need replacement. Bed still slightly broken LH side. but didn’t affect comfort Grill setting on oven didn’t heat up.
• Šarūnas (1/5): Disaster - Fashion books at the apartment Firstly, when we came, i called to the gate to open as in the instructions of the apartment, and sadly, gate wasn't opening, we waited for 3 hours for somebody to open the gate because neither the gate opened, neither the host answered the phone. After entering finally to the apartment, (thanks for neighbour which was going out with a dog) there was a strong and impossible to breathe small of cleaning chemicals mixed together with super high humidity, and there was no con on or windows opened, so we needed to open all windows for two hours to have a normal air. so we went to sleep at 5am and due to that our all next day and plans were ruined. One side of the bed has a whole, so my fife woke up with back hurt.. Finally we got ready to make ourselves a coffee, when we found both mokka pots dirty and rusty inside and it was impossible to drink from these 100 years old dirty mokka pots, so we tried to boil water but apparently electric kettle was with chemicals inside..Then there is a shower which work only 50percent and that 50 percent is providing one strong hurting water current.. Floor was dirty near the dinning table, so I've tried to contact the host again and to ask compensation for all these things heppened for us and administrator told me to write an email with photos and videos attached, I did that, but they just ignored me. So for everyone who are thinking to stay here, please avoid this place in other case you will not enter the flat but also you will not sleep normal and if you would try to reach somebody - nobody will reply or answer you :(
• Danielle (4/5): Disappointing - Nobody to answer the front gave on arrival was stood outside at 11pm in the rain the phone number gave to me to phone when I arrived was just busy no ringing at all! After trying to get help and wet through a lady who had access to the gate helped us if it hadn't been for her god knows what we would have done. Then still no communication even more after. Tv did not work. It was clean and comfortable I will give it that

• Phedra (2/5): Wouldn’t stay if you hope to sleep - Apartment was adequately equipped and was a good size. Despite the positives probably the worst stay I’ve had on booking.com aircon didn’t cool the room at all. At nighttime the room was 30 degrees so we couldn’t sleep at all, owner replied initially but after I complained he ignored the messages. Washing machine didn’t work at all which was a major reason for choosing this apartment. The apartment is kinda hard to find and is down a street that doesn’t feel that safe. There’s no curtains over part of the window and door and there are lights outside all night so even at midnight it’s very bright another thing that makes it hard to sleep, very disappointed considering this isn’t a particularly cheap apartment
• Matea (4/5): Disappointing. - The location was really good and the property was big. This place has a lot of potential but needs a complete rework. Unfortunately a lot of things were bad with this property. Majority of the facilities did not work including the TV, aircon, shower barely worked, washing machine did not work, iron was leaking, bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. There aren’t blinds/curtains on the front door/window and the lights outside from the surrounding buildings stay on all night so the apartment is very bright making it extremely difficult to sleep in. All of the PowerPoints don’t fit most chargers, they’re too small. The was so much random stuff cluttered everywhere (like in the kitchen cupboards). We attempted to have the aircon on but after an hour there was a massive puddle of water underneath it and it wasn’t really cooling the place well either. It was around 30 degrees the entire stay and it was so unbearably hot constantly in the property. We also are covered in bites from sleeping the first night, unsure if mosquito or something else.

• Violetta (9/5): In general the apartment worth its money. - The apartment was easy to find, quite close to the city center (we love to walk so 30 minutes was totally ok), clean and spacious. Especially we were happy with parking. It’s a big headache in Milan. We didn’t face with any problems mentioned in feedbacks below during our stay. -Shower can be repaired and treated from fungus. -We didn’t realize if kitchen hood were functioning or how it could be switched on. -Humidity in the apartment, but its a common think in Italy.

• Roberta (7/5): Awesome location, but... - The best thing was LOCATION. Bars, pizzas, caffeterias etc. All around the apartment. Like the apartment style, it really gave us an italian vibe. It really look like in the pictures. There was everything what we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchet equipment. The bed was so comfortable. 🤌 Tv signal was too poor, but that was not the worse. THE WORSE WAS COLD AND SMELL. It was really cold in the apartment. Like +18. To stand on the cold ground or go to shower it was really uncomfortable. Even if we turn on the heater for the whole stay it was not warmer then 19 degrees. This apartment will be good to visit in summer, but not in the winter. Sorry. There was some mold smell, because the air was too wet. The smell was so bad that our clothing started to smell like it.

• Vladyslav_tymoshenko (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is within walking distance to the cathedral, and there are a lot of places nearby where you can drink coffee and eat a croissant, and a large supermarket is also not far away. But I didn't like much more... The apartment is very damp, there are no indoor slippers, the floor is cold, but that's half the trouble... Then it turned out that we don't have internet, the first day we used the mobile network, the next day we noticed that the Internet is turned off from the network, it was another block, not the one that Wi-Fi. The Internet appeared, the owner wrote the next day and said that a repairman would come and fixed the boiler, we went for a walk around the city, and when we returned late in the evening, a surprise awaited us... The repairman broke the gas column and we were left without hot water and without heating. .. I wrote to the host and there was no response from him about our problem.... So I don't recommend this apartment...
• Reva (6/5): Good for short stays, don’t go for too long. - The location was good & it was quite a nice property with lots of space. There was a problem with opening the bathroom door as it was stuck and we had to call the people but they were good and quick. However we had to spend one night without a bathroom. It’s not very clean, I think the property needs a deep clean. The TV doesn’t work at all. The property should have a hookup to the TV. The kitchen is small and smells.
• Joseph (7/5): Good value for money. - Comfy bed and decorated nicely. Clear instructions on collection of keys. Air conditioning and hot water worked well. No extractor fan in the bathroom, left damp smell in the apartment.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is smaller than imagined, however unless you are wanting to cook a meal it’s plenty good enough. The bed is comfy, but only one small pillow, so if you have problems sleeping, i would bring a spare. Very few minor problems, one being the TV did not work as the batteries had exploded in the remote, and cupboards are full of crap. There were kitchen utensils dirty and not clean. Apart from that, our stay was great.

• Noura (6/5): Pleasant - everything was good the heater wasn’t heating the Ap properly. it was freezing and even tho I contacted support, the issue wasn’t fixed. water was warm for few seconds then it would turn cold. couldn’t have a shower nor stay in the house wearing a simple t shirt. I had to wear a jacket inside the whole time. everything else was fine. if we were at home we would need to be in the bed even tho it was cold there too.

• Inja (9/5): Will come back again when going to Milano next time. - I loved that there was a parking spot, as the parking fees in the city are big. The apartment is great for couples, big, bright and atristic. There is some ''wear&tear'' on the apartment, but still clean and has everything you need. If going back to Milano, will definitly go back to this place. As it goes for the apartment, I wouldn't change anything. I would really like to get some info on the tram/bus as we had some troubles. Which bus/tram use to get to city center and which side, same for the airport and so.. It goes to mention to buy tickets in the day time!
